Bourse de Les Cristaux is the sheer definition of Laissez-Faire. It's quality and convenience of service shines throughout the rest of the Global Economics and Trade world. We are one of the finest stock markets in the world; we have commitment, and we have resources. We are the Les Cristaux Stock Exchange.
BLC/LCSE (Bourse de Les Cristaux/Les Cristaux Stock Exchange) is currently the largest stock exchange in Accenture, followed by BLD or Bolsa de Las Diamantes (Los Diamantes Stock Exchange) with less than a tenth of its MarketCap and a thirtieth of its member-base. Based in Les Cristaux, French for "The Crystals", BLC is based right in the center of the economic heights of the French quarter of Accenture in the 32,0002 meter Exchange Office which has a 20,0002meter Trading Floor, surrounded by luxury restaurants, hotels and movie theaters for stock brokers to take a load off after a long day of trading. The LCSE offices are the center of Les Cristaux, towering above other buildings with its unique crystal-like architecture. The iconic "Logasirian Star" that symbolizes Bourse de Les Cristaux is a symbol of absolute expertise in the area of economics which has been demonstrated by Logasiri with its storefront Armax Defense Systems.
The BLC is a privately owned stock exchange, owned 90% by Accenture: Accent of the Future (An Accenture Industries firm), 5% by San Pellegrino Romana, 3% by Hyperion of The Western Reaches and 2% by Small Nations United, unlike Las Diamantes which is owned completely by the Accenture government. Currently, Bourse de Les Cristaux is headed by Accenture Chief Executive Office Onyx Hermana and Chief Financial Officer Mark Ramirez. Bourse de Les Cristaux was founded in 1999 when the Las Diamantes Stock Exchange lost almost 80% of its volume after a major administration and construction company went under, as well as all of its subsidiaries. Les Cristaux was created to make such failures impossible as it is set up so the fall of a single member of the stock exchange does not directly affect another. Bourse de Les Cristaux is directly associated with the Les Cristaux National Bank (The largest bank in Accenture) and Accenture: Accent of the Future (The largest corporation in Accenture).
What Is A Stock Exchange?, you might ask. A stock exchange is a medium for which companies, both private and public, can gain or trade investments. When an entity invests in another entity, the receiving entity may use this money to expand or create new products. These investors must be paid back with an amount of interest. The whole idea of the stock exchange is that one invests into a company and he is paid back later through the company's worth. As a company becomes more popular, comes out with a new, ground breaking product, or receives a massive boost in revenue, the value of its stock go up. If it hits a recession, its stocks worth go down. When additional stock is added to the supply of shares already in the company, each stock is diluted. This works inversely. The practical formula for stock dilution is as follows:
Unit of Stock/Number Of Stocks In Existence
As the denominator becomes larger, the relative amount of the numerator becomes less and less. Exactly like how 1/2 is a larger amount than 1/4. Each company is worth as much as is invested into it. The basic formula for the entire worth of a company is this:
(Unit of Stock x Stocks Total Worth) x Total Number of Stocks = The Worth of the Company
Entities can either trade public of private. Public being that traders from outside your company can trade shares of your company at will. Private meaning owners of a company's stock are either predetermined or up to the owner.
