From the desk of Charles Okaïdi, Captain of the Picasso
First of all, on behalf of The Picasso and our people, I would like to introduce myself. I am Charles Okaïdi, Captain of the Picasso ship for almost the past decade.
The Picasso is a Washington Class battleship, designed by Sovereign California and purchased from Royal Beaufort Shipwrights, which we have refitted to serve as our home. She sails as part of The Sovereign Military Hospitaller and Artistic Flotilla of the Picasso , together with her five smaller sister ships and our fishing fleet.
We are a commune for artisans from around the world most of us living here for the best part of the past decade. Despite our peaceful aims we have come to the realization that our right to live as we do we must also defended against those would do us harm and as such have a small man security force.
We strongly believe in the ideals of the CASTLE Accords and the Kázmér Doctrine on Patriation of Liberated Slaves. Following debate among the Council have signed it into our laws, however in order to protect our rights and interests and to validate our signing of a national document we request that the major government (s) of the alliance recognize us as a sovereign entity by visiting our website linked, The Picasso seeks International Recognition and completion of the necessary.
We look forward to a lasting relationship between our peoples,
Regards
Captain Charles Okaïdi of the Picasso
