Now, even though the OP is not yet up, the OP narrates The Government of Milograd realizing this, and then shows an international bulletin requesting for a diplomatic meeting among the leaders or representatives that may have interest in sustaining a long-term allyship with Milograd, or serving as a protectorate (although this is not mentioned explicitly, merely suggested). The third and final part of the OP explains how the diplomatic meeting will work, and how the procedures shall be carried out.
Generally, the plot is not written in stone. The idea is, based off the op, nations should be able to roleplay their response, and the rp builds off that. However, the main story arches will be the cowardly actions of the Milograd government, and how the cover it up, along with the identifying of corrupted officials within the government, and Milograd stepping onto the international stage. This will also establish Milograd's future, and the backdrop of Milograd in future rps.
If you choose, you may rp as a nation who is threatening and or plotting against Milograd. This adds to the realism of the rp, thus making it more interesting. However, I would prefer the ratio of allies to enemies to be around 3:1 for Milograd, as to keep the rp on track. Additionally, in regards to what Milograd is, Milograd is a socialist union type country that is open to international diplomacy and establishing allies of all types of governments, but at the same time, the government of Milograd is slowly becoming corrupted, due to the dominance of certain, unidentified members of The Congress of Milograd, who are connected to international crime and are seeking higher roles in the government of Milograd. Throughout the rp, these members will slowly become easier to identify, and eventually will show their true colors. Once again, the application is below.
