OOC: I'm assuming that FreedomStates wishes to have an arms race with other like-sized nations. However, you should find 100 million pop. nations that post more than one-liners.

Otherwise this will turn into a:
"I made a bigger nuke."

And so on and so forth...

Perhaps you can make an OOC thread for this, plan it out with two types of nations, one being smaller nations who are actually part of the race and the second being larger nations helping out the smaller nations, and go from there.

OOC: I believe you are referring to something known as FT. With current tech, lasers are no where close to matching the power of a nuclear missile.
