Yes it should. But due to the fact that NS, unlike RL, have very few organization's which aren't focused on military affairs I have decided to put them in the same category. Of course if it turns out that there is alot of economic organizations with different ideologies they will be split up but for the moment I think they should be keept together. But of course if people disagree I will be happy to discuss it.
