An Orator, nameless, of course, as many instigators of action often are, stood on a makeshift podium, forming an illegal rally- in his uniform, no less! In fact, within earshot of the mob, the 62nd Marine Division was already mobilizing, along with the 97th "Hmong" Heavy Assault Shock Trooper Brigade. Beyond that, three Armadas were preparing to move to invade the Algrinian heathens. Yes, the GWO was, yet again, going to war. But there were no warnings this time. No communiques.

Nearing Shirasagi Castle, Algrinia

Michael Haubert finished adjusting his suit- a pure black one, with a great coat (as it was winter) to match, and a black leather/fur Ushanka on his head. He was in an NH-90 helicopter, modified to be much more comfortable. In short, it was a helicopter made for diplomats. Of course, on the exterior, it was just as rugged as any GWO military aircraft, the distinguishing marks being a lack of weapons, and the symbol of the GWO Diplomat Corps clearly visible on the side.

"Making final approach, will be over the landing site in a minute," the pilot stated via his headset, letting everyone on board know. Haubert had three Federal Guardsmen of the Dignitary Security Group with him, though they only carried MI-P57 handguns and MP7s. The real deterrence of an attack on him would be the GWO's response- the GWO normally is considered fierce, but it still respected the rights of diplomats, similar to the Huns in that sense. Thus, it took it very seriously if one of their diplomats didn't come back.

Haubert left his "changing room" for the cabin and headed for the door. There it was, Shirasagi Castle. The whole thing was unnerving; he was away in a Communist country that was murdering Fascists, with orders to tell their leader that the GWO will only accept either a surrender or reform. The fact that he only had three lightly armed (although easily considered elite by most countries' standards) Federal Guardsmen didn't help, either; he'd only feel safe with an Armored Division behind him. Or in front. Yeah, preferably in front. However, his PDA was set to stream live to the Spire itself, making him feel as if he had the Grand Commander's power protecting him.

The NH-90 made its final approach and touched down on the helipad. The three Guardsmen exited first, securing the perimeter, before Haubert exposed himself. Unknown to Haubert, the Guardsmen (and the pilots) had their own secret orders to, if at all possible, eliminate Mr. Fortunatov if he tried anything, or if they refused. Invisible from the outside (as it was stored in a specially crafted internal storage mount), the NH-90 had been equipped with a penetrating thermobaric missile to launch on the way out.

Haubert, all 6'3" of him, approached the two people standing at the helipad. "Hello, I am Michael Haubert of the Federation Diplomatic Corps," he said. Unsure of the local customs, he didn't offer a handshake, as some cultures found it aggressive or offensive.

We don't want increased tensions therefore we'll not confiscate the weapons." Mr. Goss a calm, and short, yet seemingly powerful man walked up and put his arm around Mr. Haubert almost stretching to do so.

"I apologize that our nations, could not meet on greater terms Mr. Haubert. We're planned to meet up with Mr. Fortunatov within the hour as he's doing his daily walk around the grounds. Mr. Fortunatov has requested that I take you to his office, where you two will meet up later. Haubert hadn't sat down yet, as it was considered rude by many GWO people to simply sit down in someone else's chair without their explicit permission.
