Attention, Fascist nations of the world! For too long have the Communists, the Democracies, even the National Socialist copy-cat buffoons denied us our right to exist and thrive! Those alliances that call themselves Fascist have strayed from the path of strong government, class cooperation and nationalism that our glorious founder laid down for us. Our empires lie in ruin as countless Communist alliances swarm the world, competing with each other to snatch the lands of our great nation-states! Monarchies, Fascist dictatorships and other Rightist states lie in ruin. No more! Now, we shall rise, and bring about the glorious rise of Fascism!

Constitution of the Falange di Fascisti

Article I
On the admittance of members

i. All member states will be required to meet the following criteria

1. Must maintain an economic ideology in line with Corporatist systems
2. Must maintain a nation that considers itself to be great and take pride in itself
3. Must maintain a strong central State (without neccesarily being totalitarian/autocratic in nature)
4. Must believe in the importance of the State

ii. Upon entering into the Phalanx, member states are required to sign a declaration of faith and dedication to Fascism
iii. National pride is to be encouraged, however hostile attitudes towards other races are not. We must maintain our unity against the Red horde, and not be seduced by the illusion of race.
iv. Member states must be willing and able to assist the alliance in times of military need

Article II
On the administration of the alliance

i. The leader of the founding nation shall hold the title of Great Leader until such a time when he/she considers it prudent to pass on leadership to another nation
ii. Alternatively, a 100% vote of no confidence by the Grand Council may expel a leader from his post.
iii. This 100% does not include the leader.
iv. The Grand Council of Fascism shall consist of 6 posts:

1. The Great Leader
2. The Generalissimo
3. The Economic Secretary
4. Overseer of Internal Affairs
5. Overseer of External Affairs

v. This Council shall be appointed by the Great Leader on the basis of merit and experiance
vi. The Supreme Tribune consists of the Great Leader and two members of the Grand Council appointed per individual case.
vii. The Supreme Tribune may be appealed to in order to resolve a dispute between two member states.

Article III
On war and expansion

i. This alliance will not maintain a military force of its own, resolving to entrust the defence of its members to their fellow member states.
ii. In doing so this alliance views itself as upholding the sovereignity of its members.
iii. Other member states are only required to aid the nation in danger should their be a direct threat to its continued existence.
iv. The Supreme Tribune may be called upon to assess the case of any nation with a particular reason for non involvement.
v. Otherwise, any nation that does not come to the aid of its brother shall be expelled from the Phalanx.
vi. Any state seized by the joint efforts of the alliance will be established as a Fascist puppet state of the Phalanx of Fascists.
vii. Such a state shall become a full member upon reaching a satisfactory level of economic and military development.

Ah. Another Fascist alliance. I must say, though I attempt to the best of my ability to remain neutral in terms of politics, Fascism has always been a sweet chime of bells to my ear. And though it is in my personal belief that I am not entirely adherent to Fascism at the moment, I see it as a goal that I wish to and am reaching. And, in good confidence, I feel I must admit two, no, three things that might affect your judgment of my application. One, I have recently applied to be an observer in the "World Socialist Conference." This might be seen as incriminating. I would say not, as I simply applied to sit in to view exactly why Commu-Socialists hate Fascists, and why they think there ideology is superior to all others.

Secondly, I have one defining trait that, unlike many others who declare themselves supporters of Fascism, might be viewed as a horrid thing. I do not, personally nor soulfully, hate Commu-Socialists. Though I hold disdain for the policies they create, I hold no contempt for the followers of it. I believe it to be the fault of the rulers for making the change to the greater red evil, but not the peoples fault, for most are surely brainwashed by Communist propaganda and other such things.

Finally, I would like to note that I am, currently, not the strictest follower of Fascism. Though I ever slowly move towards it, I have never been one to claim something i am not. As you most likely noticed, I referred to myself as "Leaning into Fascism." Though I would like to be schooled in how to properly run my nation in the ways of the founder Mussolini, I do not currently have the knowledge to do so. Such is one of the reasons I wish to join this alliance.

The government of Serpensa would like to announce to the world the recent political changes that have taken place in the nation.

N and S have become a royal family of sorts, but still retain the power to make decrees, and the politicians ultimately answer to them. However, various commitee's have been set up to handle the day to day ruling of Serpensa. One for each of the various varieties of the government, like Health, and Education. The Commitees are elected by the people, the first time the people have ever been allowed elections. However, N and S can choose the to expell any member they wish.

The Commitees answer to a Grand Council of 12, one person for each commitee. The Grand Council have ultimate power - a majority of 7 is required to make decisions. The Council are chosen by N and S themselves, and The Council have the same powers as N and S, but cannot overthrow decisions made by them. The Council are in place until removed, by N and S, or they die. The current members are N for Defence, S for Culture, Poseidon for Commerce, Athena for Health, Apollo for Entertainment, Portha for Education, Artemis for Agriculture, Ryder for Public Relations, Hades for Law and Order, Ymir for the Enviroment, and Hope for Social Equality.

The economic policies of Serpensa have not changed, and leftist ideals are still very much banned. The Commitee for Commerce and Economics is one of the most important, next to Defence and Law and Order. Social Equality, and Enviroment, are not taken very seriously, however, with the changes, they are being taken more seriously.

The nation is extremely right wing, and N and S are still regarded as the rulers of Serpensa. Most of the nation is quite happy with the changes that have taken place. The few dissenters have been put down by Hades harsh law and order reforms, which passed with a 9-3 majority.

N and S were the ones to recommend the changes, as they saw that the people deserved more freedom.

The Empire would comment that many Communist alliances present similar rhetoric condemning Fascism and the Right. However, while we, unlike the misguided idealists of the Left, recognise that war is forever a part of human nature, and will inevitably continue to be so for the remainder of eternity, we are not savages and not unwilling to consider diplomacy, particularly with less extreme socialist states. Do you not think that we would not like a world free of war and equality? Communism promises perfection, but cannot deliver upon that promise; thus, Fascism is the only logical solution. If we can spread the Enlightenment by peaceful means, so be it. As yet we see no indication that the Federal Socialist Republic of New Azura is among the more extreme and dangerous Leftist nations, and therefore we would agree to diplomatic contact, but we cannot guarantee this is the case for the Communist Confederation of States in general; thus, a mutual agreement between our alliances is not possible at this time.

For starters, the smilies should indicate that the seriousness of my response is somewhere between tasting my first Big Mac and finding out that my toilet is fixed.
