The Cartavesqian Combat-Sub division had been waiting on the edge of international waters for the past 3 hours, waiting for confirmation that they had permission to enter Christantle Waters. Admiral Joakim quickly turned to his second in command, and ordered him to telegram Emperor Montgomery to see what was taking so long.

Meanwhile in the upper region of the sub, 13 seamen were checking the conditions of the predator silos (not nuclear) ensuring that once they reached port in Christantle they would be able to launch an attack. As Lt.Samuels checked the Foxtrot silo he noticed that a predator had not been properly positioned. If the missile were to be launched, he realized, the gps tracker on the missile would be destroyed before it could even reach the sub. Alarmed by this, Lt.Samuels ran to the phone on the wall and called the mechanics below them, he asked that they come up and reposition the missile safely. After hanging up, Lt.Samuels called Admiral Joakim to inform him of the situation.

Admiral Joakim was infuriated. He didn't see why they needed permission to enter Christantle waters, after all Cartavesqa was aiding them. But High Emperor Junius II, had strictly instructed him not to do anything without permission of Emperor Montgomery, so he was forced to wait. Admiral Joakim is a impatient, stubborn man, but at the same time he is the greatest military Strategist in the history of The Cartavesqian Navy. Suddenly, the phone rang, and Admiral Joakim was hoping that he would hear that he has permission to advance, but instead it was just a soldier on the ship. In rage, Admiral Joakim instantly slamed the phone against the wall, smashing it in pieces.

At 1:31, the mechanics finally made it up with the crane. Using the crane, they managed to move to missile four inchs left to properly align it. Finally, Battle-Sub Junius I was completely armed and ready for battle.

The Cartavesqian Combat-Sub Division would be the first of Cartavesqian forces to enter Christantle

Cartavesqa is a pretty small nation that has an economy that relies on Uranium mining and gambling. The People of Cartavesqa are very kind and are very involved with Politics. Cartavesqa is very cultured, thanks to several government decisions, and the nation ranked 13th in a region of 660 nations for The Most cultured. Laws in Cartavesqa are pretty straight forward, and are considered reasonable by the people.

Celisians are hard working intelligent people instilled with a sense of purpose and loyalty by their Emperor. It is hard to find people in Celis that are truly against the monarchy and this works well for the government. From a young age Celisians are raised to have faith in their King/Emperor. They are taught military values and sent through a four stage school that helps them grow as individuals. Besides this Celisian culture resembles parts of English and Japanese cultures.

Celisian men and women are loyal and die hard till the end, but it's military is in a sorry state at the moment. This is something the Emperor is working on fixing.

Erisia is a proud nation founded on the principals of tradition and imperialism. They have struggled since the dawn of their civilization against communistic forces that would threaten or kill them. Erisians for a long time have been extremely reclusive and xenophobic, only reaching out to the world under the guidance of their current Speaker. Largely perceived as monsters by the humans surrounding their tropical island home, Erisians want to shed this idea about them. True, they are sentient plants, but they also have a rich culture that centers around their religion and self expression. Art is very important in Erisian culture, focusing mostly on architecture and sculpture. Erisians traditionally shy away from open warfare and adverse to using guns (although they do use forms of grenade launchers mostly as methods of dispersal for chemical and biological agents). They prefer to dominate other territories through economic means and limited, targeted, acts of violence.

III. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your nation?
Erisia is a scientifically and technologically advanced nation, but has focused most of its work on biotechnology. Erisian's can technically endure more than a normal human, but are much less dexterous. They have also taken unique methods of travel. They have tried to preserve much of their island home, building mostly underground and using rail systems for transportation. They do not use many vehicles, instead preferring to tunnel to where needed. The biggest current weakness of the nation is it's lack of proper barges and aircraft. A major strength has been a micro-organism that inhabits the island and uses mammals as hosts. This "plague" is the biggest reason Erisia has been able to thrive against human hostility.

IV. Why do you think you will be a good fit in the Coalition?
Erisia is an unique nation with vast natural resources looking to make a place with other nations. Although they lack some modern military vehicles, their large military is well disciplined and strong. They are especially apt at covert warfare as well as many auxiliary roles, such as riot suppression and infrastructure maintenance.

I know several people with in the SEC, and you guys seem fun and active.
