Donald Jamero had flown in a week ago, it took him about that long to purchase all the household goods needed to make a bomb. Of course, he always bought them from different stores, it made him look like an inconspicuous shopper. His original flight was from Rawaysia, which kept awful flight records, to Marqusea and then to Grasmere. After he got the the nails and all the other house hold goods we also bought a single artillery shell and a little bit of C4 and detonator.
After Jamero's four nail bombs were finished he placed them behind the rims of a Grasmeran sedan, every tire. Next was their timers. After that he put a little pit of C4 on the emergency brake line with a small detonator. For the 'main course' he drilled threw the car's firewall until the artillery shell was right next to the engine block. This would not only make the explosion more powerful on one side, it would also create a massive load of hot metal shrapnel. Donald was cut the radiator lines after he put the car in position. Finally he put the 120mm modified artillery shell into place and got into the car.
Despite the rather large amount of modifications Jamero was able to roll down the street with dragging is hard, the shell was not much additional wait for a car. He parked the car at a slight angle, making sure it had clearance to head into the street. The street he had chosen was the busiest and most lucrative financial market center in the entirety of Grasmere. He left the car running and jacked up the emergency all the way up, leaving the car in drive. Then he opened up the drunk, purposely with a very angry demeanor about him and nonchalantly cut the radiator line. This would help make the shrapnel even hotter.
Jamero sighed, putting on a little show in case anyone was watching him, and put the hood down. He then headed towards a nearby coffee shop and ordered a meal. After clicking the first detonator, under the cloth tabled, the car began to rattle forward. After a he heard a few honks and even a crash that was caused by people getting out of the vagrant car's way he click the second detonator. That threw nails everywhere, which of course destroyed the brakes and popped the tires. The car now inched slowly towards a financial center, he ran out along with the crowd to see the ruckus. As he saw the car get just about to the corner of one of the massive buildings he clicked the last detonator, which he hopped would force the building to lean and take a few buildings with it.
