Charter
Article One Command structure and Government
Founder
The Founder is they sole leader of they Band of nations against terrorism within they alliance his word is law. His duties are as followed, Protection of they alliance from internal and external threats, coordination through planing and organization against terror organizations or entities, retaliation against terror entities. The founder also reserves the right to deny membership to any nation and to expunge any nation from they alliance. They founder also has the right and responsibility of appointing members to they supreme council, as it should be.

Joint Ground Military Councilor
The Joint Ground military Councilor is in charge of all alliance troops in they field. They JGMC also is required to organize they alliances forces into standard alliance units. The Joint Ground Military Councilor is also required to supply alliance units logistically and financially with Alliance funds. All infantry and armored units fall under his command, that being said naval, air, or spec ops forces are not under his or her jurisdiction. They JGMC also has they right to request military operations against terror entities, but they must be approved by the founder or military commander.

The Joint Naval military Councilor is in charge of all alliance ships and marines in they field. They JNMC also is required to organize they alliances forces into standard alliance Fleet. They Joint Naval Military Councilor is also required to supply alliance units logistically and financially with Alliance funds. All Ships and marine units fall under his command, that being said ground, air, or spec ops forces are not under his or her jurisdiction. They JNMC also has they right to request military operations against terror entities, but they must be approved by the founder or military commander.

All Spec Ops teams and hard ware fall under his command, that being said ground, naval, or air forces are not under his or her jurisdiction. They JSOMC also has they right to request military operations against terror entities, but they must be approved by the founder or military commander.




Article Two Membership and Expulsion
All nations regardless of race religion or political ideology(unless it is genocidal or supportive of terrorism) are eligible to join the Band of Nations against terrorism, so long as they oppose terrorism. That being said all nations must abide by they charter or face expulsion. If nations are found to be supporting terrorism they will be expunged. If nation deliberately cause harm to they alliance or are damaging it in any way they will be expunged. Any nation attempting to disrupt they command structure will be expunged. All nations who support terrorism are viewed as enemies of they alliance.






Article Three War and Defense
The alliance is not a defensive alliance, however, individual nations may enter war at their own accord, and may represent the alliance. The BNAT alliance will defend it's member's against terrorism, and unite them under one banner, but alliance soldiers cannot be used for non-terrorist war.


Please excuse any spelling mistakes, such as the word "They" where there should be the. The charter was not written by me.
Also note, any "vice" position has total control over the branch they command,but any higher positions may override that decision if it is not acceptable. The Army, Navy and Air Force commanders are equal, they may only suggest to one another, not order.
