Is it allowed? I think the thread got locked because Cedon doesn't want to go to war anymore? I still consider that:
1. Cedon is still a small country against bigger nation
2. He has little (or no) alliance against many nations. (all that posted joined to protect NHC or just observe.)

Good point. I'll change it to around 250,000 with 250,000 reserve.
