The Steel Pact Charter

We the Nations of The Steel Pact, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure diplomatic peace, provide for the common defence, promote the the fundamental ideas of Absolute Autocratic Power, and secure the world from the plauge that is Communism, do ordain and establish this Charter for the Steel Pact.

Article One
The signees of this Pact enter into an accord of non-agression. No nation shall ever declare war on another nation, nor embargo another nation, nor blockade another nations ports so long as they are both signees of the Pact of Steel.
quarrels will be settled in a Pact Court of Grievance consisting of the Affronted, the Offender, the Supreme Council who is to act as an unbiased jury, and the Chairman of The Pact who is to act as the judge.

Article Two
If any signee should get involved in armed conflict, he can expect to have the support of The Unified Pact Defese Corps, and other member-states.

Article Three
Pact Administration
The Chairman of the Steel Pact is to be the sole autocratic leader of the Steel Pact, and shall controll all matters of the Pact. However due to the fact that governing the Pact by himself would be extremely difficult, he may appoint members to the Supreme Council.

The Minister of War is the member of the Supreme Council, who is to head the Unified Pact Defense Corps, and The Ministry of War. During times of War he shall lead the UPDC into battle. During times of peace he is to maintain the UPDC, supply it with Pact resources, and train it.

The Minister of Diplomacy is the member of the Supreme Council who is to head the Ministry of Peace. His day to day duties include; peace within the members of the Steel Pact, informing the Chairman of current world events and wars, represent the Pact in the world, and draft up official pact declerations.

The Minister of Commerce is the member of the Supreme Council who is to head the Ministry of Commerce. His day to day duties include managing the Pact store front, managing the Pact Treasury, and ensuring that all members pay their dues and fees. Such as the intial membership fee of 1,000,000 NS dollars, and the War Tax of 1.5 million NS dollars during times of war so that the UPDC may purchace mercenaries.

Article Four
The signee shall have total sovereignty of his own nation, in so much as his descisions pose no threat to the unity of the pact as a whole. This means implementing a policy of "Don't ask, don't tell;" on sensetive issues such as slavery, homosexuality and religion.

Article Five
All nations, upon signing, shall donate 10,000 troops to the UPDC, and pay a membership fee of 1,000,000 standard NS dollars.

Article Six
Provisional Members can receive full defensive benifits, but must pay an annual fee of 5.5 million NS dollars, are still subject to entry fees, can not join the Supreme Council, or sugest amendments.

Full members are required can receive full defensive benifits, suggest amendments to The Charter, be appointed to the Supreme Council, but must donate a minimum of 10,000 troops to the UPDC, and are still subject to the War tax, and entry fee, but not the annual fee.

In order to develop the Unified Pact Defense Corps into a more cohesive fighting force, simplify logistics, and further unify the Steel Pact I, Chairman Karl O'Gregor, hereby propose the following Standardized Weapons Bill.

Some changes please:
Western APC: B1 Centauro
Do we need two light machine guns? I'd prefer a second AR, perhaps the Israeli TAR-21?
Also Accuracy International AS50 would be better than the WA 2000, imo.

Looks good overall, although I'm not in favour of using Russian tech (too communistical) and American tech (my own preference, tbh) and I prefer the Japanese tanks to the Challenger II.

And why have region inspired packs? Why not pick and choose what we prefer?

Frankly, I'm not in favour of using RL weapons at all. It shows a lack of imagination on our part, and what on earth are we gonna sell in the storefront? "Uhhhh.... sellin' G36 cuz it's cool...." *dribble*
People look down on nations that sell RL weapons in storefronts. Remember a coupla year back when every noob and his dog created a new thread, copied and pasted a picture of an Abrams and an AK-47 and added a price tag? Sheesh, I thought we were better than that.

I don't have any objections to this. The majority of the Bokayan fleet is composed of icebreakers, however. Not much use in regular seas.

1) Does anyone know how to use MS paint good enough to create weapons and vehicles
2) Let's at least pick a standard rifle ammo 5.56x45mm NATO or 7.62x51mm NATO
