[Euro Asian Republics]

A squadron of eight fighters came in on the airspace. They are Wild Weasel fighters consisting of four F-4G Phantom IIs and four F-16C Block 50 Fighting Falcons. When they heard Watchover 1's message, the leader, Captain Jack Darrington in a F-16C Block 50 made a response.

"Watchover 1, that's why we're here." Jack called out.

He then turns his head to Rapiers 5 through 8, the F-4Gs which made up half of the squad, he then turns his head to Rapiers 2, 3, and 4, the F-16 Block 50s in the squadron.

"Rapiers 5 through 8, break off toward sector 6. Rapiers 2, 3, and 4, follow me." Jack ordered. As he did so, the F-4Gs broke off and headed to the northwest. He and the other F-16s then head off to the west.

When the F-16s got to sector 2, they formed up on their flight lead.

"Break formation. Commence attack!" Jack ordered. The F-16s broke formation and proceeded to attack the SAM and AA sites at their discretion.

Rapiers 2 and 4 engaged a small group of SAMs and AAAs and fired their AGM-88 HARM air-to-surface missiles. The missiles found their mark and destroyed their targets.

Rapiers 1 and 3 were engaging a large group of SAMs and they were locked on. They broke off from each other and evaded the SAMs. When they got the chance, they engaged the SAMs and began their attack.

"Rapier 1, Magnum!" he called out as he launched a HARM missile, destroying a SAM. Rapier 3 then engages another SAM and fires a missile, destroying it instantly. When they ran out of HARM missiles, they switched to their guns, and began to strafe the SAM installations, eventually destroying them all.

While this was going on, the F-4Gs were taking care of their targets. There wasn't as many SAM and AAA installations as the F-16s encountered, but they still put up a fight. They were all eventually destroyed. The path was clear for allied helicopters to get through.

Little did they know, a single event was to change the course of the war, as well as to turn it in the favor of the allies, now officially known as the Democratic Coalition.

Cape Rainy, Euro Asia - Nimitz-class Carrier EAS Michael Riass, Flagship of the 2nd Fleet - Admiral's Bridge - December 20, 2015 - 1800 Hours

Currently docked with the rest of a gathering combined fleet at Cape Rainy, along Euro Asia's east coast, the commanders of the fleets involved are coming onto the admiral's bridge on the Michael Riass. The meeting being called was a discussion on what to do next, especially with the forced withdrawl of American troops from the war due to a civil war of their own. Inside was 2nd Fleet commander, Admiral Samuel Edwards. He was looking over a telegram stating that America was forced to pull out of the war.

The door opened and he faced toward five other commanders. The first person who entered the admiral's bridge was Commander Logan Richards, captain of the Montana-class battleship EAS Newfield and commander of the 4th Fleet. The second person who came in was Captain Jack Thomas, captain of the Kirov-class battlecruiser EAS Ryukov and commander of the 3rd Fleet. The third commander was Captain Peter Masterson, captain of the Boxer-class light carrier named after his father, the EAS John Masterson and commander of the 5th Fleet. The fourth person was Admiral Peter Fredricks, commander of the 1st Fleet. The final commander to enter the room was Commander Oliver Tompson, captain of the Reprisal-class light carrier EAS Scot Schwarz and commander of the 6th Fleet. They came to the center of the bridge and saluted Admiral Edwards.

"At ease, men. You all know why I called you here. A couple of weeks ago, one of our allies, the United Federation of America was forced to pull out of the war due to internal troubles of their own. Which is why both the Eslovakian forces and our forces have agreed to make a new front against the rebels. A few weeks ago, our Fleet Air Arm managed to take out the majority of the rebel's naval power in Port Edwards. We have decided that the Euro Asian Marine Corps should take this opportunity to make a landing in the land to the west of Port Edwards. That's where you guys come in. We need your fleets to combine with the 2nd Fleet to serve as support for our landing forces." Edwards explained.

"Admiral, may I interrupt? Where are we going to get the troops neccessary to make the landing?" Captain Thomas asked.

"Our east coast's ground forces are already being gathered here in the port as we speak. We should have the neccessary ground forces to make the landing a possible success. That will be all." Edwards explained further. As he finished, he saluted the five commanders and they left the bridge.

50 miles off the west coast of Port Edwards - Boxer-class Light Carrier EAS Elizabeth Garcia of the 1st Fleet - Briefing Room - January 15, 2016 - 1530 Hours

As part of a combined fleet, the 1st Fleet, lead by the Kitty Hawk-class Carrier EAS Fort Grace, is standing by along with the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Fleets. Among them were San Antonio-class LPDs loaded with LCACs.

In the briefing room, 1st Leutenant Hans Martin, callsign 'Leopard' of VFA-195, a squadron of seven F/A-18C Hornets, waits for the ship's captain to come in. Just as he was about to talk with his squadron mates, the captain came into the room. He stood up on the podium and began the briefing.

"The time has come gentlemen. Our marines are about to make a landing on the beaches to the west of Port Edwards in the amphibious 'Operation Bunkerbuster'. If this mission is a success, then this will lead to the retaking of Port Edwards, and eventually Academy City. The landing site will be split into three beaches: Hale, Crowne, and Carranda Beaches. Support the landing forces at each of these beaches if needed. You will be supported by the F-8S Super Crusaders of VF-34 and F-14A Tomcats of VF-103, both from the carrier Michael Riass. You will also be supported by the Super Crusaders of VF-104 and Tomcats of VF-31, from the carrier Fort Grace. Wheels up at 1730 Hours. Good luck, and godspeed." the captain said.

Boxer-class Light Carrier EAS Elizabeth Garcia - Flight Deck - 1715 Hours

Out on the deck, Hans was climbing into his Hornet and began going through his checklist. His Hornet was loaded with bombs for taking out enemy units. After five minutes of going through the checklist twice, he turned on his plane's engines. After another five minutes of taxing to the catapult, he powered up the engines and was soon launched off the carrier. He gained altitude and began circling the combined fleet to wait for the rest of his squadron. After about five minutes, the rest of his squadron are up in the air along with other F/A-18C, A-6E Intruder, and A-7E Corsair II strike squadrons as well as the four escort squadrons comprised of Super Crusaders and Tomcats.

Coastline west of Port Edwards - 1800 Hours

After an entire day of the heavy ships, including the Newfield, bombarding the coastline in the area of the three beach landing sites, the LCACs began to disembark the LPDs. When they were halfway to the beaches, they noticed something was not right. The highest ranking officer on the lead LCAC, Lt. Bellows, tuned to the fleet's communications channel and described their situation.

"This is Lt. Bellows, Unit B commander en route for Crowne Beach. We don't have air superiority over the beaches. This isn't as promised." Bellows relayed.

"This is Admiral Edwards, friendly fighters are inbound. Continue efforts to secure the beaches." Edwards reassured.

"I read you. But tell them that we'll be seeing them once we land, over." Bellows replied.

Hans was listening in and continued onward toward Crowne Beach. The squad leader then gave the order to break formation. Hans then proceeded to dropping bombs onto rebel units.

"Pickle! Pickle!" he called out as he dropped a bomb. The bomb hit its mark.

It was then that he got word that there were enemy AH-64s inbound from the east. He headed toward the eastern end of the beaches and took down the enemy choppers. With the choppers gone, the ground forces had a clear road to advance on Crowne Beach. He eventually taken care of the rest of the rebel ground units on Crowne Beach. The marines got a secure foothold.

"This is Lt. Bellows, our forces have successfully taken the beaches. Tell them thanks for the supporting fire."

"Roger. Mission complete." Edwards replied.

San Salvicon, Euro Asia - Area of Operations - January 17, 2016 - 0900 Hours

News of the USEA Marines setting a beach at head Crowne Beach quickly spread throughout the ranks in the Eslovakian Ground Force as well as the Euro Asian Army who had fought off the rebels bravely clearing the last few outnumbered and scattered enemy forces in San Salvicon. All the rebel SAM's and AA's operated by the rebel forces had either been destroyed or abandoned during their retreat. Several air force fighters circled the area serving as a look out for airbourne threats whilst Predator UAV's buzzed around the Sanl Salvion outskirts collecting recon intel. The Battle of San Salvicon had proven successful and the tide off war was about to change.

"This is White Griffin Squadron, we've cleared all airbourne threats from the city's combat zone, mission accomplished" said the pilot of the Gripen.

"Roger that Griffin 1, do not pursue enemy taargets retreating from combat airspace, F 7 Skaraborg Squadron will take care off that, theyre flying in from the border as we speak." replied the AWACS 'Big Eye'

"Roger that, why is the Home Guard getting involved?" asked Griffin 1 confused.

"We don't know yet although I do know the new President has taken new actions on the war, thats about it." replied Big Eye

"Roger that, over and out"

4 KC-10 fuel tanker arrived at the area of operations contacting both air forces for available in-flight refuelling operations. A few Gripens and F-22 flew in formation low over the city towards the tankers leaving defening roaring sound behind them. Both USEA and Eslovakian figthers flew over the soldiers at low alttitude in formations whilst soldiers cheered on with great confidence on the war. A morale booster was important for these soldiers to continue the war effectively and precisely.

Ekaterinberg, Ekaterinberg House - War Room - Presidential and Joint Chiefs of Staff Confidential Meeting - January 20, 2015 - 1345 Hours

The newly elected President Seo Hye-Rim walked along the corridors of the Ekaterinberg house towards the War Room where the high ranking officials were waiting impatiently. The war was reaching a major turn and such an opportunity should not be missed.

Finally, Seo Hye-Rim arrived and slowly stepped in the room. The officials in their gleaming uniforms rose up but were interupted before saluting by the President.

"No need for that, were all the same here making a descision for the greater good of the country. Thank you for your respect though." said the President.

The officials were surprised at her atittude and how she viewed them as friends creating a sense of amongst the members.

"Situation Report please" demanded the president as she sat down.

"Yes ma'am" replied Sten Tolgfors, the Defence Minister.

"I see were making good progress after retreating during the first stages of the war" commented the President as she carefully studied the SitRep.

"I see USEA has established a beach head on Crowne Beach, is there anyway we can support the forces advancing towards Port Edwards?" asked the President.

"We'll although we had some basic knowledge of upcoming plans for the invasion, we weren't simlpy ready to deploy the Amfibiekåren (Amphibious Corps) in such short time since our main fleet is to far to make it there in time." replied Admiral Altberg Ljungqvist. "Although we could use fighters from Kiruna Air Force Base and alocate some of our forces in San Salvicon to create a new front behind the Rebel forces, it would be a lot harder for them to fight two fronts."

"I like the idea, however will that put any further strains on the defence budget?" asked the President.

"A small amount, no more than 0.10%"

"Ok, lets try and keep the spendings to a minimal level, at this rate well drown into debts." replied the President. "Begin planning for a new operation to assist the Euro Asian Marines."

"Yes ma'am, I'll take my leave first." said the Admiral preparing to leave as followed by the Army General and the Air Force Commander.

Operation Joint Sword was a go.

Kiruna Air Force Base - Euro Asia - Air Field - January 21, 2015 - 2045 Hours

Multiple C-17's and C-130's were lined up on the ramps of Kiruna Air Force Base as elite paratroopers from both countries boarded the large aircrafts to prepare for the large operation. Leopard 2 Tanks and Archer Artillery trucks were loaded to the C-17's to assist the troops who would create a new front against the rebel forces whilst the Euro Asian Marines advanced from the beaches. Helicopters whirrled around the base transporting goods around and dropping off soldiers here and there. The media had become an increasingly large presence at the base whilst only a handful of journalists were permitted to board one of the aircrafts.

General Svensson had been running up and down the whole base contacting Euro Asian officials about the operation and how it was planned to go as well as back up plans. The use of elite soldiers made the other high ranking officials trust the operation more, especially with the 501st Legion playing a major role in the operation.

It wasn't long till everything had been set and planes began taking off from the air base's 3 runways. Predator UAV's, transport planes and fighter jets from both air forces began continously taking off towards their location." The success of this operation depended on the co-operation with both sides.

Operation Joint Sword was now operational.

The commanders of the combined fleet had recieved word of the official start of the joint offensive, Operation Joint Sword. They passed word to the men and women aboard the ships in the fleet and cheers went up all around.

Kitty Hawk-class Carrier EAS Fort Grace, Flagship of the 1st Fleet - Briefing Room - January 25, 2016 - 1000 Hours

A group of pilots were sitting in the briefing room. These men are the pilots of the Super Crusader squadron VF-104, the Tomcats of VF-31, the Corsair IIs of VA-146, and the Legacy Hornets of VFA-195. Among them is Leutenant Commander Louis Cambell, callsign 'Axe', squadron leader of VF-104. Also among them is Captain Marcus Young, callsign 'Hawk', squad captain of VF-31. They stood up when Admiral Edwards came into the room and they saluted him.

"At ease, men and women." Edwards said as everyone took a seat. Just as they did, the room dimmed and a projection of a map of Euro Asia showing the current front as well as the Democratic Coalition's advance from the southeast from San Salvacion, from the northeast from Cape Rainy (supported by airstrikes from Area 88 in the same region) and from the west from Hale, Crowne, Carranda beaches toward Port Edwards and Academy City.



"As you all already know, our marines have established a beachhead fifty miles west of Port Edwards and the joint offensive between Eslovakian and Euro Asian forces has begun. Offensive Campaign #5104, also known as Operation Joint Sword is proceeding as scheduled. If this keeps up, our marines will reach Academy City in the next two weeks. Your mission is to provide support for our marines as they make their assault in capturing Port Edwards. The Air Force will be sending a squadron of B-52H Stratofortresses, and a squadron of F-15C Eagles, both from Area 88, to assist in the assault. Be sure to assist these squadrons if necessary. Wheels up in fourty-five minutes." Edwards explained.

After this was said, the pilots saluted him, then filed out of the room and headed towards the flight deck.

Kitty Hawk-class Carrier EAS Fort Grace, Flagship of the 1st Fleet - Flight Deck - January 25, 2016 - 1045 Hours

The flight deck is abuzz with activity as the planes of VF-104, VF-31, VA-146, and VFA-195 are being launched off the carrier. Louis Cambell's Super Crusader was begining to taxi to the catapult.

"Raising pressure. 70, 80, 90, point 15, 38, 32, confirmed. Ready to launch anytime." The catapult technician called out.

"Hawk, you are clear for take-off." the air traffic controller called out to Marcus Young as his F-14A powers up its throttle.

"This is Hawk, roger." Captain Young responded. After he said that, his Tomcat, at full throttle, is catapulted off the carrier.

As this was going on, Leutenant Commander Cambell began his taxi and headed toward the starboard bow catapult.

"Raising pressure. 70, 80, 90, we're in the green zone. Raise the barriers." the bow technicians called out. After this was said, the barrier began to raise.

"Axe, you are clear for take-off." the carrier ATC called out.

"This is Axe, roger that." responded Cambell. After saying this, he powers up his Super Crusader's engines. It was soon after that the fighter was launched off the carrier. He soon began to gain altitude.

Above Port Edwards, Euro Asia - January 25, 2016 - 1115 Hours

Above Port Edwards, the Fleet Air Arm have just been sighted by Euro Asian marines. The F/A-18Cs and A-7Es began their close air support. The F-8Ss and F-14As have begun their task for air cover. They immediately sighted an interceptor force of ten Shenyang J-8s and five MiG-29s. They fired their AIM-7 Sparrow missiles at long range. The missiles meet their mark.

After this, a squad of three F-15Cs and a squad of five B-52Hs came into visual range from the northeast.

"Attention all Fleet Air Arm aircraft. This is the 39th Bombardment Squadron, callsign 'Sixpack'. We're beginning our bomb run on the Rebel GHQ." one of the B-52 pilots called out.

"This is the 164th Tactical Fighter Squadron, callsign 'Saturn'. We're here to assist." the F-15C pilot, Alan Locke, callsign 'Dragon' called out. Just then, the Fleet Air Arm's E-2C Hawkeye AWACS, callsign 'Seagull' came on on the radio.

"This is AWACS 'Seagull' to all Euro Asian air forces. A new wave of enemy planes have just entered the operation airspace." Seagull called out.

"This is 'Dragon', copy that." Locke responded.

"This is Axe, we read you." Cambell replied.

"Hawk here. Roger." Captain Young called out.

The Eagles fire their AIM-120 AMRAAMs, while the Super Crusaders, and Tomcats fire the remainder of their AIM-7s. Their targets, a squadron of Rebel Su-25s were destroyed instantly. Just then, four squads of MiG-23 Floggers, MiG-25 Foxbats, MiG-31 Foxhounds, and MiG-29s came in from the north. The F-15s fire the remainder of their AMRAAMS and a large portion of the MiGs went down. The remaining MiGs retreat to the north.

"This is Seagull to Saturn squadron, VF-104, and VF-31, all bandits have been destroyed or no factor. Your mission was a success. The ground unit saw from below and they extend their thanks."

"This is VFA-195, us and the pilots of VA-146 are blown away by your skills." called out VFA-195's flight lead.

"Roger, mission complete. All aircraft RTB." Seagull replied.

[Eslovakia]

The C-17’s had finally reached their target destinations across the country after being deployed from Kiruna Air Force Base. Several Paratroopers were deployed on Crowne Beach to help reinforce the front lines against the Rebel Forces. A last minute decision was made to capture 4 cities within a month. The Northern Valhalla Fleet had finally fleet had finally arrived within operational range of USEA to help liberate USEA’s capital Saint Ark in the final phase of the operation after all the other cities had been captured. Skaraborg Regiment and the Arlborg Regiment joined force with the Euro Asians to help pursue the retreating Rebel Forces from San Salvicon. The Östersunds Airborne were to capture Faith Park from rebel hands whilst the Euro-Asian Army progressed towards Shezna Pass. When the Eastern Front has been secured, the green light will be given to the Western Forces to proceed with the third face of the operation. Southern Skandia Regiment will capture Axel Bay with air support from the Northern Valhalla Fleet to help capture the city. If Axel Bay fails to be captured then the remaining forces from the Southern Skandia Regiment will be diverted to the Euro-Asian controlled Port Edwards. The Northern Valhalla Fleet, Euro Asian Navy and the 501st Legion will conduct a daring combined assault on Capital, Saint Ark. There can be no failure upon capturing Saint Ark. The Eslovakian Armed Forces are offering everything at their disposal to help capture Saint Ark back. Failure is not an option.

San Salvicon Outskirts - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 1345 Hours
Several armored vehicles ranging from Leopard 2 tanks to military supply trucks drove in large formations towards Tiger Plains after San Salvicon had been captured by the Democratic Coalition’s joint efforts. Helicopters and fighter jets whizzed above the ground forces at great speeds providing aerial protection. The 63rd Armored Skaraborg Regiment was to continue pursuing rebel forces alongside Euro-Asian forces whilst the Euro Asians and the 1st Infantry Arlborg Regiment moved into San Salvicon to help the Euro-Asians restore order and get humanitarian aid to the citizens tormented by the recent attacks.

Several JAS-39 Gripens fired missiles on retreating Rebel Forces whilst the tanks sped after the forces firing their heavy shells against the helpless rebels retaliating with machine guns and RPG after having their heavy machinery destroyed. The advance on Tiger Plains couldn’t have gone smoother.

Faith Park Outskirts - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 2209 Hours
The C-130’s and C-17’s flew closer towards Faith Park, the Ostersunds Airborne were preparing for a strike mission to take out an enemy base at Faith Park. If they succeed in capturing Faith Park, Euro-Asian forces crossing Shezna Pass won’t have to face rebel reinforcements, crossing through mountains, being shot at whilst crossing it isn’t the most pleasant thing.
The soldiers all lined up in the aircraft as they watched the bay doors open whilst the red light lit brightly throughout the aircraft. Suddenly there was a green flash and the soldiers began dropping out the aircraft one by one. Kiruna Air Force Base had deployed 5 Leopard 2 Tanks and several attack helicopters to area as soon as the soldiers were dropped. AC-130 gunning missions were available for the soldiers to use as well. The soldiers were probably the most unfortunate for urban combat. They could not transport any MBT to Faith Park in time, they had to use the armored vehicles provided by Kiruna Air Force Base to the max.

After 15 minutes all the soldiers had been air dropped and were to proceed towards Faith Park along with air support and their 5 tanks. They had sighted the first enemy camp within Faith Park and quickly assumed positions around the camp taking out any patrols.

The Ostersunds Airborne had prepared themselves and were dug in. They called in the AC-130 strike on the camp giving the coordinates to the pilot via radio. Within two minutes of waiting, a large explosion occurred in the vicinity of the camp and the rebel soldiers were caught off guard. The soldiers lying in wait opened fire whilst the others took out SAM’s in the area to prevent their air support from being destroyed. 3 armored vehicles rolled out the large smoke cloud from the base firing at the soldiers positions causing casualties amongst the Eslovakians. There were loud and agonizing screams when they enemy tanks were firing and the Eslovakian helicopters were forced to risk their lives and get within range of remaining SAM’s to help the soldiers. The other 5 Tank encircled the base and continuously fired on the soldier till there was nothing left but fire and smoke.

Pleased with the results, the soldiers moved into the camp and cleared out any remaining soldiers and hijacking the vehicles left at the camp. The drive towards central Faith Park was proving to be more difficult then anticipated. Operation Joint Sword relied on the outcome of the mission…

Faith Park Outskirts - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 2300 Hours

Ostersunds Airbourne travelled quickly towards Faith Park in the Humvees, helicopters and MBT's under the cover of the night. The raid on the first rebel camp towards Faith Park proved successful despite casualties occuring during the operation. The force was now even closer to the rebel striken city as the sklyline became visible in the horizon.

"This is Helo-Watch , We got a visual on the city, all units assume combat formations and await further instructions." said the operator omboard a Black Hawk Helicopter hovering above the forces at 2,500 feet.

"Roger that Helo Watch 1, Airborne 1,2,3 and 4 assuming combat formations" replied the captain.

"Alright listen up men, we're going to assume our combat positions around the city to take out enemy key points around the city to launch a surprise attack on the enemy HQ. There are too many SAM's and a considerable threat to our armour in the confined streets so were gonna have to pave the way for the helicopters and armour. AC-130 will be available when were launching the attack on the HQ only. Till then, we got no support, got it?" said the Captain to the prepared troops.

"Roger that sir" replied the soldiers. "Assuming combat formations."

"This is Helo Watch 1, Airborne 1, you are too proceed towards the steel frame bridge and assume position at the foot of the bridge and await further instructions, do you copy?"

"Roger that, Airborne 1 out."

"Airborne 2 and 3, proceed towards the city on the main highway. There's intel that there are enemy patrols on the highway. Avoid confrontation by any means and only use force as a last resort. It is crucial you reach the city undetected. Do you understand?" said the operator.

"Copy that, helo watch 1, over and out." replied the Sargeant.

"Airborne 4, you are to remain with the MBT's and Helos until the SAM's and Anti-Armour threats have been eliminated from your route. You are then to proceed by helicopter and be airdropped at the enemy HQ when ordered to with tank support and air support. Do you copy?" said the operator

"Roger that sir, awaiting further orders." replied the captain.

The 3 groups slipped away under the cover of the darkness whilst the fourth airborne waited with the precious equipment outside the city.

A flight of 17 recently upgraded Avro Vulcans and 34 air squadrons of Rafales, as well as the remaining Morgans in our elite air force are preparing to leave our bases for Euro Asia at this moment.

This was a call to the Tower at Area 88 by the Rapier Squadron, Natornic Cultures' Leading Ace group.

"Roger that Rapier squadron, you are cleared to land, Glad to see the the insignia of an ally in our skies." was the return call from the tower.

"Cleared to land, Rapier Squadron. Readback confirmed. Lowering landing gears. extending flaps to 40. Landing checks complete, initiating landing." "Altitude 1500." "Altitude 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 5, Touchdown!" "This is Rapier Squadron, Landing Confirmed."

Just as the planes reached the hanger, their engines stalled due to empty tanks. The Rapier squadron, originally based at George Fredrickson AFB, were tired from the long journey, and were quite shaky as they got out of their aircraft. Among the rapier squadron was a beautiful female. Her callsign was said to be "Luna", because she was as beautiful as the moon itself. A couple of guys at the base asked her out with them, but she gently denied their request and said she was already married to Rapier Leader. As they walked into the base they were directed to the barraks.

The three airborne groups had already reached the outside of the city centre with Airborne 1 taking out sentries at the bridge whilst avoiding enemy contact along their route. The mission was good good for Airborne 1 so far. Airborne 2 and 3 were forced to split when engaging with an enemy patrol when they entered the city. The engagement was unavoidable and reinforcements were bound to arrive for the rebels to eliminate Airborne 2 and 3.

"This is Airborne 2 requesting fire mission on hostile forces 300 metres from our position. Were pinned down and taking heavy fire from both sides of the street. We have two casualties and 4 wounded, over."

"Airborne 2 this is helo watch 1, can you withdraw from your current location, over?"

"Negative, I repeat, Negative! We are completely surrounded and will soon have no cover. over!"

"Roger that, fire support has been granted but is limited so use wisely, how copy?"

"Airborne 2, solid copy!"

The soldiers were helplessly taking cover from the heavy fire with whatever they could find whilst rains of bullets flew past them. It was only a matter of time before the rebels took up positions in the buildings and were able to completely eradicate the fire team.

"Hello boys, this is Guilty Roses Squadron enroute to your position now, hang tight" said the female pilot of the F-22.

"Airborne 2 roger that, pointing laser director at hostile forces!"

"Roger that, Airborne 2, were receiving target co-ordinates for strike, hang in there!" replied the female pilot

The soldiers continuously returned fire on the approaching enemy troops getting more desperate as ammunition was running out and more soldiers were wounded. Suddenly some screamed "Man Down, Man Down!" The Sargent frantically ran towards the corpse without thinking twice and stared at it in horror, It was the youngest member of the fire team who was on his first combat mission with the Airborne. Suddenly, deafening sound accompanied by a large explosion hit the enemy position. The sound of soldiers screaming in pain and agony echoed throughout the damaged streets of a once bristling Faith Park. Soon everything had quietened down to a few distant shots coming from the other troops.

"Guilty Roses disengaging from battlefield, good luck out there." said the female pilot.

"Airborne 2 to Helo Watch 1, requesting CASEVAC mission over." said the Sargent disappointed.

"Helo Watch 1 to Airborne 2, thats a negative, Intel reports a heavy AAA and SAM threats in your area. You are to wait in your current position and hold out against possible reinforcements whilst Airborne 4 proceeds to your location to pick up Casualties. ETA 20 minutes. How copy?"

"Roger that, solid copy on all. Interrogative, sir, if we eliminate AAA and SAM threat, will EVAC be possible, over?" asked the Sargent.

"Eliminating AAA and SAM threat will enable quicker EVAC and as well as an Air Support corridor from the Gripens at Kiruna Air Force Base, over."

"Roger that, we are Oscar Mike, Airborne 2 out"

"Alright listen up men, I need 5 of you to follow me to take out the air threats blocking our evac mission as well as fire support. The mission will be a hell lot easier if we take em out now. There are three AAA vehicles 700 meters north of our position and a SAM vehicle 500 meters west, so we gotta split and take em simultaneously to avoid being engaged unprepared. So whos coming?"

A handful of soldiers stood up acompany the Sargent to their new objectives whilst the others stayed behind to guard the wounded from any attacks. The Sargent smiled at his troops and shouted "Lets get some!"

"This is Angel 1 request flight clearance to Faith Park for air cover of Airborne troops over." said the pilot inside the grounded Gripen aircraft on the radio.

"Angel 1, Kiruna Clearence Delivery, Cleared to Faith Park via GORMAN FOUR Departure, shafter transition then as filed, Maintain 5000, expect FL340, 5 minutes after departure, Departure frequency is 124.300m Squawk 7201. Over." replied the air traffic controller.

"Solid copy on all, Angel 1" acknowledged the pilot

"Angel 1 request startup and pushback."

Start up and pushback approved. Taxi to runway 19R via taxiway JULIET ECHO KILO RWY8L SIERRA. Report when at holding point over."

The grey Gripen aircraft pushed back from their parking spots at the airbase and began taxiing towards the runway. The four aircraft gleamingly taxiied along each taxiway whilst its beacon lights continuously flashed around. Helicopters and fighters flew around the airbase whilst the ground crew worked diligently around the clock to get things working.

"This is Angel 1, we are at RWY 19R holding point, over"

"Roger that, switch to Kiruna Tower for take off clearence on 131.825 over."

"Copy, thank you, bye bye" replied the pilot

The four Gripens went into afterburner and took off almost immediately at high speeds towards their destination. Help was on its way to Airborne. Hell was on its way to the rebels...

"Rapier squadron we have an emergency, our Eslovakian allies are getting slaughtered at Faith Park!" said the base commander. "We have no time for a briefing, so I ordered your morgans to be topped off with fuel and loaded with medium power Multi Target missiles for aerial supremacy and Fuel Air Explosive Bombs for ground defense. now get in your planes and go help them out please."

"ugh man we only had a couple hours of sleep, but idc, if its an emergency, im going to help them out." was Rapier Leader's reply.

They got to the hangers and into their morgans.

"This is Rapier Squadron taking off"

"Roger that Rapier. take off at full throttle."

"This is Rapier, Readback confirmed. taking off. 200. V1, Rotate!"

"This is Rapier, takeoff confirmed!"

After that the Rapier Squadron were on their way to Faith Park. After what seemed like eternity and after mid-air refueling they finally reached the battlefront at 2500 hours.

"This is Rapier Squadron of the Natornic Cultures Air Force to the Eslovakian Ground Troops at Faith Park we are here to assist you in battle, over!"

"This is Helo Watch 1 to Rapier Squadron, radar contact." replied the operator. "Rapier Squadron, I am sending you he current SitRep of the situation, Do not enter airspace of the combat troops until declared safe when SAM batteries and AAA vehicles are removed. An attempt to perform a SEAD mission is applicable but be warned it is on your own risk.

The Airborne 2 Soldiers approached the SAM vehicles safely dug in amongst rebel soldiers. The group split into two to ambush the rebel forces. One half will perform a suppressive fire manoeuvre whilst the AT Team dealt with the dealt with the SAM threat.

"Airborne 2, engage!"

There was a distant roar in the sky as the sound of fighter jets approached the soldiers, it sent a sigh of relief amongst the wounded soldiers entrenched in their defensive positions.

"Angel 1 at area of operations, over." said the Gripen pilot.

"Helo Watch 1, understood, all aicraft within the faith park vicinity change your frequency to 122.800 for AWACS cover. AWACS is BIG EYE. All frequency change approved."

"Angel 1, frequency changed approved, changing to 122.800 for BIG EYE, thank you, bye bye."

"This is Angel 1 contacting BIG EYE, over" said the pilot.

"BIG EYE, Radar Contact, be advised of high AA threat to you so standby outside combat area under high caution. Same applies to all other aircraft."

The MBT that were outside Faith Park awaiting orders were finally given the order to advance, the tank roared to life as they sped towards the entrenched wounded soldiers to provide amour cover for them. It was only a matter of time till the rebel Faith Park HQ was destroyed."

Faith Park - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 2515 Hours

A large explosion tore through the city as a building slowly collapsed on a concentration of enemy Rebel troops who screamed and pleaded for as they screamt for help. One side of the city had been eliminated of the SAM and AA threat.

"This is Airborne 2 request CASEVAC mission to our sector, SAM and AAA threat has been eliminated in our sector. There are also a considerable amount of rebel casualties and wounded, request additional helos for them to." said the Sargent.

Several fighters from the Natronic Cultures Air Force roared the skies above the troops as mantled their Javelin Missiles.

"Alright ready, 3, 2, 1, FIRE" said the soldier as he pressed the trigger as hard as he could whilst a large radiant light streamed out of the barrel towards the AA vehicle. A large redish flame followed on by a large blaze off smoke covered the AA tank as the airborne troops opened fire on the remaining soldiers. The second AA tank suddenly went up flames leaving the Eslovakian Soldiers bewildered. A column of Leopard 2 tanks ploughed through the enemy AA team as they began to flee whilst the airborne troops cheered on. A sense of relief seemed to reside on the soldiers as the AA and SAM threat had been eliminated.

"BIG EYE, this is Airborne 2, the AA and SAM threat has been eliminated, contact JSTARS to update SITREP over."

"BIG EYE copy that, relaying information to JSTARS, good job, proceed to rally point 3 for reinforcements. Over and out"

"BIG EYE to all aircraft, SAM and AA threat has been eliminated, airspace is now under allied control. Targets have been relayed to you, all targets in the town vicinity are declared hostile. You are cleared to engage all cleared targets."

"This is Angel 1, copy that, proceeding to mission objective, over an out."

A group of Gripen fighters roared the skies along with the Natronic Cultures ADFX-01 Morgan aircraft towards the citys main objective...

Rapier 1: "This is Rapier 1, we copy bigeye, lets get this city! Luna protect the EVAC helicopters from any fighters untill they leave city airspace!"

Rapier 2: "Roger that starkiller."

Rapier 2 does a controlled stall from the formation and turns to escort the EVAC helicopters carrying the wounded soldiers out of the airspace.

Rapier 1 meanwhile is attacking the rebel targets in the city center.

Rapier 3: "Boss we have got them on the run! looks like we will take the city after all."

Rapier 2: "This is luna i have finished escorting the choppers out of combat airspace, returning to battle!"

Rapier 1: "Roger that luna! good work."

Rapier 4: "Captain!! AA heavy fire coming from a skyscraper! where did that come from? the whole building is sending out AA fire in all directions!"

Rapier 3: "David are you sure you're not seeing things agai.."

Rapier 3 gets cut off midspeech as AA fire from the skyscraper slices his left wing, putting a hole through his aileron.

Rapier 3: "Shit where the fuck did that come from?"

Rapier 1: "they must have had those AA guns set up when the original AA perimeter was destroyed! the sneaky bastards! Bigeye that skyscraper is too populated to send a strike squad through, we are forced to send in a missile twards the skyscraper. Its warhead is armed with an anti personnel fragmentation warhead so it wont destroy the building. All air and ground forces we are sending you a data link containing the coordinates, stay away from the skyscraper in those coords. the missile should arrive soon."


Meanwhile at the north Valhalla fleet:

missile cruiser: "Attention Valhalla fleet, this is the NC liberty missile cruiser Freedom, we are approaching your forces to join your fleet... wait we are receiving a data link from the vacinity of Faith Park. Aerial squadron has requested a missile to be fired on a skyscraper heavily populated and fortified by the enemy, commencing fire!"

the missile cruiser fires a "Nova" heavy missile at the target armed with the anti personnel fragmentation warhead.

Back at Faith Park.

Rapier 1: "Here comes the missile. be ready!"

All eyes are turned as a Nova heavy missile blazes through the sky and hits the skyscraper, sending small bits of titanium shrapnal from the special anti personnel warhead into the building, killing all inside while leaving the structure intact.

Rapier 1: "Target hit! the small AA fire from the skyscraper has stopped."

As the missile sheared the enemy ground forces in the skyscraper, the rebels start running out of buildings being chased by a mob of pissed off citizens armed with baseball bats, chainsaws, and handguns.

The Gripen fighters flew towards the rebel HQ in a strike formation ready to pound the hell out off the rebels. All the aircraft released their payloads onto their targets whilst they manoeuvred away from the blast. A large explosion engulfed the area, several secondaries went up within the blast.

"Angel 1 to BIG EYE, Rebel HQ has been destroyed, were seeing good secondaries too. Over" informed the pilot.

"Angel 1, copy that, JSTARS has been informed and has congratulated the task force for their efforts in this mission. Angel 1, switches safe and RTB, over and out." replied the AWACS

"BIG EYE to all force, the task force has completed its objective of destroying the Rebel HQ, all ground forces to rendezvous at rally point 3. Rapier Squadron, we thank you for your combat support role in the mission, this mission is now over. We currently have no information on your next mission objective but a KC-130 is available on flight rouet UY723 between ARN and DKR."

The column of tanks speed towards the rally point whilst the wounded and casualties where taken back to the FOB via helicopters that had just arrived in the area.

The joint task force ploughed through the rough seas towards the capital of Saint Ark along with the USEAn Navy as well as the Natronic Cultures Navy who had just joined them.

Ships from Natronic Cultures Navy, please implement defence formation behind our ships. Your aircraft carriers can be placed aline with the ENS Ekaterinberg for eased aerial combat operations. Faith Park - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 0200 Hours

Several CH-25E helicopters began landing at Faith Park whilst troops, tanks, ARCHER Artillery systems and HUMVEE's streamed out of the helicopters. NH90 CASEVAC Helicopters had arrived at the scene to pick up the casualties of the Airborne. Östersunds Airbornes had completed the assigned objective of removing Faith Park from Rebel hands, it was down to the Aarlborg Regiment to take control of the territory. The Euro-Asian would soon have to proceed through Shezna Pass and it was up to us to make sure they were safe during the journey. The Aarlborg Regiment congratulated the Östersunds Airborne troops on their huge success to allow the the other forces to mop up the rest as they boarded the helicopters. Fighter jets roared the skies in the distance as flames engulfed certain part of the city with air strikes becoming more and more common.

25 tanks and 13 IFV's sped towards the action whilst 5 WZ-10 Attack Helicopters whizzed above them. One of the drivers spotted a family of 5 running towards them in desperation whilst the sound of gunfire echoed closer. The tanks sped towards the family whilst calling in a helicopter for EVAC.

"Echo One, were rescuing civilians, Two Two cover fire, twelve o'clock, riflemen, three-zero-zero meters" shouted the Sargent on the radio to his tank company as 8 of his troops ran towards the civilians.

The Mother and father thanked the soldiers for their help whilst the children wept in fear.

"Were getting you outta here, just stay calm and stay real close to us, we'll take you back to base." said the Sargent. "Buzz One, pop smoke and cover fire twelve o'clock, civilians secured and returning to main armour column, reques-" the message was cut short as the Sargent screamt in agony whilst collapsing to the ground.

"Man down, Man down!" shouted a corporal as he went to help out the wounded sargent.

"Shit, I've been hit in my abdomen said the sargent as blood spewed out of his body armour. We got snipers in the area, get the civvies out of here now!" demanded the Sargent.

"Isacsson and Hjortsberg, escort the civilians back whilst we deal with the Sargent" commanded the corporal

"Will do, ma'am, come with us we'll get you somewhere safe." said the corporal as they began to run towards the tank column.

"This is Buzz One we have detected several rebel units closing in on your position, the armour is driving towards you now and smoke has been popped, stay sharp, we'll cover you and you focus on the Sargent." said the pilot

"roger that, appreciated." replied the corporal

The NH90 Helicopter landed behind the tank columns and waited for the Sargent. The soldiers could see the relief of the families when they boarded the helicopter. The soldier turned around and found the childs teddy bear on the floor.

"Hey kid, you dropped something" he said passing him the bear.

"Thank you Mr.armyman" with a huge grin on his face whilst wiping away his tears.

The wounded Sargent had been put on a stretcher and placed on the helicopter rapidly before it took off again heading towards Kiruna Air Force Base for further treatment.

"Alright situation has been dealt with, break throuh the rebel lines with gunships first and then the armour" commanded another Sargent. Buzz one and two, proceed north towards bridge and destroy any enemy emplacements on your way, we'll clear out the rest behind you."

"Roger that, moving on" replied the helicopter pilot as it speed past them.

"This is the NCS Spartan Pride, we are commencing light cruise missile barrage on enemy targets in the said areas. Operation Take Back is a go from here. CAP, stay away from our missile batteries."

a light missile was launched from the liberty class missile cruiser and was on its way to faith park to support the Euro Asian ground troops.

"This is Rapier 1 to the NH90 Transport helicopter, we are here to escort you." said Rapier 1.

"'Bout time you showed up! i was getting nervous just waiting her on route to Kiruna Air force base." replied the transport helicopter. "How long ago did you refuel?"

"2 minutes ago, should be enough to get us to base." Rapier replied.

"This is AWACS callsign Saphire, we are here to escort you in..... wait, im getting a weird signal on radar.... 25 planes, no IFF response, bogies incoming."

"Your time for reckoning has come Rapier!"

"Who is this? what the f*ck are you talking about?" replied Luna (Rapier 2).

"Those friends of yours, this war, its all part of our plan!" replied the unknown pilot.

suddenly a missile is shot at the transport helicopter, shredding it to pieces.

"NO!!! THE TRANSPORT HELICOPTER IS DOWN!!!!" Replied Rapier 3

"You Monsters!! There were civillians on board that helicopter!!" Rapier 1 shouted out in anger.

"They will be yet another sacrifice." replied the unknown pilot

"This is Rapier 1 We need help, transport heli is down and we're outnumbered 25 to 4!"

"Dear God, look at the size of that formation!" replied Luna

"Those markings aren't of the rebel forces, they're of a PMC." Said Rapier 1

A flight of 10 XFA 27 Phoenixes, 10 ADFX-01 Morgans and 5 SU-47s fly at high speed twards the 4 pilots.

"This is Rapier 1 to all forces, we've been ambushed by 25 planes from a PMC, the transport helicopter from faith park is down! we need reinforcements or we will be done for!"

"All pilots, scramble! Enemy aircraft approaching the base." The commander called out on the PA system. While he was doing so, the pilots ran to their aircraft. Mainly F-15Cs and Tornado ADVs. Among them is the 442nd Tactical Fighter Squadron, "Peacocks", a squadron of Tornados as well as the F-15Cs of Saturn Squadron.

"Saturn 1, Peacock 2 and 3, you are clear for take off." the Aircraft Control called out. Just after he said this, the three fighters' engines throttled up. A few seconds later, they were in the air. "Altitude restrictions cancelled."

"This is AWACS 'Falcon Eye' to all airborne forces. Intercept the incoming incoming enemy force." Falcon Eye, an E-3 Sentry called out on the radio.

"Roger Falcon Eye. We'll take care of them." Peacock 1 replied.

"This is ECM Platform, callsign 'Energizer', we are ready to provide support." Energizer, an EF-111A Raven aircraft called out on the radio. Just as he said this, the electronic support came in, jamming the enemy's radar.

"All units, switch to secondary weapons." Allen ordered his two squadronmates.

"This is the 442nd TFS, we're ready to support as well. Switch to special weapons." the lead plane of Peacock squadron, a squadron of five Tornado ADVs called out. Just as he said that, both Saturn and Peacock squadrons switch to their secondary weapons, the AIM-120 AMRAAM. They get a lock, and fire. "Fox 3!"

The missiles hit their mark. The ADFX-01s and Su-47s have been shot down. However, the XFA-27s managed to jam the missiles as well as evading them. The pilots in the TND ADVs and Eagles now know that they have to enter visual range.

They enter a classic merge a few minutes later, and turn into their opponents. Despite the Phoenix pilots' best efforts, they can't knock the Usean fighters out.

Saturn 2 gets a lock for an AIM-9 Sidewinder and fires. The missile hits home. "Watch yourself Saturn 2, you've got two on your tail!" Peacock 4 alerted. She gets a lock, and fires a Sidewinder, destroying the first enemy fighter. Seeing this, the second fighter breaks right, a deadly miscalculation. "Guns!" Peacock 4 calls out as she fires her cannon, shreding the enemy fighter's left wing instantly.

"Saturn 1 to Falcon Eye. Sit Rep." Allen called out. "Six enemy fighters have been destroyed." Falcon Eye replied. "Roger. Saturn squad, Peacock squad, let's finish this." Allen ordered.

The lopsided engagement was won, two Tornado ADVs were lost in the fight. The two remaining Phoenixes retreated. The Useans can choose to persue, but they chose not to.

"Rapier squadron, this is Saturn squadron. You're clear, over."

Requesting a tanker aircraft to refue.." Rapier 1 was cut off midspeech by Rapier two. "Starkiller, this is Luna, you're leaking fuel from your right wing. you wont have a chance at landing, you must eject!"

There is silence as Rapier 1 checks his damage control MFD.

"Damnit!!" he shouts as he pounds the MFD computer's touch screen. "Saturn, stay in combat air patrol untill a pick up helicopter arrives, I am forced to eject."

Alarms start to go off in Rapier 1's cockpit as the leaking fuel catches fire from the right engine's exaust. He ejects a moment later before the weakened right wing splits off and the aircraft explodes.

"This is Rapier 2, Callsign Luna to Saturn, i have a chute, repeat, I have a chute!"

"This is Falcon Eye, we're contacting Area 88 now." Falcon Eye responded. "Area 88, come in."

"This is Area 88. What's the situation, Falcon Eye?" Area 88's radar and radio control asked.

"Rapier 1's gone down. Requesting a SAR chopper." Falcon Eye replied. "It will take some time, hold out until the chopper arrives. We'll send a refueling tanker your way." Area 88 command responded.

"This is Saturn 1, that would be greatly appreciated." Allen said. "Peacock squadron here. We'll keep things covered until you guys arrive." Peacock 1 chimed in.

Five minutes later...

Five minutes passed. So far, there have been no sign of enemy fighters.

"Rapier squadron, Saturn squadron, Peacock squadron, the refueling tanker has arrived on station. If your fuel is low, head over to the tanker to top off your tank." Falcon Eye announced.

After ten more minutes of everyone in mid-air refueling and maintaining CAP, a Black Hawk arrives on site.

"This is the SAR copter, callsign 'Pegasus', we've arrived on site." the Black Hawk pilot called out. "This is Saturn 1, no sign of enemy aircraft. Airspace is A-OK." Allen said reasuringly.

"Mission complete. All aircraft RTB." Falcon Eye called out.

"Sir, SITREP just came in. It's considerably late and and is from 0300 hours." said a Sargent

"Why the delay?" asked General Svensson

"Not sure sir, we lost radio contact with the battle group 45 minutes ago." said the Sargent

"Without comms that Battle Group is dead! They were supposed to be receiving a fire mission 30 minutes ago!" shouted the General as he ran towards the Command Station.

The general approached a large vault door guarded by two soldiers. The general quickly typed the code in and registered his IRIS before the large gigantique doors opened revealing a large room full of computer screens flickering battle scenes and situation reports.

"Sir, we've failed to re-establish contact with the battle group. We've sent a UAV to see what's going on. Gripen flight hadn't enough fuel to recon the area. Reaper flight will arrive in 2 minutes" said the Communications officer.

"Alright, keep working" replied the general

Suddenly the largest screen flickered images and videos of a large battle scene riddled with gunfire and smoke whilst tanks fired and gunships were firing on rebel forces closing in.

"We've got a problem sir! The Euro-Asians released a an electronic pulse intended to jam enemy radars but our communication bands use the same frequency form so were were caught in it!" explained the officer.

"Damn it to hell! Send out local assets to grant fire support mission for those men! Do it quick!" commanded the General.

"Yes sir!"

Northern Valhalla Fleet - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 0350 Hours

"Roger that, received loud and clear." replied an officer. "Admiral, the ground force soldiers are requesting fire support for Faith Park."

"Those landlubbers only call us when they're in need." said Admiral Björnberg. "Give me cruiser ENS Mora!"

"This is Admiral Björnberg, target coordinates have been sent to your Command and Control Module, send out fire support to designated targets!" commanded Admiral Björnberg

"Roger that, Admiral" replied the officer as he began to type on his computer in the Command and Control Module inside the ship. The officer took out his key and nodded to his fellow sailor as he took out a key as well inserting it into a 'WAR/PEACE' switch.

"3...2...1...Switch!" said the officer as both turned the key simultaneously.

The alarm sounded on-board the ship three times warning the crew of the switch over to war mode as the crew scrambled to their stations.

"Target co-ordinates set, missile launch in 5..4..3..2..1..LAUNCH!" said the officer.

4 missile hatchets on the ship suddenly opened whilst smoke rose out out od the case. 4 large Hyunmoo-3 cruise missiles erupted from the VLS before flying towards their targets in Faith Park.

"Launch successful, time till impact is 3 minutes, ENS Ekaterinberg has been informed of the launch" replied the officer.

"Roger good work, eyes on radar people" said the commanding officer.

Faith Park - Euro Asia - January 26, 2015 - 0350 Hours

"Man this is bullshit!" shouted a corporal as he fired into a large mist where the enemy were advancing. "Were out in the middle of nowhere a hundred tons of dead comms and we see how this day is goin'! We bout' to get our asses whooped!!!"

"Be thankful your still talking and keep firing!" replied his friend. "I ain't enjoying this any more than you are!"

The column of tanks consistently fired on the enemy as they seemed to be an overwhelming force.

"I thought this area was cleared out?!" shouted the gunner of a tank

"Apparently not!" replied the tank commander, "Must be a trap, I'm sure commands got something in mind for us...I hope"

Suddenly four large fireball clouds light up the sky as the ground force troops stared in awe. The enemy was in retreat as the cruise missiles had detonated at the heart of the enemy positions.

"That's what ima be talking about brother!" shouted the corporal. "Yeh you better run before ima break yau face!" he continued as the rebel forces retreated in haste with some of them on fire.

"All units remain in your position and set up defensive perimeter. Were not going anywhere until we've re-established communications. Faith Park is no longer an operational base for rebels to attack the Euro Asians approaching Shezna Pass. Were done here as far as I'm concerned" commanded the Sargent to all units whilst standing on top of a tank.

"Sir, the UAV has confirmed our after-action report. The battle is over and teh rebels are no longer combat effective. The rebels are to scattered to co-ordinate another attack." said the officer.

"Well done, get two choppers out there with comms and ammo. Send an order to capture the city." commanded the General.

"Yes sir, by the way, NH90 chopper NT7479 that was sent to get civilians and a wounded hasn't arrived at the base yet. It should have arrive ten minutes ago." informed the officer

"Ok, it might be still there or might have been effected by the electro pulse. Get the UAV to scour the area for the chopper."

"Yes sir!"

Area 88, Euro Asia

The SAR helicopter with Rapier 1 as well as the pilots from Saturn, Peacock, and the rest of rapier squadron return for a landing. Rapier 1 has some minor burns from the aircraft explosion, but is still in combat condition. the pilots return to the base's HQ for debriefing.

"all right you guys got lucky, but now we have a bigger problem. It seems that the unknown air force that attacked us earlier were part of the PMC called 'Titan Industries'. Their symbol obviously resembles a dragon." the base commander said as he showed the pictures taken by Falcon Eye during the battle. "They claim the responsibility of giving the rebels equipment and weapons originating from several countries, including Euro Asia, Birkaine, and now, Natornic Cultures. The squadron that attacked was an ace squadron known as the "Daggers". unfortunately, the ace leader was one of the XFA-27 Phoenix pilots that escaped, he will be a thorn in our side for a long time. there won't be time to deal with this new threat, but once we rest we will deal with the remaining rebels and then mount a counter attack on Titan Industries. Dismissed! Oh and Rapier 1, I have a message for you. Your country wanted to give you a combat ready prototype of their latest Top-of-the-line fighter craft, but the engineer at Starhammer Industries refused saying the prototype isn't ready for combat and won't be for another decade. Instead another ADFX-01 Morgan is being shipped to replace the one you lost in battle. the aircraft and should arrive in a few days via a C17. Also your superiors wish to give you a promotion, you are no longer a captain! Your superiors also wish to give you the Purple Heart for surviving impossible odds. You are dismissed Col."

The pilots leave for the barracks. 7 days later a C17 arrives and lands at the airport with Rapier 1's new aircraft. the new morgan was assembled in the hanger and polished. as soon as it was finished the base was put on situation yellow, to keep the pilots ready for any unexpected raids. A C-130 landed at the airfield carrying brand new pilots released from combat training in Natornic Cultures.

Ever since the F/A-18C Hornet had been reciently retired from service in the Euro Asian Navy, the Boxer-class and Reprisal-class light carriers have been made into STOVL carriers. Their current primary aircraft is the reciently upgraded Harrier model, the AV-8D Harrier III. With upgraded engines and better armament, the Harrier III has become a true multirole aircraft. The Harrier III is expected to be the Navy's primary fighter for the light carriers until either an indiginous STOVL, or light-weight standard carrier fighter can be made.

"This is the battleship EAS Newfield of the 4th Fleet to the Valhalla Fleet, we are also prepared to assist." Commander Logan Richards of the Montana-class battleship, EAS Newfield, announced.

"This is the carrier EAS Fort Grace of the 1st Fleet to all forces, we'll also take part in this operation." Admiral Chester Robinson, of the Kitty Hawk-class carrier Fort Grace announced as well.

"Sir, all preparations have been made with all ships to launch the assault." said the sailor. "We've also received the go ahead signal from both Natronic and Euro-Asian vessels, sir."

"Good, send out the signal to set course for Saint Ark, maintain 15 knots with a heading of 268." commanded Admiral Björnberg.

"Aye Aye, sir." replied the sailor.

"This is ENS Ekaterinberg contacting all ships of the task force, necessary preparations have been carried out for the assault and we are now commencing the assault. Please set a bearing of 268 with a speed of 15 knots. Over and out."

The Valhalla Fleet and the Euro-Asian Fleet steamed ahead towards the capital whilst Sea Gripens deployed from ENS Ekaterinberg to conduct CAP over the fleet. The biggest turning point in the war was yet to come.

"Give me the president" commanded the Admiral as a telephone was handed over to him by a fellow sailor.

"Yes Ma'am, orders will now be relayed, bye"

"This is base commander to Valhalla Bomber Squadron, mission is a go, scramble immediately, I repeat scramble immediately, this is not a drill!" said the Base Commander over an intercom linked to the squadrons lounge.

Several pilots boarded vehicles and sped towards the B-2 hangars at the base whilst engineers made final checks on the aircraft.

"All right, were good to go!" shouted the engineer as he gave a thumbs up to the pilots. The large, camouflaged hangar doors opened up revealing the natural light as the bombers rolled out of their hangars one by one.

"Valhalla Squadron, request IFR clearance to USEA via ARS3A, over" said the pilot over the radio.

"Valhalla Squadron, cleared for ARS3A after departure and IFR cleared. Fly as planned. Taxi to runway 19R Holding Point via taxi JULIET, ECHO, INDIA, NOVEMBER3." replied the Air Traffic Controller at Valhalla GFNAS control tower.

"Roger that, taxiing to runway holding point 19R via J, E, I and N3, speed to 25 knots for taxi." replied the pilot.

5 B-2 bombers rolled on to towards the runway at a steady speed as the other ground crew looked on. The sight of B-2 bombers was simply unforgettable to the ground crew.

"Valhalla Squadron, you are cleared for SIERRA HOTEL departure. Switch transponder to C+ and squawk is 7772. Fly direct ARS3A."

"Cleared for departure, over." said the B-2 pilot as he slowly increased the aircraft speed till it achieved sufficient airspeed to take off. The rest of the bombers followed on leaving a trail of smoke behind whilst the ground crew cheered on the bombers.

"Valhalla Squadron you are leaving my airspace, frequency change approved, good luck and godspeed." said the ATC

"Frequency change approved, thank you, bye bye." replied the pilot.

The B-2 bombers sped towards Saint Ark to perform their SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defences) mission easing the fleets ability to launch a swift amphibious operation on the Port of Saint Ark.

The 501st Legion troopers ran across the base airfield tarmac towards 12 parked C-17's parked with their ramps open. The special forces were carrying heavy equipped fully armed and equipped for an airborne assault whilst KV90 IFV's boarded the other aircraft. The mission objective of the 501st is to perform an air drop operation north of Saint Ark to divert as many troops possible from central Saint Ark whilst Euro-Asian troops passing from Shezna Pass were to attack from the west side of the city to make the mission as effective as possible.

Faith Park - Euro Asian Western Seaboard - January 26, 2015 - 0400 Hours

All military assets had moved into the city eliminating all rebel forces meeting little resistance after continuous bombardment from the Navy and Air Force. The Rebel HQ was non-operational and so the Eslovakians were forced to erect a temporary base in a large open area of Faith Park whilst helicopters ferried in supplies both for the military and civilians. Medical centres were currently being erected for the collateral damage cause by the fire fights available for both civilian and military.

"Well this is going well, better than I thought." said the commander to the Sargent as he approached him.

The Sargent saluted the commander and the commander paid the same respects. "Yes sir, supply trucks and helos are helping us complete it faster than expected." replied the Sergeant.

"That's good to hear, I heard good news about the Östersunds Airborne's operation in regaining Faith Park. Expect something when your back at HQ." said the commander with a grin on his face.

"It was all down to the men and the diligence of their work." replied the Sargeant

The commander chuckled as he said "So we have a humble one amongst, eh?"

"I try to" replied the Sergeant feeling a bit happier.

"All right, I got things to tend to, but before I go, one of my men will relay some information to you about the Euro-Asian Forces coming from Shezna pass. They'll resupply and rearm at this temporary base before proceeding towards Saint Ark. They'll be here for then night, necessary equipment is being ferried from Kiruna AFB as we speak. Good luck Sergeant." said the commander as he walked away.

Back at Kiruna Air Force Base...

"Sir!" shouted an officer whilst staring at the monitor "We've found the helicopter that we lost communications with. Its crashed into the hillside. We see two life signs, what are your orders, sir?"

"Get a MEDEVAC chopper to them, quickly!" commanded the General . "Get that UAV to keep track of the people till the chopper arrives."

"Roger that, Sir" replied the officer.
