Social Economic Party International

The following is the manifesto and tenets of which the Party while, in all plausible attempts, is existent will uphold. The Party is not an alliance, the Party is a single ideal consistent and coherent with the wills of the Proletariat, and while our views may seem Communist to some of the more right wing spectators we assure you we will not lay claim to that title until the world is under the Party.

1 - (1) Economic equality will not be achieved solely threw national redistribution. True economic equality is the process by which a man receives what he has worked for, however due to the pragmatism of the Party the amount of micromanagement necessary to perfectly allocate payment will be forced into a tighter space. First off we will label the one and only economic power in a Party's autonomous state, the Factory, this is where the break down of payment will occur. Payment will be in material goods that the Factory produces, we will use for this manifesto a Factory of Iron, the Iron worker laboring for a month along with his two hundred other comrades has produced a surplus of two hundred one tonnes of Iron, each member of the Factory will be issued one tonne of iron. From there the worker would either keep the iron tonne or would put it into the Party's surplus stack, where when it was to be sold he would be issued his fair share of capitol, for example if a stack of a hundred tonnes of iron was sold at a hundred thousand capitol total he would be payed a thousand capitol. With this capitol it will be put into the only bank of that Party's autonomous state and can be used by the worker to purchase any foreign goods he desires.

1 - (2) Economic equality can not be achieved with labels, the Party can not exist with even the slightest hierarchy. A job title is derived from what the man does and what job he works, in this case he will again use the Factory of Iron scenario, here the man's title is a 'Worker of Iron Processing', it does not matter what his specific responsibility in the job is he maintains the basic equality in the Factory. Again he will use this Worker of Iron to be 'Production Spectator' which in other jobs would be viewed as the administrator, however in the Party he simply compares the production of the last month to the current month and watches for anyone not working to the quota, he also reports the Party's quota for that month and can call a 'Worker's Meeting' to help stimulate or improve the production and files reports on why and/or how the production of his Factory was affected. He is in no way lesser or more then the man working on the ground of the Factory. Furthermore the man issuing the orders of the Party is labeled 'Worker of Report' who reads the necessity of the Party in that region of the autonomous state and issues out equal rations to the Factories, a cycling system is used to distribute work when there is an uneven number of extra work to be given.

1 - (3) Economic equality with multiply Factories changing hands and processing the raw goods is a bit trickier to do, even with a backed capitol. However, depending on the quota for that month if they do go into excess of supply they are given in return an amount of money equivalent to the amount of excess and are awarded 'Party Tokens' which can purchase anywhere from computers, furnished goods, cell phones, or save up and purchase a new house, anything that can be produced in the Party, not the autonomous state but the entire entity, can be bought with the Tokens.

2 - (1) Party workers and their families are considered to be less then human in their work and as such are subjugated to harsher penalties of law including death with family upon guilt of embezzlement from the Party. 'Worker of Party Watch' are the 'administrators' of the autonomous state of the Party that look over the entire autonomous state's needs, that is their basic function, to be guardians of necessary supply to the autonomous state and with another group 'Worker of Party Excess' which watches over the trade of excess goods with other non-Party states.

2 - (2) Party workers are in no way considered to be superior if one was to make that claim they could be killed upon guilt, though the family would be spared. The reason for the 'mistreatment' of the Party workers is to assure the Party members that they are equal and that the 'inequality' granted on the Workers of Party is to accommodate for their increased responsibility and capability to turn on the Party, the only area where the bourgeoisie are allowed is outside the Party's land.

2 - (3) The Party autonomous states' spectator has the job of viewing the necessities of the entire autonomous state and meeting with other Party spectators[1] to decide on the future of the Party and what is needed from each autonomous state for that month. Those are then reported to the Workers of Report and are handed down from then on to 'stimulate' the planned economy.

3 - (1) The military aspect of the Party is a bit difficult to articulate, the 'soldier' is equal to the regular worker except the job that they work, it is equally as necessary to have a Worker of War to defend the Party as it is to have the Worker of Agriculture[2] which produces necessary food for the Party. There are two distinctive jobs, 'Worker of Policing' and 'Worker of War' the former is versed from the age of sixteen one the fine nuances of the Party's rule and political agenda, however they are taught that they are 'lower' than the Worker but are 'equal' to the Worker of Party, this may seem contradictory but when inequality is spoken of in the Party it is nearly always means the amount of punishment given out for a static crime and the reduction of privileges or rights. The Worker of War also split again into even more peculiar sub-categories 'Worker of War' and 'Worker of Border' the latter stands a hundred meters from the border of the Party's autonomous state and opens fire on anyone trying to enter. There are no exceptions, war refugees, beaten mother, bored/ideological teenagers they will all be opened up on without hesitation or remorse, again 'unequal' to the Worker.

3 - (2) The military's organization is broken up into the usual, they have armies and generals that command the force, however the only difference between the two is field apparatus, salutes are not required by respect between all the ranks is, disobedience or subordination is merit for an execution. Ranks are on forearm patches or on the collars, they confer only eminence on the field[3], once off the field the Workers of War receive Party Tokens rating on the importance of the battle and the tenacity of the fighting they committed, this is broken down into regimental form, the regiment is considered the Factory in this situation. The military will receive Party Tokens by the following: the necessity of supplies needed[4], the necessity of support needed[5/6], and the previously stated in this tenet.

3 - (3) Looting is allowed on hostile forces when cleared by the Party, rape is however a major crime and death can be expected for those caught in the act, or worse yet they could be sent to the country that had received the atrocious act. Looting of materialistic goods to help conceptualize the necessity for only food, water, air and happiness and the intrinsic burden that material goods place on any man is also allowed, though not in any autonomous state of the Party. Stealing of food unless necessary to sustain the worker's life is not allowed and can result in hefty recontributions to the Party.

4 - (1) The Party works to maintain morality, however how can morality be expected when there is no reward? The truth is that it can not, therefore for those who go their entire lives without one offense receive a hefty sum of Party Tokens, however those that do commit crimes are dealt in a slightly different manor. For those who have committed light offenses they are simply tasked with clean up jobs or demolition teams to tear down what needs to be torn down or to help fix the infrastructure of a given project or they could even be used to built greater fortifications for the border, and during this time they are considered thoroughly lacking a majority of their humanity and may be spit on by passerbyer or their field overwatchers, and if they attack or attempt such a movement they are hit with medium offenses.

4 - (2) The Party understands that when there comes a time of moderation when an unhardened criminal commits a slightly intense act of criminality they are sent to medium level, at this medium criminal status they are sent to a security buildings where they are forced to maintain within the jail for their sentence and during they can do as they wish, they are supplied with a massive library and writing utensils for their free time, however if there was ever to be a jail break there are seventeen foot high mortar walls surrounding it and two guards that watch the massive stairs that come from the outside to the bastion and they control the large elevator that is the only way to leave, once a jail break had been known to happen their orders are to run to the near-stationed army base and report it, once the military arrives the attempted break-out should be dealt with. Furthermore inside the jail the guards openly walk with their taser and stun batons, no guns are allowed in the jail, and inmate that attacks a guard will be executed.

4 - (3) The Party does not take heinous acts likely, they are a disease and diseases must be destroyed. As such murderers, rapists, thieves, and embezzlers are killed, rapists are tied to a pole and the afflicted family can use them for open target practice taking as long as they want, thieves can be considered thieves if they consistently attempt to do no work and receive food and water for not doing their job. If a man finds another man in his bed it his given right to kill that man, also if a man orders another Party member off of his 'property' he has the right to kill the other after an audible warning that he will fire.

5 - (1) The Party is a tool of the People's, the Party is the People in the sense that the interest of the People are the interest of the Party and the understood fact that without the People the Party is useless and that it is not mutual whatsoever, if the Party ever ceases to represent the People's best intentions the People has the axiomatic right to overthrow the Party, as either a whole or the singular autonomous state and the other autonomous states are obligated to support the People. As such a major interest of the People is education, and it is given the most attention by the Party and the teachers are trained thoroughly in their study.

5 - (2) The Party's educational system is a mostly a cognitive[7] one, case in-point English is an extracurricular activity after the eight grade, as is math but at the grade of tenth. History is basically a class where they are given a book[8] to read for a month or whatever the allotted time and to right an essay on the given subject, if it had nothing to do with specifically the book[9] but covered the topic and is of highest quality it should be given an A. Classes that are mandatory up until grade fourteenth are History, Philosophy, Works of Art, Agriculture, Psychology and Sociology, except for Refined Workers of War Course, RWWR, which focuses on a carreer for Workers of War.

5 - (3) The Party's educators have to have enrolled in Advanced Schooling classes to become such and have to have done the specified field and thoroughly passed with an eighty or above average to become certified teachers.

1 - (They are the main 'administrator' and act as representatives when the Party meetings are called)
2 - (In some autonomous states this may be replaced by 'Field')
3 - (the field is considered army camps, battle zones, hostile territory, occupied territory and during parade marches)
4 - (For logistics)
5 - (For artillery)
6 - (For aircraft)
7 - (They want the kids to think about the given information, not memorize it.)
8 - (Starting in high school, at younger ages the kids are given more information but are asked about the information much more often)
9 - (Unless the task specifies otherwise)

[OOC: Open up with what you got, by the way, this is NOT currently the main party in my country [Well, it IS, but currently I'm RPing an intra-national war which is in the past, so this is kind of the party.], though hopefully it will be soon, it is simply a party that is represented in the Assembly. The Party doesn't believe in nationalism so once the Party has become the political party of your country it pretty much is together with any other country that has the Party as its political party. Criticism kthxbye.]
