AWARE of the idea that such a group is unnerving toward the human populations,

BELIEVING that both humans and non-humans can coincide peacefully in our worlds, and

CONCLUDING that an organization for the protection and enhancement of all sentient beings could benefit all species,

I, Crown Prince Alfred I, Head of the government of The Confederated States of the Protectorate of the Holy Cathedral, a nation home to many forms of sentient species, hereby create the International Coalition of Sentient Beings, to invite the nations of the world to participate in.
