We would like a small area of the grasslands to use to set up a dedicated spaceport for anyone to use. This will help the other colonies on Pandora if they wish to use the spaceport. All we wish to send 250 military soldiers, 1000 civilian personnel along with construction equipment and armed aerial transports. We have no wish to fight with the local Na'vi either.

If you choose to accept, a transport vessel with a military escort ship will arrive in two standard Earth days.

Scientists of Ayndia suspect that Pandora may in fact be some sort of anomaly; a moon orbiting a gas giant would not be able to sustain such a thriving ecosystem from processes we currently understand. The leading theory is that Pandora's life system is artificially powered by some sort of technological mechanism located in strategic points beneath the crust. More examination will be done and if neccessary Pandora will be disposed of in order to preserve the natural order of its star system.

We have already changed our minds here. We will colonize a small 1,000 sq km of land for a new city and 99,000 sq km of land for gathering the Na'vi. Any space left for this? The Oppressed People of Khlodnyy Vohon with a small stealth carrier holding one thousand civilians, thirty percent of which are enlisted into the military while the rest are various careers that mostly pertain to engineering of some kind, come across a funny looking moon and naturally investigate. Upon getting close enough, they discovered it was mostly inhabited by humans spread out across the area and attempted a level of communication with one of the cities. No one really cared which, they were all certain they'd somehow be triangulated, then shot down for having a ship painted in radar absorbing skin.

Today a unmanned vessel the Explorer of the Slakonian People's Space Navy found a terra like planet ready to populated,after a little research we found that the palnet has plentiful natral resourses,the planet is cover by olny one and huge tropical forest,we named it Pandora,it's habitable by olny one intelligent creature,the humanoid Na'vi,they believe that we will bring the end of the world and so they are hostile to all humans.

The Slakonian will have the one of the third of the planet the rest is free.

The nations who want to colonize the Planet must signed a contract of non-agression and free trade pact between the humans,if they do not sign in the pact they can't colonize.

Every nation can do anything they want with Na'vi within it's territory,like enslave them(they must not get out the planet),let them free,cooperate with them and maybe give some of our technology,let them fight each other or just don't care.

Yeah, I would like 100,000 sq km of whatever lands you have, preferably 99,000 sq km of jungles and 1,000 sq km of flat land. Mountains, rivers and geographical extremes are in the 99,000 sq km area. Oh, we also want it to be on some continent. Just make sure it is beside the ocean.

Well, the Na'vi will now be part of our citizens, we have got 1 million Na'vi fleeing to us now, meaning 4% of Pandora's Haven City (The name of the city covering the 1,000 sq km) and the rest of them stay free in the 99,000 sq km sancturary.
