Today a unmanned vessel the Explorer of the Slakonian People's Space Navy found a terra like planet ready to populated,after a little research we found that the palnet has plentiful natral resourses,the planet is cover by olny one and huge tropical forest,we named it Pandora,it's habitable by olny one intelligent creature,the humanoid Na'vi,they believe that we will bring the end of the world and so they are hostile to all humans.

The Slakonian will have the one of the third of the planet the rest is free.

The nations who want to colonize the Planet must signed a contract of non-agression and free trade pact between the humans,if they do not sign in the pact they can't colonize.

Every nation can do anything they want with Na'vi within it's territory,like enslave them(they must not get out the planet),let them free,cooperate with them and maybe give some of our technology,let them fight each other or just don't care.But in the slavery condition we must remind you,this will happen only to their bad citizens and evil tribes.

The north pole is free to build anyone any scientific colony it wants with small population,military is not allowed and no one can control it.

The ship cut through hyperspace, leaving a small trail of blue and pink dust behind it's engines. Systems rebooting - waking crew from cyro-status. A single computer wrote, opening the power windows. As the shield went down, power was being diverted. Crew waking up. It wrote again, and began stopping the cryo-status. Hello, Captain Hammond. We are currently at our destination. "I know we are." He murmured, his eyes adjusting against the light. As he looked at the pane, he sent his hand across, bringing up a small holographic keyboard, and monitor. "Power levels?" Just over fifty percent. "Right... okay, wake up the rest of the crew." Indeed, sir.

As most of the crew got up, they looked at the bridge. It wasn't big - around house sized, with a ladder going up into the pilot's control area. It was dark, grey, filled with variously coloured lights, and lightly dimmed. "Alright, check primary systems. Navigation, make sure we aren't early or late, pilot, get us stabilized, Danny, make sure we're all good with no injuries." Hammond ordered, sitting in his chair and sticking in a small rectangular object into a port. He pressed a red button, and a blue light appeared from within the object, turning out to be a holographic projection of his keyboard and monitor. "Okay, ship diagnostic." All is well, sir. The hull is a bit rusty, but we are stable for now. Danny said, appearing in the middle of the room, on a small cylindrical shaped object. His body was covered in a purple, light blue, and white colour, fragments of him peeling off below him, yet it still seemed to be there. His hands were behind him, his entire body seeming to resemble a computer chip type style. "Good. Alright bring up the map." Of course, sir. The Intelligence said again, this time appearing beside the navigator.

"Do you mind?" She said, seeing that a full sized Danny was looking over her shoulder. Sorry, ma'am, I was just looking. The plutonium ejector nozzle is broken, you won't get that working again. He said again, vaporising into air and leaving nothing but smoke. He then appeared back by the podium, still in life sized, and brought up the map. Quadrant five, sector R-2. Seems cosy enough, sir. I'm searching for files relating to this quadrant, and quadrants related to-to-to-to- it. Sir, it seems my system is corrupting. My I please resolve the matter?

"Go ahead, Danny. Okay, any news?" Hammond replied, now standing up and looking at the map. As the navigator walked over, she placed her hands on the large square before her.

"Pandora. Files, any other habitants?" Yes - something called the Na-vee, or viy - it is unclear. They take up small fragments of the planet, but most of it is unpopulated. Various resources, and trees indicating a very good source of oxygen. Shall we commence the colony? "Sir?"

"Lets get to know our inhabitants, first. Lets send a task force down there. Danny, wake up our boys." Hammond said, and Danny appeared. It appears I am corrupted no longer. The security protocols are being activated. First task force will be armed with close-quarters equipment, and reconnaissance armour. Is this to your liking, sir? "Perfect, Mister Daniel. Send them right away. No rest for the wicked. And it seems there are more finders as we get there. Take the south pole, computer. Tell the colony ship and outpost we're ready for 'em."

Yor settlers are too few,you don't have to go to the North Pole,there is an island in the size of Britain in the North,you can colonize it but you have to send more colonists and sign the pact.

The Immortal Empire of Voltos has decided that it is interested in colonizing a piece of this newly discovered planet. We shall be sending a small fleet of ships including five cargo ships and 4 transport ships. We will be sending 4,000 civilians including architects,engineers,scientists, and representatives of the Voltosian people, as well as 2,000 soldiers. We agree to engage in trade with any other human settlers not from the Immortal Empire on the condition that our land is not encroached upon in any way and we are allowed to be left to our own devices. We don't care which section of land we acquire so long as we have enough room for our men and access to the native inhabitants.

While it's certainly none of our business, the Immortal Empire feels that the areas requested by Maryginia are all extremely valuable areas. It's our opinion that these areas should be divided by the nations preparing to colonize Pandora.
