"Major you asked about that Simon guy where he was currently he is MIA." one of the trainers told the Colonel's assistant.
"What we need him to come with us to Kaputer."
"Well I don't know where he is sir what should we do?"
"Prepare me a team and we will stay back with a C-17 and some of the Marines from Kaputer. We will go looking for him and the lost men we need to come with us."
"Ok sir I will have a team ready in five minutes and that C-17 has 4 Humvees 20 Marines and P90s and M16s."
"Good also pack the pepperballers and tasers."

Simon kicked through the rotten door of the underground room. It led into a long dark corridor of bricks, although half of them were gone, exposing dirt and bare roots.
Simon heard a voice and ducked into the shadow of a small concave in the wall. Two men wearing jeans and shirts walked past holding M16s. They wore the patch of Travellerian revolutionaries. Simon decided to save his rounds and waited for the men to go through a sise-door before continuing sown the corridor. There were no slits of light in between the boards on the ceiling, just more dirt and roots.
"What the hell is this place?" he whispered to himself.

After about ten minutes of walking Simon came to a brick staircase. He climbed it and pushed the trapdoor at the top open. It led into a large room, still underground, with bright artificial light coming from LED bars along the ceiling.
There was a figure in the corner of the room. "Hello?" Simon said to the figure.
The figure turned around, revealing a face Simon recognized as Apalago Caine, the leader of the revolution.
"Caine." He whispered. He raised the gun.
"Do you really want to kill me?" Said Caine softly.
"Hell yeah."
Caine laughed. "I see you overpowered Ferdinand. He was an idiot anyway."
Simon gritted his teeth, he just had to pull the trigger. Caine noticed Simon's concentration and drew a pistol, Simon fired quickly, hitting Caine in the heart. But he wasn't quick enough. Caine fired a shot and Simon felt a searing pain in his leg. The bullet had gone through his thigh. It looked bad but Simon knew he would have felt it if it had piersed his bone. Caine fell dead.
Simon began to drag himself towards the door. He wasn't going to make it...

[Kaputer]

"Major I talked to some people in the Travellurius government and we think we know where Simon is."
"Good let's go there."
"Ok sir but we expect a good deal of armed men in there."
"What kind of equipment do they have?"
"We expect just regular assault rifles nothing else."
"Ok get P90s ready make sure everyone wears their DragonSkin and has the Five Sevens at the ready."
"Ok sir. Team get ready."

Simon was struggling to breath, the puddle that was his blood had grown and his feet were wet. He tore his shirt and tied it round his thigh. The shirt turned red within minutes. Simon pulled open the door next to him, and his stomach dropped as he saw another long corridor stretching to a door that was way too far away.

[Kaputer]

"Ok men there is the building get ready."
"This is back team we are at the back door we can spot no one near here."
"Ok team two we are moving to the door. Get ready to blow in 3..2..1 blow"
Doors blew open at each end of the building. Flashbangs were thrown into both doorways. At the front two marines each knocked down the guards and disarmed them. At the back the guards weren't so lucky. One had tried to shoot his gun so the Marines each put two rounds each into the guards heads.
"Ok men move up the stairs and let us look for Simon." The Major said.
"Ok sir" one marine said.
The squads headed up the stairs and caught two guards running down the stairs. The Major got up the stairs first and saw Simon on the ground.
"I need a corpsmen now." The major ran up to Simon. "It is ok Simon you are going to be ok. Where is that CORPSMEN?!" the major yelled.
"Over here sir corporal get this man on a stretcher we need to get him to the Medical Styker.
2 corporals carried Simon on a stretcher while the corpsmen gave Simon some morphine. When they got to the Stryker the medical team started work.
"Ok Major I am prepping him for surgery one of the C-17s we have is pretty much a flying hospital." the corpsmen told the Major.
"Ok just save him."

Simon awoke in a hospital bed. His leg was stiff and hurt when he tried to move it.
"Finally." Said the Travellerian military staff who was sitting next to his bed. Simon looked up.
"You realise you've ended the revolution?" Said the staff showing Simon the front page of the newspaper he was holding
Simon looked over it, "So he's dead." He sighed.
"Yes and the revolutionaries have agreed to disband as long as a people's party is added to government."
Simon relaxed and thought about this.
"So am I going to keep training?"
"I think you're going to be transferred to Kaputer once your muscles heal."

*TRAVELLERIAN NEWS REPORT*

The steam has been taken out of the revolution as their leader, Apalago Caine, was found dead in a tunnel system underneath Link city. The revolutionaries have reportedly agreed to stop their attacks in exchange for a people's party in parliament. The government has accepted this offer and Travellerius now has a new face, the face of citizens and politicians alike, together and equal.

Travellerius is reborn.
