7,500,000 is my nation's official military size including leadership.

2,000,000 is the current active force among Air force, Army, and Navy.
500,000 are in reserve for the 3 traditional branches

4,000,000 is the current active civil defense among my entire empire
1,000,000 is the reserve amount for the CD as well.

Clean up the numbers a bit.

But the people I obtain earlier this year for the 500 million and the additional 45+ billion are for the general population and civil defense.

Since the civil defense is pretty much all military able adults who are either not fit for my military or who are relatives of servicemen and women that will defend the homeland as much as possible. in other words, battle of stalingrad type of Civil defense force
