OOC: The Nation States World War (Sign ups over)

Okay, so I'm thinking that we have a nation states world war. You will use your nation's stats to wage war, and what not. My thinking is that there are three alliances. Them being The Coalition of States (Allies), The Pact of Power (Axis), and finally The October Revolution Federation (Soviet union). The time period would be in the near future (October 2010). So, some nukes, and some cool MT tech. You may have a nation you might call "More advanced" but, this shall be deemed by me. Also, this can be cannon, or non-cannon depending on the vote after we are done. I would like to ask only to claim one nation, or two or three small ones. If you have a Colonial empire, just claim your nation's location.You may join Neutral at the beginning, but I ask for you to pick a side before the end of the war. In a final note, economies are everything, and I will decide nuke counts at a later date.
