Our territory will officially become on of our colonies and will be named Porto Helios (If anyone editis the map please put that name in my territory)

Porto Helios is intended to be a big exotic spot will lots of casinos, hotels, marinas...
Villas and mansions are also going to be made to satisfy future habitats of the island...

Luxury Hotels & casinos are made to satisfy every need...

There are also going to be 10 yacht marinas on the island...

And of course beautiful virgin beaches...

The matter of levies is not a major one, and can be left to our economists and other technocrats. What matters is that Boorish has access to the sea, and that New Kugham recieves some sort of compensation for the above.

Robithia would like some portion of a port to be designated to Robithia in order to allow ships to be docked and loading/unloading of cargo. The capital city of Tol Waboku had already reached 35,000 inhabitants and a blossoming economy was in the process of being created.

The colony has been florushing quite nicely, the military base has been somewhat completed. The airstrips and hangars have been completed and are currently filled 230 A-10's. Some aerospace factories have been completed and have started manufacturing planes

IC: As the newly appointed governor heard about the new colony to the north she immediately ordered a delegation to travel their bringing presents and offering the help of the Quendi in establishing their colony. Hopefully the delegation could also negotiate a couple of things with the new northern neighbor.
