[Universial Trade]

This new alliance is called the Federation of Universial Trade.

Constitution

Artice I: Ideology

The Federation of Universial Trade Alliance's (FUT) ideology is one thing trade. The way we trade is by discovering and trading with new planets we find and nations. We trade with planets with sentient life on it but if it has no sentient life on it then we claim the planet and occupy it for mining reasons. We do not use our Alliance army to invade, we only use it to occupy and enforce our trade laws. As stated above we are an alliance of trade and will not deal with political things we exist to get rich not to rule the universe.

Article II: Government

Power in this alliance is as so, the head is the Chairman. Then next you have smaller titles such as these, which make up the board, Commander of Exploration Fleet, Commander of Public Appearence, Commander of Alliance forces, Commander of Occupation of Planets, and Cheif Diplomat. The Chairman has absoulte power, he is replaced after death by a nation he appoints as his sucessor. To counter the their of a supreme ruler, and oppression, nations volunteeraily may leave the federation, as the voluteerily joined. Also if all the nation sign a petition against a Chairman's act then the act must be repealed and, or discontiued (this means all members state in regional chat area that they are against the act, and what act they are against.)

Article III: Military

The Universial Army (UA) is the grand army of the alliance, it consists of troops from every nation in the alliance. Every nation that joins is required to donate some of its troops to this grand army * but they shall not fear of invasion because if a member of the alliance is invaded all nations in the alliance is required to declare war on the invader, and the grand armystops the invasion. Nations of the alliance may also donate extra troops to the grand army at will if desired, but additional donations are not required.
*The number of troops depend on the overall size of the army:

Article IV: Trade/and Money

The nations of the alliance may trade at will freely without having to report to the alliance about who they are trading with. All nations are asked to pay a yearly sum of 100,000 USD for alliance related things like propoganda, troop matinence, troop supplies. A nation does not have to pay this yearly sum, it is completely voluntery

Article V: How to Join

To join the alliance you must fill out a form and it must be accepted by the Chairman, and you must move to the region named: Federation of Universial Trade. Also you have to completely read and understand this constitution.

Gonna deal with this point by point, and though it has some terrible grammar, I will ignore this.

This part has little wrong with it, besides of course grammar. However, two things. One, you stated that you will trade with any planet or nation with sentient life. Would you trade with Pre-FTL nations/planets, and if so, would you sell them tech?

All the ranks exept Chairman has little power, but still has enough to be free and independent.

This has a number of flaws in it, should you wish to be a democracy, as it seems, and not a dictatorship-led alliance. First, you say the chairman is you. This is fine in the beginning, but later, would there be no change in leadership? No election to see who is the chairman? With you alone and no one else having the possibility of becoming the leader, the positions of the FUT would be extremely biased. Second, you said "all the ranks except chairman has little power". That not only makes you, or any chairman, the highest and all commanding voice, but it makes others not even needed in the government.

Article III: Military
The Universial Army (US) is the grand army of the alliance, it consists of troops from every nation in the alliance. Every nation that joins is required to donate half of its troops to this grand army, but they shall not fear of invasion because of lack of military force if a member of the alliance is invaded all nations in the alliance is required to declare war on the invader, and the grand armystops the invasion. Nations of the alliance may also donate extra troops to the grand army at will if desired, but additional donations are not required.

Half of its troops, no matter how you justify it, is far to much. Not only would it leave the nations that join defenseless, but also give the one who commands the army immense power, should he or she gain the loyalty of the troops. You justified it by saying that if one is invaded, the invader would be at war with all the members. Well, this has many flaws. One is that if a nation is conquered, the system could be ransacked and burned by the time you mobilize the member states into an effective war party. Also, if the attacker is larger and more powerful than your bulk of armies put together, you would not stand a chance against the aggressors, and would be left defenseless as your armies march to war. Finally, should all members declare war, if a state is not powerful enough to fight the enemy power, then they would be obligated by the constitution to fight.

Article IV: Trade/and Money

The nations of the alliance may trade at will freely without having to report to the alliance about who they are trading with, but NO NATION OF THE ALLIANCE MAY TRADE SLAVES, OR NARCODICS, AND IF A NATION IS FOUND GUILTY OF THIS THEY WILL BE TRIED BY THE OTHER NATIONS TO SEE IF THEY SHALL BE GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY.The alliance may also call upon the nation to donate at max a sum of 1,000,000 each, and all nation must abide by this call of dnation

This has two main unfair marks. The first is the bolded part. Some nations excel at making narcotics that, although surely not healthy, are perfectly legal. And your definition of narcotic may be different from theirs, or another member states. Second, should your alliance call for the fund raiser of a million each, this might drain funds from important goals in the members budget, and I am sure you would meet opposition to it.

We would also like to join, as you have cleaned it up a bit from the last try. The only thing I object to is that there is a set number of troops that I must donate that is the same for every nation no matter the size. I would like a fixed number for every nation.
