HDUHA & American troops pull out of Damascus
After receiving the message from Zackaroth, the Unionian and American soldiers pulled out of the city, and they proceed to form an encirclement around the city. Stealth Bombers and Stealth Fighters continue to maintain a no-flying zone over the city, and continue to bomb Anti-Air, Anti-Tank sights and other defenses around the city. An occasional artillery bombardment would commence from the encirclement created around the city, also targeting enemy military facilities, and defenses. Another 3,000 Unionian soldiers were deployed into Syria to reinforce the encirclement.

With the snail mail message returning from NAF forces, the 25 troops waited until almost midnight to escape to HDU Generals, sending them their locations ahead of time.

Once they reached safety they gave Zackaroth, Persia and NAF troops all their Intel and begun to set up sniper post to take out any general they could get their sights on from outside the city. This is largely ineffective but fun for the troops as the set wagers on who could kill the most ranked men.

Givatian troops have been given the order to pull out of Damascus, this is after Givatian forces recieved the message from Zackaroth to get out. Givatian aircraft will continue air striking military targets and will begin providing humanitarian aid if necessary later on. This also does mean that Givatian intervention in Syria will most likely be coming to an end.

Givatian commanders have also warned Zackaroth that Givati will not support Zackaroth in using WMDs or weapons that are going to cause massive civilian casualties.

Palmyra
Four Zulfiquar III tank rose from the bottom of a sand dune, surprised jihadi sentries outside the city scrambled to grab RPGs as Persian infantry emerged as well. A jihadist T-62 revved up to fight while Persian troops charged into the city ready to let the enemy feel the temper of their bayonets. The enemy T-62 was hit directly by Persian shell, and fire burst from all the cracks in the armor, it was left a smoldering wreck as Persian troops advanced, taking casualties, but not giving any ground. Fateh-110 rockets pounded the enemy from Iraq, while Persian troops moved quickly and deadly, leaving no jihadist scum alive.

Early morning, Damascus\

Three Zackarothian bombers flew from different directions over the city. Each one with a massive payload, each with a thermobaric bomb. Nicknamed The Son, these bombs where a little stronger then the old USA's Mother of All Bombs but weaker then the Russian Father of All bombs. With a 350 meter blast radius, these bombs could cause utter hell within the a condensed city such as Damascus. The international community would not like this, they'd hate it. But the High Leader knew it had to be done. Everyone wanted a clean war but he knew it wouldn't be possible. To end this, the head had to be cut off and fear needed to instilled in the hearts of those who fought back. People would keep fighting if they knew the enemy would deliberately hold back. Much less so if they knew if the enemy would be fighting with both fists up.

The plan was to strike three important areas. One plane flew over the Presidential palace, another over the Defense Ministry, and one more over the Parliament building. Each plane flew high above the city, each with an escort of two F-11s,making any attempt by a Syrian aircraft to intercept to be a feeble effort of resistance. Once they got to their targets they dropped their bombs. Once they struck it would a horrific mess. People inside the blast zone would be instantly killed, blown apart by the blast waves. Those not fortunate enough to be right inside that zone, would either be set ablaze or have their lungs ruptured as the air around suddenly become a vacuum. Fire would rage unchecked and debris would crumble and block streets, making rescue efforts complicated and almost impossible.

This time there was no deniability, no hiding it and the High Leader didn't care. It was a message to others who wish to challenge Zackaroth. "We will hit you in the shadows and in the light. Either way, you and your people will suffer"

Prussian Advance
With Damascus now a pile of ruble, the Spartans and Cockroaches move in to An Nasiriyah the next major city away from Damascus, they have also sent a message to Zackaroth stating that "let's not blow up another city" as the approval rating has dropped to 49.57% and has sprung up some minor protest in Berlin.

The 40 total special forces will divide up to infiltrate both the government forces in An Nasiriyah and the ISIS insurgents.

Palmyra Secured!
Persian troops have seized the strategic city of Palmyra from Jihadi hands, without doing too much damage to the ancient ruins present there. Palmyra, a town not far from Damascus was secured by the People's Army in intense and often savage conflict, both melee with bayonets and pistols and even fists, and shooting across long distances with sniper rifles. Fateh-110 rockets continue to pound Syrian forces across the country, while F-14s have maintained a no-fly zone over the land they hold downing several Syrian jets in the process. Mostly Mig-23s. Another victory for freedom and the liberty of the Syrian people! PM Akbar has condemned the Zakaroth bombing on Damascus with some protests springing up against Zakaroth and against the war, but Akbar is now offering safety for any civilian that turns themselves in to Persian troops.

Zackaroth's Bomb
An aid programme has been offered for civilians, with water and food being dropped by Hercules aircraft. Britain remains strictly militarily out of conflict, however the Egyptian Parliament has condemned the use of Thermobaric weapons by Zackaroth. Zackaroth has been accused with using unnecessary force against civilians.

[Zackaroth]

As Damascus burned, Zackarothian troops moved northwards. With the lower western half of Syria mostly under control, Zackaroth now aims to attack the upper reaches of the ruined country. However, Zackaroth's attack has left people in a state of fear as they march upwards, sending a cascade of fleeing refugees further northwards. This left small cities and villages as ghosts, with troops marching through. The next target for Zackaroth was hitting Homs and securing the port cities of the country.

The Prussians Advance has been stopped, the troops have been ordered to retreat to just outside of Dasmascus and await further orders they had no idea as to what would come next......

Refugee Centre Setup

Just outside of Dasmascus the Prussian government has set up a refugee camp in Dasmascus International Airport (far enough away from the explosion) with 50 special ops troops patrolling, 12 kaiserins, 10 c-140s (making round trips) and over 1,000 volunteers helping citizens(after their checked for bombs and what not) after thousands of people where killed or homes destroyed in nearby Dasmascus. The refugee Centre could also offer safe transport to Prussia via C-140 with 2 kaiserins escorting them.

Kaiser Wilhelm also encouraged other countries to help.

Persia has reportedly sent aid, which has made up for their recent move against SSS.

In response to Zackaroth's barbaric bombing of Damascus, the Kalmar Union has once again sent Saab JAS Gripen 39Fs to drop humanitarian aid all over Syrian skies. Additionally, Zackaroth's use of thermobaric bombing has been condemned by the Kalmar Union Prime Minister as "unfitting of a nation in the 21st century" and "a disregard for human life."

Several refugees are being flown over to Scandinavia, where they are given housing and the opportunity to go out and find jobs, which they are readily doing.

British food and water drops are being continued, along with the Kalmar Union's. British forces are considering allowing refugees into Egypt, however it would be a merit-based acceptance. The Prime Minister has stated "this is a tough decision for us to make, and we know this is not fair, but we need to protect our own culture while saving as many people as possible."
Children are being accepted regardless.

Panatikozka Declares War To Syrian Invaders

The president of Panatikozka announced that it will defend Syria from foreign invaders stating,

"...Syria is being ripped by foreign invaders, why? Because of a coup, why do coups happen? Because of popular support, what is made of popular support? The people. if the whole country wants to change, leave them alone. Thats what they want..."

The president also stated that the DRP fleet of the Mediterranean (Consisting of 20 Amphibious Warfare Ships that hold 13 GKN Simba Armored vehicles, 10 AS-90 Self Proppeled Artillery, And 5,500 Soldiers) will dock at Latakia.

British Fleet Intercepts Panatikozka
The 4th Beta Fleet (10 Frigates and 5 Corvettes - Based in Port Said, Egypt), as well as two anti-air destroyers drafted from Egypt, and the 3rd Beta Squadron (150 Jets, 100 Helicopters - Based in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt) have been sent to intercept Panatikozkan forces in the Med., while soldiers are being readied from Cypriot colonies, and the British Government has suggested that "Attacking the Entente is not a good idea" and will "not solve outstanding conflicts".

Prussia's North Atlantic fleet Division I has been stationed in international waters just outside of Iberia. The ships have been ordered to sink any Panatikozka ship coming their way as they are considered an enemy of the empire and its allies.

2nd & 5th Atlantic Fleets and 2nd Meditteranean fleets sent to intercept Panatikozka's fleets
the 2nd and 5th American fleets have been mobilized to attack Panatikozka's fleet, along with the 2nd Meditteranean fleet. The Syrian fleets, by now very likely already being absolutely destroyed, the Unionians call off their blockade and send them over to assist the Prussian navy. The 5th American Fleet would be carrying with them the Steel Island named 'Atlantis', the ship whose main cannon was demonstrated on an aircraft carrier, and took it out in one shot. Along with this, a Condemnation from the NAF has began on Panatikozka.
1st, 3rd and 5th Pacific Fleets mobilized
The 1st, 3rd and 5th Pacific Fleets have been mobilized from Hawaii to blockade Panatikozka, in retaliation to their mobilization against the Entente. With them, they take a Nimitz Class Super Carrier, The Steel Island named 'Reaper' and 2 regular Aircraft Carriers. A message is sent to Panatikozka, offering them a chance to surrender.

Persia planes flew above Damascus yesterday, dropping dozens of boxes containing humanitarian supplies including food, clean water, shots and medicine, as well as bandages and clothing. Persia has now committed itself to helping the Syria people after this terrible war, and creating a stable, healthy, and free democracy.
