What would a race of highly discriminatory xenophobics do when they stumble across humans that live on ringworlds?

We've already started monitoring Olimpiada's asteroid belt, but I'm not sure if first contact is advisable, since language would be an issue, after all we know English, but not Greek. Interstellar might need to help us translate. XD

I'd imagine that they'd have the same reaction as the highly discriminatory xenophobes who live on said ringworlds.

The ancient structure we settled on is connected to a planetary wide neural network (Alpha Centauri anybody?) which connects every organism on the planet.

The cloning and modification of the worms was meant as a way to connect digitally to this neural network and control it.

The meeting serves as an announcement of this project and collective cooperation.

Would you care to explain to me how you think this might be possible? Since I don't actually have any backstory to Keres, but it's certainly fine if you want to create some. With that said, there are a few limitations...

We are the Bren-so. As a tribe in the Zjaum, we were pushed to the outer fringes of society.
