Well the company that owns the rights, lost them last year, thus it can be printed agian. I wish I could find the an original version, but you can find abridged versions

No I'm not asking about the copyright issues, I'm asking about the legality behind the book itself (yes, Mein Kampf is banned in some countries for fascist ideas in the book)

Well yes it banned in some countries. I don't think it's banned in america though, since I can buy it on amazon...
