I suggest a closer cooperation of our nations in the development of WMDs and in the establishment of a joint missile shield. A missile shield is only useful if it is stationed around the globe and capable of intercepting missiles early. A missile shield inside your own country is not of much help against non-conventional arms. The production of 1.000 air-superiority fighters build to your specifications would take some time but it could be arranged. A strong air force is a good first step but wars should be avoided and not won. The only way to avoid the attack by a ruthless enemy is to assure him that this attack can lead to either defeat or total annihilation. We have agreed to a defense treaty with DP already and we would like other nations to join this treaty."

Me and Natalie are going to take care of this in the corner. We will resume the meeting shortly. Please do engage in conversation." The guards walk them over to a corner and opens up a brief case with a laptop. Natalie puts her eye up to it and it scans it. The guard pushes a button, and huge metal doors come up on the three sets of large oak doors in the room. The same thing happens with the three smaller doors, and the three large windows.

He sits back onto his chair swings his legs up so his boots are resting on the table. Taking out his flask he takes a long swallow. seeing the disapproving looks he grins broadly.

In-Character- A black armored limo pulls up and the rush the official in it, and drive to the Executive Residence. Once there, they pull him out of the car, and the guards get their weapons out and escort him in the middle of a circle of them quickly to the meeting room, where he was checked for weapons and one of the emergency doors was lifted for his entry, but once he entered, it engaged again. Vice-President Steele walks up to him and shakes his hand and says,"Welcome, you are a little late, you missed the first part of the meeting which was all about trade, and we are in the second part of the meeting which is about military and diplomacy. Right now, we have a security crisis on our hands, but do not panic, we have the room secure and the insurgency is on the other side of the Residence. We are safe, and the meeting will resume as soon as this bad matter is resolved. Please mingle with the other leaders, but don't eat or drink anything because it might be poisoned, and enjoy yourself until the crisis is fixed and the meeting resumes. Thanks." Then he walks away, and a emergency door lifts and waiters come and pick up the glasses of water and food. They are going to dispose of it. As soon as all waiters are through the door, then the emergency door comes down and seals again.
