Fuhrer President Helmut Von Kruger met with his advisors. Since the radio stations had already gotten hold of this news, it would be impossible to contain. The decision was made and message was sent. to Fuhrer Allen. It urged a joint scientific program to destroy all biological weapons.

To: TeknoRepublika
From: Führer Allen
Such an agreement is unnecessary, what the NCSU say are lies, Wargloria is in possession of no biological weapons, and have not since.....well since ever!

Warg Reich News Network
With the new military program in place, elite soldiers are being restored to the ranks of the Warglorian Reich, bringing Wargloria back to the age when quality won over quantity. However, despite this, Wargloria still has over 1,500,000 Conscripts in it's Army, no one knows why or when Allen is going to disband such a peasant army.

Also, the NCSU has recently accused Wargloria of many warcrimes committed against the world, saying that many "incidents" were in fact weapons tests. The NCSU has claimed that both the deadly re appearance of the Blood Cough in the TTI and the supposed insane line of the NCSU's previous emperor, Yarrel Castel, were both Warglorian biochemical tests. However Wargloria has heavily refused to this accusation, saying that their proof are in fact forged documents, made to make Wargloria look worst.

Führer Allen has said how: "This childish prank by the NCSU is of most distaste to me and Wargloria, for the last time, Wargloria posses no such programs or biochemical weapons!".

In a secret laboratory
Allen looked through the halls of science. They were filled with chemicals, medicines!......and weapons. One of them was labeled "Weapons Experiment #48: Twelve Isles Blood Cough Virus." Allen thought of the joy of using these weapons on the field, when suddenly, he saw someone walk up to him. "Ah, Herr Doktor! It is gut that you are up und making Wargloria better again!" Allen said. "Ja, das ischt gut, anyways, I need more POWs......fresh ones this time, the ones you gave me...rot too much, HEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH" The man said, fideling with a knife.

OOC: BTW, please do not make biological weapons as your thing. It'll ruin the RP.

Nikolai simply smiled as he turned to see his loved one. They embraced in a passionate kiss as the ship arrived to Europan waters.

"I wished all days were like this, with you and me and no care in the world..." Melissa said as she hold tight to Nikolai's arm.

"Me too Melissa... For now we have to see what the future has in store for us..." Nikolai stared in the distance as the Rannorian shores began to be in sight.

Rannoria

Soon Nikolai and Melissa were on land, being taken to the Grand palace via car and escorted by Rannorian security forces. People from all classes would get close to the car to try and see the new Arenginian-Boer couple, with the security forces making sure no one got too close. They were sort of celebrities in most nations they would go to, Nikolai was used to this type of attention as he opened the window to wave at the Rannorian citizens, who cheered.

Melissa however, she tried and hide from all the glamour, covering her face with her skirt. Nikolai took noticed, he gently took hold of Melissa's hand. They both looked at each other and smiled.

Soon the prince and princess arrived to the palace, where they were welcomed by the guards and the servants. Mios would be inside, Nikolai thought.

They've Arrived!

Mios was rushing down the stairs with Tyron, both chatting about Mios' discovery. They were heading down to the parliament lobby to go inform the Arching Veil of all of this, but they were stopped at the sight of Nikolai and Melissa. They both furrowed their brows, but stopped and approached the new couple.

"Welcome to Rannoria." Mios said. He held out his hand. Tyron did so as well.

"Welcome to Zee Prlmnt." Tyron continued.

In the far, far north, beyond the Black Citadel, was a small base, all it has was a few bunkers and sheds, but the most defining characteristic about this base was the structure in the middle of it all, from a first glance, it looked like a launching pad, and that was correct. Another defining characteristic was the lack of buildings, surely, there must be more? Yes, there is more, except all of that more is underground, where most of the science behind happens on the surface occurs. This still unnamed base, was the home of he NCSU Rocketry and Chemistry Program. Rocketry? Yes, rocketry, with the acquiring of hundreds of mines that contain the material for solid rocket fuel, rocketry is possible, although long range and space faring rockets are probably only available a century later. One of the hangars on the surface is then opened by a dozen men, and through the usage of trains, what seems to be an oversized aluminum covered rocket firework is pulled out, an hour later, the train arrives at the launch pad, and the rocket is transported.

"Is the rocket ready?" Emperor Johann II said as he oversaw the whole thing, "Yes sire, and we are about to ignite it." a scientist wearing eyewear said, "Good, very good." the emperor replied. Soon, the fuse for the firework was ignited, and when the spark came in the rocket, it slowly lifted itself, it would then slowly gain speed and after a minute, it finally was up. It had a slight tilt, and in a few minutes later, the launch went as anybody expects, it started to do an incomplete loop, and it exhausted all of its fuel, making it plummet to the ground and ignite any leftover fuel, causing an explosion nearby. The NCSU would then improve this model again and again.

Now, for the Chemical branch of the program, it starts in a cold environment below the surface and in the underground areas of the base. If you were close to the new chemical, you would faint due to the daemonic stench that the chemical ejected. It was none other than the organosulfur Thioacetone. A tub of it was contained in a chamber of 1 inch glass, and even then, the scientists studying it were wearing gas masks just to make sure.

OOC: The rockets are for warfare, and no, I didn't god mod, as these kinds of rockets are possible with current technology in the RP.

I'll allow you to do it, but only at a minimal amount. No wiping entire civs, cities, nor armies because of this. That goes for Warg as well. No mass murder, no nothing, no ravaging. And if you use it enough times people will be able to create a cure.

A messenger falcon seemed to have arrived near Tyron, and with it, was a small pouch with documents, those documents. The falcon seemed to peck the shoes of Tyron, then the bird would fly away back to the NCSU.

Back at home, printing presses began printing all those Warglorian documents in all languages and began distributing them throughout the Imperium, some even relayed the message to the Arengin.

The Manticoran Army had decided they needed a new use for their unused artillery rockets.
Image
The plan was a simple one: they would mount the rockets on trucks and use them to provide withering fire during siege operations. Each truck would have 48 rockets and would be organized into batteries of four, further organized into an artillery battalion equal in strength to the howitzers. It was decided that one battalion of rockets would be added to each tank and motorized division.

Chesterfield Barracks, Norcourt

Harker, and his regiment had arrived in Norcourt, along with the other divisions. They were to stay in reserve, until conflict comes about, and were encouraged to continue working in the military, even after no such conflict.
It was drill time, Harker, and his regiment headed towards the fields to be inspected, then dismissed and withdrawn from the army.

"Lieutenant Harker...it's been a while." Said Lord Ford, "Yes sir, 2 years."

"I suppose this'll be quite overwhelming, but, I am promoting you to Captain, Harker, give it a thought, maybe even stay in the army? For establishing Norcourt's first actual colony, I'm bloody sure you deserve it." Ford said, "Say, Harker, what will you do if you stay here in Norcourt? I mean, I hate to intrude, but, you don't have any family, do you?"

"No sir, I joined the army because of that, sir. Nothing to do here. Aye sir, I'll take your promotion, I've got nothing to lose if I die..."

Harker and the regiment were then dismissed, with many withdrawing their military jobs, only few were to stay...

Tyron responded to Nikolai. "Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of meeting your father. Mios talks about him highly, with also some influence from Sios. Crazy, the two. It's not bad, but they're basically father and son. Mios' father was Vernon, the man who killed Odjen 20 years ago. And at that time Mios was only six. Sios took him under his wing and at the age of 16 Sios employed him as an assistant. When he found out Sios died he shut himself in his house, only coming out to eat. He was in there for a month, but now he's fine. But, returning to the question, I hope I do. He sounds like a great guy."

Meanwhile, Mios spoke to Melissa. "Eh, not really, no. I suppose I could be a right hand man, but the position is more equal. The maestoso and grand work together on stuff, but there are two designated positions for each, but they're never fixated, so we kind of do whatever we need to do."

Sylbania, front lines
Soon, the Warglorian Elite SA Corps arrived, holding around 80,000 Soldiers. These men were some of Wargloria's finest, the elite of the elite, supported by the newly formed Luftwaffe and the Panzers, the were a force to be reckoned with. Soon, they arrived at the front lines, around Veice City. Soon, the overall commander of this Elite Army, Generaloberst Eric Lindenburg, ordered a mass attack. Soon, the troops started moving forward, shouting war cries and charging forward, firing at the now demoralised Entente Forces.

The Kriegzepplins started dropping bombs and firing machineguns on the Entente forces, while Panzers lead forward firing on the enemy, and the artillery bombarded the Entente lines.

A change in uniform...

As the days of rainbow uniforms came to an end, Norcourt had chosen to standardize on one main color for their soldier's uniforms, Horizon Blue.
Of course, they wouldn't use these everywhere, as many climates would require different necessity, such as khaki uniforms and pith helmets. As there was proof of the Pith Helmets saving some soldier's heads, there was also the adoption of the Atkins Helmet, on a medium scale. However, kepis were still common.

The standard infantryman, would carry basic cutlery, and a mess tin, for his eating tools. He was to carry a 3 ounce box of biscuits (crackers if you fancy that sort of thing). 12 bags of Sweetened Tea, for those short moments of civility, Pickled and preserved chunks of pork, to remind him of where he came from, and Corned beef for supper nights. Oatmeal was expected to be eaten in the morning, to keep the soldiers awake and aware, while dark chocolate was to be eaten on the go, for energy uses and pleasure. He would carry some refreshing wipes to keep himself dandy, and when bored he would chew on some gum to keep the breath minty. He carried a canteen, presumably he'd drink water, but a gentleman occasionally needs his beer, especially on those lonely winter nights.

As the man was indeed a warrior of his majesty, he would carry the M1890 Bannerman-Croft Infantry Rifle, with the properly fitted M1890 Spike Bayonet. He was expected to carry 120 rounds of 8x50mm Croft Ammunition at all times, in case of danger of enemy attack.

All in all, the Norcourtian soldier was expected to be prepared at all times. From in the shitter, to the jungles of Blackborn, they are indeed a force not to be underestimated. A true soldier, indeed.

Sylbania
The Warglorians Are Coming!
November 20, 1890

"Capitan! Capitan! We are under attack!" A colonial Aclusian soldier yelled through the line as shells landed all around the city. The Warglorian surprise offensive had taken the Aclusian Expeditionary forces by surprise by it's quick ferocity and aggressiveness. The Entente thought that there was no standing organized army left in Sylbania to face them, a grave mistake that sought it's vengeance quickly as the first shells landed on soldiers who were wandering outside the defenses.

Quickly the men who manned the frontline defenses were annihilated by shells, while men from the secondary trench line outside the city began to rush into the main trench, replacing the dead defenders. The Aclusian artillery crews began to load the batteries behind the city as quick as they could, while the bombs from the Warglorian zeppelin tore through the buildings of the city, which was turning into ruins.

On the way to the left flank of the Frontline trench, Lieutenant Marshall Thompson and his men looked in awe as Warglorian troops and their Heavy Landships advanced at a constant pace. Quickly the men took their positions on the nearby houses and a shallow trench. The Machine gunners and riflemen of the 2nd Loringtons Fusiliers were at the Ready.

"Alright lads! we hold this position at whatever cost, we may be outnumbered, but we are Aclusian! we do not give up land!, we take it! Aclusius Victorios!" Marshall yelled out across the line as him and his men opened fire on the advancing Warglorians.

Nikolai walked side with Grand Tyron. "I'm sorry I confused your title sir. I think my father made an error. Have you two meet yet?"

Melissa walked alongside Mios. "So who are you? Some sort of right hand man?" She asked in quite an informal way, she was still not very fond of diplomatic talk.

"Yes... I think a meeting between you two would be most necessary. He really did have much respect for Sios. Despite them having differences and strides he saw him as a brother. You know my mother is Rannorian... My father is perhaps one of the greatest leaders in Arenginian history. He doesn't talk much about my grandfather but for what my teachers taught me, Vasyl was a harsh ruler to say the least, I never met him since he died from stomach cancer before I was born. My teacher Boris Yeslt told me my father and grandfather are polar opposites. Father uses more of a measure of words while carrying a big stick, Vasyl was more a man that entered the room with a big sword, yelled and broke stuff then leaves claiming victory." Nikolai laughed for a bit. Both men kept walking until reaching the courtyard.

"Sooo you're like a Vice President. Well my father holds the title of elected official, there has been talks about replacing the name to 'president' I like it, though it is up to him. To tell you the truth I don't know if I'll ever get used to this princess life. I always considered myself a women of the people. Now I don't know how my own see me, father tells me my fellow boers see me and Niko as the new symbol of friendship and unity between Traansval and Arengin. He want's us to keep that spirit alive... My dad is quite the idealist. A man of great spirit and convictions."

Back at home, printing presses began printing all those Warglorian documents in all languages and began distributing them throughout the Imperium, some even relayed the message to the Arengin.

As Tyron walked with Nikolai, he noticed the bird, and grabbed the document the bird held and he started to open them as the bird flew out, but then pocketed it as Nikolai spoke.

"Interesting. Very interesting... anyhow, we're almost here." He pushed open the doors, and entered the room. It was circular, with a mosaic sun and compass engraved in the center. There were bookshelves, tables, and so on. Documents lay by Tyron's desk, as Sios' office was in a different room. "Welcome." Tyron concluded.

Meanwhile, Mios and Melissa were engaged in conversation. "I always like how the Rannorians do it. Grand. Cool title. Maestosos were only implemented around four to six years ago, on Sios' command. Both titles feel traditional, yet their positions are new. Enlightened, one could say. But, I suppose if you're one for the people, I guess the entire royalty and nobility thing will take time to get used to. As for now..." He paused. "This, is the Grand's office. C'mon, sit down on one of the chairs."

After months of testing, the Romans had begun limited production of tanks. They still hadn't decided on an armored car design, though, and many officers were unwilling to really use the tanks as little more than battering rams, still believing that Cavalry held a place in modern war.

"Just as majestic as I imagined..." Nikolai and Tyron sat in their own armchairs close to a coffee table, Mios and Melissa then sat on the opposite side of the room. Both groups began talkings.

"Well Grand. I must say that even though I know my father will be alive and well by the next century he has sent em here for a reason. Which I suspect is to establish a good relationship with you, I'm sure we can do just that. A thing I'd like to talk about is the threat that the Manticores, Romans, and Warglorians hold not only to my people but Rannorians as well. As you may know my father and Princess Catherine of Manticore are not in the best of terms, I was actually briefed of it by my personal bodyguard. Melissa and I had been in honeymoon for the past months. But i digress, I think we should set our efforts to combat Manticorian aggression." Nikolai rested his back as he waited for the Grand to respond.

Melissa was talking with Mios at the other table. "I think that I can get used to the royalty thing in enough time. I must however still speak for my people. I hope that the Rannorians and Boers can continue with current trade deals and friendly relationships. As well as maintain the Entente alliance. At this point, Traansval, Aclus, Arengin and Rannoria make up the bulk of the alliance."

OOC: Two things.

One, I have no idea what you're talking about, but this does not change anything, and...

Two, please put OOC in the OOC.

Dank je.

Good, good...

Tyron's Office - Zee Prlmnt
Tyron spoke back.

"Well, I am not sure about combatting the Manticorians. We have no quarrel with them, and we hope to keep it that way. Though if I need to, I have some... contacts, which can help sow discontent as far as I am concerned, though I'm not sure what you mean by combatting it in general. Militarily, diplomatically, et cetera? I am also lacking behind in knowledge, for I do not know too much about Arengin-Manticorian relations. A possible plan between me and Mios could make things a bit, worse, I suppose. But that's not going into much consideration right now. For the Romans, that is out of the question, really. They haven't committed much against us, and so we shall not provoke them. As for Wargloria... we express concern against them, and I can only hate them more after recent discoveries, but my lines of defense are still maintained. Hopefully things will be well. Though I am not too sure."

Meanwhile, Mios was having a different conversation with Melissa.

"Yes, yes. The alliance is faltering, though, and so is a bit of my faith, but I hope I can regain it. Also, it is in Tyron's and my own best interest that we maintain good relations with all the Entente members. Nothing to worry about."
Colonization of Barrum
The war against the natives in Barrum was going well. The majority of their territory has been conquered already, but it did not come with loss. The West Afrikaan States was going to be a collection of possible future territories located in, well, the west of Afrikaan. Coffee, tobacco along with gold and oil were now coming into Rannoria as well as some other items. Several companies were already set up, and most of the opposing forces have been defeated. Now Barrum was Rannorian, despite not all of it being it. Only several towns and cities remained. Well developed, but not that well developed, and because of so forts and defenses were strong. The flag of Rannoria flew through major towns and ports, and all of Barrum shall soon fly under it.
