Manticore, we are two great nations both pushing for empire. I would highly advise, for the sake of our future empires, that we collaborate, not push into one another. Do you not think that would be wise?

As such, we send an ambassador to the Manticore Empire, but officially warn him not to enter the Polynesian continent. We say this publicly so that the world can recognize this claim.
