If you desire our help I am offering the full support of NatCoDE. I urge you to refrain from Nuclear weapons. The ships that are now making their way to your shores are outfitted with long range intercept missiles. I Propose that you allow The Cyberiad to protect against Nuclear attacks launched by Skellig, while building a permanent missile defense grid on Carthaginian soil. We will also use our Navy to repel the Blockade. I eagerly await your response."

We here in Vulkata are saddened on the possibility of a nuclear war but if a ground war was to happen(and much preferable than both of your glassing each other but i like peace talks better)The Vulkatan red cross would be happy to help both civilians and soldiers of both sides.

Vulkatan spies from France got the message, they were to go to Italy and then to Israel and meet the contractor and then drive the foods by either truck or camel to Carthage.

A group of guards were at the border fence. Nobody usually tried getting in through Libya as most Libyans have hated Carthage ever since the war of independence. The Border guards were fully equipped with modern military equipment designed for desert warfare and were chatting at their post in Punic. "Do you think war will happen?" asked one. "I'm very concerned, these Skellig people seem like imperialists. We don't need another Rome." said another as he bit took a swig of water. "I'm worried too, but I'm not sure if they are that bad." responded the first soldier. A third one interjected, "I'm sure the Queen can navigate us to safe waters, I trust her with my life more than any foreigner." the other two soldiers agreed with him and they returned to silence. The fencing surrounded the entirety of Carthage and had guard posts everywhere. The only unguarded place was the southern border, where the fencing was aging. Radar wasn't always reliable there either.

At the earliest radar detection of Cyberidiad ships Bombers and Fighters would take off from the Carriers and the Destroyers,corvettes and Submarines would prime for battle, torpedos would be launched and rocket guided missiles also whilst the Bombers Rained Tons of Bombs down on enemy ship munitions in order to effectively demilitarize them whilst the fighters scoured the skies for enemy fighters, Submarines would launch highly explosive torpedos at ships sides in order to disable them. Only one message would be on repeat "Turn around and go home, you are in seas patrolled by Nuclear Submarines bearing Nuclear Warheads'

For example in the Dolittle Raid(Which yes is a long time ago) B-25 bombers which technically were not designed for usage on Carriers, and had not been used on carriers up to that point or after that point, managed quite well.

The catapults on the Nimitz wouldn't be able to handle the weight, the damn aircraft's wingspan is half that of the width of the carrier, and it needs a longer runway than the Carrie rpeovided to take off. The Doolittle raid used heavily modified B-25s and they barley made it off the carrier and had no chance of landing back on it. So, no, B-2s can't be based on aircraft carriers, that's why they have the F-18 for a strike aircraft.
