Umm, quick thing. If your nation is a union between Iran and Saudi Arabia, well, umm, Dubai isn't in either of them.

Also, this union is extremely unrealistic. Saudi Arabia and Iran hate eachother, and the Shia Sunni divide has gone on for ceturies, you should either change something or explain how this divide stopped.

He is correct, any nation signing up as a non-player union will have to collapse the NPU first. My only issue with his application is the capital. However, I would like to keep the Caliphate NPU In the game, that is not a reason to prohibit him.

Hey everyone! I have a list of some proposals.

1 - Joining a non-democracy is less likely
2 - Influence system revamped. Currently, no country will join you peacefully if you do not have their culture. I am proposing that they can, if you have influenced them for at least five years it will outdo the culture thing, so they CAN join you.
3 - You cannot influence Class-A nations
4 - Adding a vassilization system which has its benefits and disadvantages to annexing them.
