Is the river that emerges near Otiver traversable by vehicles such as the corvettes and frigate I've commissioned, or will the crew of the have to use land transport to get to Stazhos?

That's going to be a right pain in the ass if you're writing up a reply and hit "preview," only to find that you've been ninja'd by one or two other people. I've had that happen to me twice on this thread alone. In fact, it just happened with Pillowlandia.

I think it should be more of a common sense rule, like letting a couple of other people post before you reply, or leaving an acceptable, but non-arbitrary timeframe between posts so it doesn't devolve into a set of posts by two people carrying out the same situation.

Yeah, I was thinking that it might be the best way to go. Even if the river is accessible, I doubt the government in Otiver would be open to foreigners using their river to aid communists.

I think this is another one of those things that should be reserved for reasonable judgement. Something like this could easily turn into a specific order of posting, and while I get where you're coming from, I'm not quite sure that the first page warrants rules like this being set in place.

But, since I don't want to be repeating the same phrases of "common sense" and "reasonable judgement" in every post I make, what would "majority" be defined as? If I can count correctly, there's a total of six people that haven't posted already.
