Great Palkia has returned from the other war crisis and would like to thank Eonstar and it's troops for occupying the south island territory and it's two atolls for us while we were gone.

Meanwhile, the origional 8 high class destroyers, 2 aircraft carriers, and 8 transpirt ships from the 8th Great Palkian fleet and the 6 high class destroyers and 1 aircraft carrier from the 12th Great Palkian fleet have returned to the southern island as well as the troop force of 12,000 highly trained soldiers, 80 marines, and 140 heavy tanks. The two atolls next to the south island are once again operational Great Palkian airforce bases. The southern portion of the south island and it's two atolls are now known as the the Great Palkian colony, New Kyruem.

Eonstar returns operational control of the southern atolls and half of South Island to Great Palkia.

Meanwhile, a permanent air and naval base has been constructed on the north coast of the island (in the territory now known as the Pearl Protectorate). Several small fortifications have been placed around the Pearl Protectorate, which now holds two army regiments and one marine regiment.

As a gift of our new alliance, you are now allowed access to the two atolls of the south island.

The 8th Great Palkia fleet is sent to create a blockade over the south part of the south island. Any non Great Palkia or Eonstar ships or planes will be shot down if they come within 24 nautical miles of the south island.

Meanwhile, the East Fleet begins a blockade of the other side of South Island. No military vessels other than those of Eonstar or Great Palkia are allowed within 24 nautical miles of the island.

Given the dangerous state of the West Robin Islands region, Eonstar has dispatched an aircraft carrier, supercruiser, cruiser, two attack subs, and four destroyers on a patrol mission around the West Robin Islands. Their first destination is North Island, where they hope to mediate a peaceful resolution to the tensions regarding medical aid being sent there.

Orostan has dispactched a total of 2 Aircraft Carriers and 4 Helicopter Carriers to protect Orostani treasures on the North Island.

The Great Palkian 2nd fleet consisting of 6 destroyers, 4 aircraft carriers, and 6 transport ships each carrying 200 soldiers and 10 heavy tanks. They are sent on an exploration mission to the atoll next to the northern island. The 2nd fleet of Great Palkia are now only 600 nautical miles south of the atoll.

The Eonstar fleet sails around the North Island to its Northern end, to avoid misunderstandings with Orostan. However, a small civilian vessel sails directly to the North Island to deliver food and basic necessities to the inhabitants.

The Civilian vessel is stopped by the Orostani navy, coincidentally escorting a shipment of food to the North Island. The shipment is allowed through, and no hostility is shown. An Orostani UAV has been detected near the Eonstar fleet.

The 6 transport ships of the 2nd Great Palkian fleet arrive at the northern atoll. The transport ships unload the soldiers and tanks as quick as possible and the soldiers waste no time setting up an airforce base on the atoll for the oncoming 20 bomber planes.

The 6 destroyers and 4 aircraft carriers from the rest of the 2nd Great Palkian fleet set up a blockade around the atoll to protect the soldiers and the airforce base that is being constructed.

The 6 transport ships of the 2nd Great Palkian fleet arrive at the northern atoll. The transport ships unload the soldiers and tanks as quick as possible and the soldiers waste no time setting up an airforce base on the atoll for the oncoming 20 bomber planes.

We can finally acknowledge the existence of the WRL, a fascist group wishing for complete control of the West Robin Islands. We would like a combined effort in part to destroy the group. We estimate them to have over 25,000 members, many from different nations wishing for a fascist state.

Meanwhile 3 small fishing vessels have gathered near Tarka, shooting into the air. In response the Tobiasian 5th fleet have sent a destroyer against them.

The water laps against the side of the boat as it speeds through the water. Fresh surf whips into the faces of the sailors on board the Tobiasian destroyer.

The airforce base has been completed on the north atoll and is now operational. The 20 bomber planes arrive soon after and are ready for take off.

Two native vessels come within 40 nautical miles of the north atoll. The 2nd Great Palkian fleet take aim at the vessels and begin to fire. The natives fire back at the Great Palkia. Ships but do not last long against the powerful Great Palkian ships.

We still have two fleets in the island chain,(each containing 2 Nuclear powered carriears, each with 4 Squadrons on Falcon-27 fighters, 2 squadrons of shark-17 CAS, and 2 squadrons of Dragon-Fly Jet Bombers; Along with 6 Dreadnought Class Battlehips, armed with 4 IRBMs(non nuclear), 3 22in batteries(3-2 guns), 1 18in Battery, and 2 torpedo tubes; As well as 10 Thunder Class Cruisers armed with 8 IRBMs(Non Nuclear), 2 16in Batteries, 1 14in Battery, and two hornet anti-missile systems). Both are on stand by and are willing to assist you and your forces. We also have ground forces on standby, awaiting your reply. We have some recon vehicles in the area but not alot.

What purpose does a "exploration" force need 4 carriers for? We advice you to remove these ships from the area immediatly. We will allow one carrier to remain, but more than one positioned close to the north islands, will be seen as a threat to NUC and our allies Tobiasia and Orostan's interests in the area.

Off the shore of the north island:

After meeting up with the Orostani fleet(s) the NUC begin to take defensive positions. Two Flacon-27 fighter jets are ordered to begin a mission over the GP's exploration forces. The two aircraft race across the sky as they approach the GP fleet and veach head. The two airplanes begin going into a dive before pulling up just above the treelines. As they race over the fleets, they drop blue and white flares near the aircraft carriers before climbing back to cloud level and returning to their carrier.

Our Hospital Ship is in West Robin Island waters. Our military presence is in international waters...observing.
Any further Tobiasian aircraft over our two fleets will see them shot down.

As Orostan has communicated the hospital ship is under their protection, we will raise our complaint of Tobiasian military interference of a hospital ship under their protection to them.

Together with Great Palkia, the Eonstar High Command had worked out a deal with Orostan regarding the North Island.

The Eonstar fleet moved into place on a "routine patrol" around the North Island. Airborne radar located all ships belonging to non-Orostani powers with troops on North Island. Submarines were vectored into place to sneak up on these ships. When ready, a mass salvo of torpedos and missiles from the fleet and associated bombers were fired at these ships. This continued until all ships were sunk or had surrendered. Eonstar helicopters meanwhile were deploying sonobuoys into the ocean. Next, cruise missile strikes were begun against non-Orostani positions on North Island, in anticipation of a ground assault.
