We would like to kindly ask you to remove your fleet from inside the 12 mile limit of the full soverngity of the Republic at sea. The Orionite Republican Navy is fully capable of responding and eliminating threats inside our waters, including the Exclusive Economic Zone. While the High Command does not want to attack you, it can and will wipe the fleet off the face of the Earth.

Meanwhile, over Stockholm Orionite B-53 bombers and F-16 fighters launched air to surface missiles and conventional bombs at important government facilities and factories. The Navy's battleships went around Sweden sinking commerce with ease. Hackers stole Swedish war plans and millions of dollars from the central bank of Sweden. OIA agents snuck in and were training the rioters in street warfare. This was retribution for the bomb on the Orionville Stock Market, the 2nd largest in the nation, behind the Victoria Avenue General Market in Union City.

In the office of Emperor Narkov he was handed and overview of the situation, he nodded and said "get Shadow 4 in the air, we need to get as much information as we can, we will not intervene, but we will not simply turn a blind eye, we must watch closely, least some of it come our way"

3.4 miles north of Vikantra

Julian Milkov, known to the Air Force as Shadow 4, was waiting in his barracks when his commanding officer walked in and said "come with me Shadow 4"
He jumped up and said "yes sir"

The Major led him into the briefing room, and said "this briefing is eyes-only"
He nodded and listened as he was briefed on the secret mission and was dismissed, and exited.

After donning his special flight suit, thick and orange, looking almost like a space suit, and walked onto the Tarmac, only to see his SR71 Black Bird already ready and with its cameras fitted. He walked to the ladder and climbed into the cockpit of the sleek spy plane, and the cockpit closed. He performed the mandatory pre-taxi checklist, and after confirming everything was good to go he activated the highly secure radio frequency, similar to the kind used by the Russian Federation, only being two way, unless someone had the exact frequency and codes, it was unhackable, as no true computers were involved. He said "Shadow Den this is Shadow 4, pre-taxi checklist is complete and I am ready for taxi"

The SR71 rolled down the Tarmac to the massive 4.6 mile long runway, and he started the second mandatory checklist, the SR71 was a very important plane to the Imperial Air Force, and they took great care of their birds. He finished, again everything checking out good, and he said "Shadow Den, pre-flight checklist complete, I am ready for take off"

The code word for an Black Bird leaving on a mission, he pushed the throttle halfway forward, more than enough to take off. He rolled down the runway, quickly picking up speed as he lifted off the runway. He adjusted and began his trip to Ecliusian airspace climbing to 65,000 feet, and he switched on the autopilot, all he had to do now was wait till he got there.

ORDER: You are to operate in the sea south of the Eclius Empire. We ask you go no closer than within maximum aircraft range. It is imperative you stay in neutral waters. Do not bring any of your ships within 50 miles of Third Fleet. High Command recommends you spread out your forces. You are permitted to fly air patrols for reconnaissance and security purposes, but you are NOT authorized to order any missions within Eclius, Nova, or Orionite airspace. Any such order will result in your immediate termination as Fleet Commander. We request any missions are flown with unarmed aircraft, but this is not required. Maneuver your forces at your own discretion.

Stockholm, Sweden

As Orionite bombers bombard the city from above, airbases across the country scramble to shoot down the Orionite air units. As citizens witness the horror they had been preparing for a good reason, that day had finally come. The [CLASSIFIED] Squad had to be deployed as well as getting the EDF up and running. As the military is in high gear, working to clear the Orionite navy from sinking our ships. To combat this, all Swedish vessels will now be escorted with a convoy of SAS Navy units for safety. As the SAS is now into Defcon 2, ground forces are now readying their AA guns to shoot down the bombers. The day had finally come. We are now at war with the Orion Isles. We will make them pay for the invasion of our lands. As the elite prized fleet, the Death Killers, containing the Warship Ragnarok, is now searching the coast for Orionite ships to sink and shall attack the Orion Isles.

Classified Location, Scandinavia

Mitchell: "God damn it! It's actually happened. I assume by this rate, Eclius is gonna want in on the action. Order the invasion force for the Orion Isles and for Eclius if they strike. We will get these sons of bitches." Director: "Understood sir. I shall notify SAS command to begin sabotage efforts on the Isles and Eclius." As the invasion force readies for landfall on the Orion Isles,some of the [CLASSIFIED] Squad has arrived to assist the assault. "All right troops! Listen up! What we are about to do is head straight into the enemy's homeland and tear them limb from limb for attacking us. Are you ready to show them not to fuck with us? Are you ready?!" "OOHRA!" As the assault begins on the Orionite homeland, our forces seem to be having a bit of a rough time back at home.

Correspondent guy: Well, mysterious forces just struck down the power plants, we're still unclear who did that. But we can confirm that Eclisian forces are striking Copenhagen with their gunships* and possibly naval forces. As you can.... <Bleeeeeeep!!! Technical issue, please stand by>

The Imperial Guard frantically grabbed Ambassador Blume by the arm.
"What is it?" Blume asked, yanking her arm away.
"SAS forces are heading this way. It isn't safe."
"At least let me get my belongings."
About five minutes later Blume casually walked out the front door of the hotel she had been staying in. Four Imperial Guards flanked her on both sides as they led her to an armoured car sporting two small New Equestrian flags at the front. The car drove quickly in the direction of the airport, with a police escort. At the airport, a New Equestrian private jet waited for the Ambassador. Two guards ran over and checked the jet, while two stayed with Blume. Blume, not liking to be rushed, slowly gathered her things, then got on the jet. It quickly rolled down the private runway, and the New Equestrian Ambassador was on her way back home from the Orionite Islands.

Back in Emperor Shield's Quarters

The Emperor paced the room nervously, waiting to hear word about what had become of his Ambassador. Cabot Snow came to the door.
"She's safe."
Emperor Shield breathed a sigh of relief and slumped back in his chair.
"Thank God."

It is quite clear war is no longer avoidable. The SAS, the Orionite Islands, and the Empire of Eclius are already engaged in active hostilities. Emperor Shield believes it only a matter of time before New Equestria is thrown in as well, and has therefore decided to take pre-emptive measures. In the event of active New Equestrian involvement, Emperor Shield wishes to ally with the Empire of Eclius, seeing as our Empires share a few common interests. He has authorized two companies of commandos to be sent to fight alongside Eclisian troops, as you see fit. If you should accept the offer, all we ask is that Eclius denies the use of these commandos. In the event any commando units are captured, missing, or otherwise, New Equestria will assume command, and responsibility. General Tullius sat on a traditional Roman-styled chair, he then opens the computer and the message from Greenland appeared before him. He smiled, with utmost evil, then said to himself, "Whoever you are, whoever you work for. Now it's time for you to come back from the shadows, and face me like a real legionnaire." When suddenly, another email appeared, it was from EDSI. He eagerly opened it, and the message states:

General Tullius, mysterious flying object discovered on the battle field between fatherland forces and SAS. Our AA systems have managed to shoot it down. The pilot managed to escape and claimed to be an Markovan. Pilot currently transported to Fatherland Security."

(OOC: General Tullius is aware of the foreign operatives in EDSI, this TG is a bait to lure out the under covering personnel. This is a dramatic irony)

Copenhagen, Sweden

As the city had survived the onslaught of Eclisian gunships and naval ships, it's time to prepare for maybe another attack as well as prepare a counterattack. The local SAS bases in the area was surprised by the attack as they were caught off guard and as such, we lost a few lives here and there. Now is the time to attack or defend ourselves. Local SAS Commander: "We need reinforcements down here. We have some civvies wounded as well as some of my men. Send in a couple of fleets to help protect us." SAS Joint Command: "Roger that Commander. We will dispatch any fleet that is not doing shit to come assist you. Just be careful over there. What the hell? I think we picked up something from what happened on the field. Mysterious object. Origin unknown. Be on high alert over there. We don't know what the full extent of the Eclisians are." "Sir yes sir! All right troops, we got our help arriving soon. We just need to hold on and keep our ground. Be careful, we don't know when they might come back." Radar Operator: "Sir, we got some bogeys on our radar. I think it's the Eclisians." "Shit! All right then. All available air units! Get to the skies and shoot down the damn things! Ground forces, mobilize the AA guns. They're coming back." As fighter jets and gunships lift off, the reinforcements are about 1 and a half hour away from Copenhagen.

Stockholm, Sweden

After the Orionite air raid was over, we were able to repel them but we also lost a few of our men in the process. The city is mostly in fine shape with only a few smoke trails scattered across the city. Mitchell: "And meanwhile while there's a war going on, these damn people want us to stop. Do they not understand we have been attacked? That now we can't trust them? Are they literally this braindead? If it escalates to one more riot, this is now civil war and just shoot all the rioters that attack you." As more National Guard units roll out to the city center, another protest has taken place and instead of police, there is now SAS military due to the nation being in civil unrest. As the soldiers there monitor the situation, they hope this time there isn't another massacre. All of a sudden, there is now CNN reporting the protest live. At least it's not a riot this time.

CNN Breaking News: "This is live footage taken here in the city center of Stockholm and you can see here the government by now has had it with the riots and has replaced the police with soldiers from the SAS National Guard. It seems as though the situation is this bad they can't be focused on them while they have a war with 2 major powers. At least this time it's not a bloodbath here but I fear that may change very quickly. The situation here is becoming incredibly unstable as people for some damn reason still believe this is all a horrible idea. Can you think outside your damn mindset for a minute and realize what is happening?! Anyways, it seems so far this is all pretty good if you count the police swapped with soldiers and a increasingly volatile crowd a good thing. CNN NEWS: Stockholm suffers mass power outage from Orionite strike, International Red Cross to provide food and water to Swedish citizens whose homes are destroyed by Orionite bombing. We're now live with our correspondent in Stockholm.
Correspondent guy: "hey everyone, as you can see, I'm here with international red cross, who came here to deliver food and water to citizens of Stockholm, which, surprisingly, many are Eclisian by nationality. The radio in the IES Unicorn's flight control centre suddenly crackled to life.
"Command, this is Sparrow lead. Be advised, we have multiple unidentified ships close to Third Fleet's patrol sector."
The officer on deck picked up the microphone.
"Copy Sparrow lead. Have your flight circle the target outside engagement range, but keep them in sight. Await further instructions."
"Aye."
The officer notified the Captain, who came running down the stairs into the comms centre, and quickly picked up the phone.
"Pilot, can you give me an exact location and number on the target?"
"Unidentified ships, estimated number at ten. They're anchored about 162 klicks from the Orionite Islands, directly east of Third Fleet's patrol sector."
The Captain turned to the young officer who had been on watch.
"Get Third Fleet on the line. Notify Admiral Burke."
"Aye sir." The officer ran off.
The Captain spoke to the pilot.
"Sparrow lead, you are permitted to fly closer to investigate. Make all attempts to state your intentions are peaceful. Keep us notified."
The Captain went up to the bridge, turning on the ship-wide intercom.
"All Owl flight pilots, all Owl flight pilots, prepare to scramble. Raven flight will be on standby. Alert status Alpha."
Jets were lifted onto the flight deck, getting armed and ready for launch, while Pilots ran over, starting their pre-flight checklists.

OOC: Just realized how impossible my fleet deployments are geographically. Soo... I guess the Third is about mid-Pacific and the Second is, well, 350 miles west of that.

Chricomian Radars pick up New Equestrian ships

"Keep site on those ships, airforce picked them up yesterday." said Jermy Kerndai the current organizer of the fleet

"If they make any movement that can be seen as a warning or as out right aggressive get on guard be careful we don't know them" continued Jermy

A mini-submarine is prepared to go underwater in case further investigation is required

3:30 am. Sparrow flight, directly over Chricoman fleet

As the final jets from Owl flight left the runway of the IES Unicorn, Lieutenant Hawkins, commander of Sparrow Flight, peeled off to get a closer look at the unidentified ships. It was hard to tell, but he thought he recognized the flags of the Kingdom of Chricoma. Going down to 500 Meters, and flying parallel with the ships (close enough to make out individual crewman on deck), he rolled to the side and waved at them from his cockpit. Coming back around, he flew directly over the lead ship, and rocked his wings.

3:30 am. IES Celestia (Guided Missile Cruiser), Third Fleet flagship. 150 miles Northwest of New Equestrian home islands

"Sir. Surface contacts about 100 miles to the east. Imperial air is in the area as well."
"Aye. That would Sparrow. And those ships must be the ones Captain Epian told us about. Get a passive radar lock* for now."
Admiral Burke went over to the command console, and switched to the TBS frequency.
"Pull into defensive formation centered on the Celestia, 30 knots. I want all Cruisers to get passive radar locks on those signatures. All Destroyers, switch SAMs and CIWS to anti-missile. Await further instructions."

3:32 am. Imperial War Council Headquarters, New Canterlot

When the Emperor came into the conference room, Admiral Typhoon stood and saluted.
"Emperor Shield, we have confirmation of unknown ships operating within striking distance of Third Fleet. We believe they are Chricoman."
Emperor Shield nodded.
"Very well. Get a message to Chricoman High Command. Confirm the ships, and find out their purpose. Let them know we have no intent to attack them, if they don't attack us. Has anyone engaged?"
"Not yet. But our ships are on standby with passive radar locks. Second Fleet currently has 20 fighters in the air. 8 are over the target area, 12 are circling. Another 12 are ready for launch if needed."
"Good. Good. Now, let us hope nothing goes wrong. It's at times like these when silly mistakes end up being costly. Make sure you stress we have no grievances with the Chricomans. We can't afford getting heavily involved in a war."
Typhoon saluted, and ran off to send the message.

*OOC: A passive radar lock, at least for my navy, is basically when the computer estimates a firing solution for the missiles, without actually locking onto anything. It doesn't alert the ship it's "locking" onto, and allows the computer to quickly get a real lock if needed, because nearly everything is already calculated.

As the protests are occurring, I think it's time for Mitchell to come out and try to inspire faith and confidence in the people as the invasion has definitely lowered their morale. As Mitchell steps out onto the stage, he readies his speech and is checking his voice to ensure it is fine. "Ahem, greetings my fellow citizens, it is an honor to see you after these past few days as we have endured an attack from the Orionites and the Eclisians. I know some of you may hate that we are still fighting but if you look at the Orionites, we had nothing to do with it. We didn't mean to cause the attack on your Stock Exchange. Why would we attack a democracy when we have the same ideals like you? Do we look like the kind that would burn you to the ground? Hell we would've stopped the aggression sooner if I had found out what the downsides were to Orionite aggression but sadly the Doctor is dead and I did not know at the time. Because of this, we have had our country besieged by Orionite forces but I can see why you would. Now onto the Eclisians. They seem like alright people I mean their citizens but I don't know about their government. I can respect them for their passion but I mean I don't know what its system even is. However we also don't know what you might be doing. You could be plotting something sinister and we wouldn't know till it was too late. However that does not excuse the fact you bombarded one of our cities and killed few of our citizens from your bombing runs. To the Orion Isles, I ask you to stop this war against us when we didn't mean for it to happen. While to Eclius, I'm sorry if this seems like we are scumbags or warmongers, but we aren't stopping the war. We will fight until the bitter end until one of us wins. Hope you got good shit, cause we're now bringing out the big guns." As he says the speech, a giant floating command fleet appears from the southeast codenamed Avalon and its size kinda reminds that of a mothership. "As you can see, this project was in the works since the Cold War. Its firepower and engines might be years ahead of its time along with the latest armor to withstand a hefty punch. Basically if we happen to be on the verge of failing, we can just whip out this bad boy and watch the carnage below and above. I hope this means a sign to you. If you think I might be stupid, you're dead wrong motherfucker! HAHAHAHA!" He finished in a kinda maniacal laugh. As he gets off the air, I think some of the civilians there might be in shock as he just pulled out the most scientifically advanced pieces of combat tech ever seen in the world. That and he sounded like he had sinister or evil intentions himself. His goal was to ensure the Eclisians would be devasated to the point where he could swoop in and try to take their rocket and weapons tech for himself and gain a hold in rocket tech and to be the leading edge in bioweapons himself and if they still resist, his plan was to exterminate the ENTIRE Eclisian race and call it like this, "They were just too washed up in their own ideals and so we had to put that thought out of their heads."

OOC: Is the fleet I pulled out a bit OP? Its kinda like the Ace Combat games where they had a giant floating fleet in the sky. Also the plans you just saw is ironically kinda like you Eclius except where the SAS in this case is kinda like Hitler. So yeah, I guess you could kinda say that the war with you and stuff kinda changed him into whatever.

OOC: I guess I don't really count, but I'd say no, as long as it's not some ridiculous number of ships in a single fleet, on top of whatever you already have. Like, if you have maybe 400 ships in your fleet, and this new fleet has like 200 or something, than yeah, it might be a bit OP. But again, I guess it's really up to Eclius, Orionite, and Nova (wherever he is now...)
