Today's the day when Sweden stood up and fought against the French for invading and trying to take their homeland. Thankfully they persevered. But never mind that.

As Mitchell was watching his favorite show, The Filthy Frank Show, the Director came in once again. It was the 3rd time this week. David: "What is it this time? Aliens? Drugs are legal?" The Director then replied with, "For your information, no. But i wish both of them were true. Anyways, our sources picked up a transmission. It says something about The Eclipse Project." David was thinking about what could it be and he came to what it might be and then said, "Could that be the "Doom Bringer" weapon we've been worried about?" "It probably is, and apparently The Orionites deny that they would make such a weapon so we believe them but we'll keep an eye on them for now." "Do we know who might be making such a weapon?" "Unfortunately no. We couldn't crack the encryption on to who was transmitting the source. We might as well be alert but ready our men just in case." "Thank you. Dismissed." This might be bad, if the flesh eating virus was a hoax, then maybe the Eclipse Project is what they're trying to hide. As Mitchell is watching his favorite soap opera, The Filthy Frank Show, cities across the Finnish and Norwegian Provinces begin invasion drills to prepare for an attack. Along with that, it will also begin drills on how local police and the National Guard react to said attack. Seeing as how bioweapons has gotten the President spooked along with Parliament, they have orders not to speak any of this to the public until otherwise. Any foreign aircraft are to register themselves as well as if they have any cargo and if they do, what it is. If they do not comply, they will be intercepted by SAS fighter jets and will be ordered to land at the nearest airfield immediately. If they do not comply again, they will be shot down. In case of war on the Swedish homeland, the [CLASSIFIED] Squad will be deployed to deal with the invaders equipped with the latest experimental tech to bring them down. SAS military equipment are to be checked for malfunction as well as be upgraded with the latest tech if they are outdated. If they are under severe attack, they will call upon their ally Neolvex to assist them in pushing them back. If any suspicious activity is detected, the Defcon level will lower to 2 and forces will begin readying to mobilize to the region at a moment's notice.

Meanwhile as Mitchell sees his soap opera, it suddenly turns to a breaking news report. The logo as it starts up is SNN or Swedish News Network.

As there is currently a civil war involving the communist rebels and the government, the Swedish had intervened with Humanitarian Aid as well as peacekeepers. But with ISIS activity in the country, peacekeepers are to be wary of ISIS members and eliminate them if they see them as they will not care about civilians and will slaughter them. We had the chance to speak with the Director of the SIA whose name can't be given away for national security purposes, and he gave a comment on the civil war and ISIS activity in the country." "Well it seems as though the civil war seems to be setting the stage for a possible regional war and so I believe the war must come to an end soon or things will escalate." A gentleman, dressed up in business attire, walked into Sapphirius Hotel (a five star hotel in Rome), as he walked in, he placed an ace of clubs into the pocket on his suit. A lady, sat at the third table of the fifth row in the dining room, greeted immediately as soon as she saw him

As SAS forces ready for mobilization just in case, the SIA has been particularly quiet. That is because they are testing the new experimental Warden armor. It functions like standard body armor except it covers most of the body except the head. The suit is integrated with a prototype healing function powered and controlled by nanomachines. The nanomachines will search the body for sudden changes in the body. As such, if the user gets injured in battle, the nanomachines will kick in and start heading to the injury point. That is where the healing factor will come in. The user will be temporarily be placed into a deep sleep by the nanomachines so they may heal the body without interruption. However the setback is this may take 2 or 3 days to recover. Not only that, the user may experience side effects as a result. But regardless, if this armor works, this will be a technological achievement of the century! Sweden will be the first country in the world to use nanomachines alongside battle gear.

As the SIA have been experimenting with the suit, the situation in the buildup may as well be increasing as the military and the SIA have been ordered to keep an eye on anyone that acts out of place. This goes for all personnel. Meanwhile military exercises are now put into place, if a war with the powers were to occur. The exercise will be preformed near the Danish Province. Anyone that shares the same ideals with us are welcome to join us.

Mediolanum, the heart of Eclisian politics, and the capital to the successor of Rome. Bathed in heat, Mediolanum finally received a relief, with rain pouring down into the city from sky above. A mysterious, old man, sat inside a Rolls-Royce phantom, despite on the traffic condition, he was calm. While reading news paper, the phone started to rain.

CNN BREAKING NEWS: Maxtopian Ministry of Interior along with some members of the Maxtopian armed forces declares a coup d'etat. Claiming the president to be irresponsible, Maxtopian Minister of Interior Antonio Rodriguez declares that, Maxtopian president must resign, or he will be forced to by Maxtopian miliary forces.

(The story behind Orion Mines is this, Maxtopia is a nation with rich mineral sources, but not enough money to excavate. An Orionite mining company called Orion Mines came, and decided to excavate a mine with the approval of Maxtopian government in a place local Maxtopians considered to be sacred. Locals protested, but the CEO of Orion Mines refused to care, and excavated in despite of the local protest. Syndicate of Light quickly exploited this situation and sent operatives to assassinate leaders of the local community. With the assassination completed, they told the local community to never bother Orion Mines again, or they will share the same faith as to what the victims of assassinations did. This is a dramatic irony, because IC wise, Orionite government doesn't know the existence of the Syndicate of Light and they have no clue who conducted the assassination.)

As the Swedish military conduct their exercises in their waters, they prepare for the eventual war with Eclius or The Orion Isles. The 7 fleets are now conducting live fire tests for their turrets and aircraft. At the same time of that, land forces are now conducting an emergency attack drill, pressuring soldiers to ready for combat as quickly as possible. Elite forces ready for mobilization and ready to enact a no fly zone after the initial invasion force. Citizens are becoming a bit worried for the well being of the nation as Mitchell and the army are preparing for an attack that might not happen. They think that if you think they are gonna attack you and are harboring chemical weapons, then invade the country already.

Oslo, Norwegian Province

Protests have broken out over the concerns of the military mobilization and exercises. They believe that at this rate, we will all be killed. The protests seem to get a bit more violent as one of them turned into a riot in the downtown district. Currently the riot police units are called in to contain the situation from getting very bad. Just in case if the riot police are overwhelmed, the National Guard will be called in to break up the riot. Back in Stockholm, Mitchell is watching the situation unfold before his eyes. If the riots escalate into a civil war, he will order the invasion of Eclius before they stop the assault from happening. At the same time, he is ordering all SIA operations to be on high alert and question even your closest agents. SIA operations are now becoming more frequent in the Orion Isles and in Eclius as they will lower it to Defcon 2 if the riots escalate drastically.

A geeky looking Swedish student, returned to his residence after the mourning lecture. He turns on the computer, accesses a portal to dark webs, types a mysterious link, and a website, away from the lights, appears before him. The website has a dark blue background, and in the middle of the homepage, is a symbol of torch, below, it says "Syndicate of Light Central Communication Hub". He typed in a user name and password, and a message appears.

CNN BREAKING NEWS: Mass riot breaks out in Swedish Allied States in response to the Swedish government's aggression towards Eclius and Orion Islands. Riot police forces have been activated to suppress rioters.

An SIA agent, in his 30's, going through files of potential enemies of SAS. Suddenly, his phone vibrated. He opens the browser, then opens the portal to dark web. After a few minutes, he logged into the central communication hub, and there is a video.
"Agent SLA-49, the picture shown here is Dr. Ored Enquist, a political sciences professor from University of Stockholm, Swedish Allied States. He is known for advocating peace and harmony between members of the international community. Tomorrow at 10:00 a.m., he will be giving a speech about potential harms of aggression toward Orion Islands. This is the place where speech will take place, headquarter would like you to neutralize him. Afterwards, deliver the news to agent SLC-16. This message will self-delete in 15 seconds.

CNN BREAKING NEWS: Dr.Ored Enquist assassinated during his speech advocating peace and harmony. An anonymous whistle blower from Wiki Leaks claim that, Swedish Intelligence is behind the assassination, claiming Dr. Enquist to be "an obstacle" and a "traitor".

Downtown District

The riot seems to being going downhill as a few of the rioters now have guns. The situation seems to be going downhill from here As the riot police are being picked off, the National Guard now has to be called in to protect Democracy and stop the riot from turning into a bloodshed. As HH-60s and AH 72 Savage attack helicopters hover over the Downtown District, they are hoping that this will stop the riots and force them to put down their weapons. Unfortunately, it seems that the protests have worked them up too much. After the warning was issued, the rioters throwed any object they could find at the choppers. They were taking it like it was nothing but when one of the choppers got its pilot killed, that was when they had to defend themselves and so after seeing the groups on the ground and rooftops, they immediately opened fire with their Vulkan Chainguns and unleashed hell on any idiot stupid enough to fire a gun at them. After seeing what can happen to them, the crowd immediately dispersed and left the scene. As medical teams and police units arrive to access the situation, it seems the only ones dead are the ones that had firearms but there were a few accidental casualties. The news agencys immediately got hold of the story and started reporting on the situation live.

CNN: "This just in! It seems as though the riot in Oslo had taken a dark turn as riot police were overwhelmed and 2 dead and more of them wounded. Not only that, but they had to call in the Swedish National Guard to stop the situation from turning ugly. But however that did not stop the rioters from getting cocky as some of them brought firearms to the riot and started shooting at the choppers and even shot one down into the streets below and into a building. After seeing this, the AH 72 Savage helicopters unleashed minigun rounds into the groups that challenged the military's air vehicles. Oslo PD and medical teams are now treating anyone alive at the scene. But it seems we have another news story. It seems that Dr. Ored Enquist has been assassinated. The Swedish Government has denied the rumors that they killed the doctor themselves and instead blame Eclius possibly for the attack, seeing as how Mitchell was looking forward to seeing the speech. He would've actually apologized to the Orionite government but now it seems the world is out to get them. As such, if there are any more riots turning bad, the Defcon level will lower to 2 and when that happens, you bet we will land ashore on Eclius and maybe Orion Isles but Orion Isles are secondary.

(Story behind Syndicate of Light: Syndicate of Light (or SoL) is an organization formed in aim to destroy all governments, and establish something called "World State", a single nation composed of all the land masses on Earth ruled under one elected official. The organization is known for assassinations, arson, destruction of government property and many more crimes. The members of SoL have penetrated some nations at high levels. However, after the previous leader died, Marcellus Norbanus Tullius came to power as the leader of SoL. From the outside, he's the owner of the Tullius Investment Co. but on the inside, he's Caesar's personal foreign intelligence adviser. Having rose to power, he turned SoL as a weapon who serves Eclisian government indirectly (the members of SoL are not aware that they're serving Eclisian government). This is a dramatic irony, because IC-wise, none of the governments is aware of SoL )

Meanwhile at EDSI headquarters an OIA agent finds a piece of paper with the letters SoL.

CNN BREAKING NEWS: Explosion in Orion Stock Exchange, many injured. Homeland Security accuses Swedish Allied States for the attack. President Keevert has declared the state of emergency.

Meanwhile, in OSI headquarter. Agent Centaurus intercepted a message from Mediolanum

Our people wouldn't do this to the Orion Isles. Someone is obviously behind this. We keep getting blamed on when the only thing we do is just mobilize our military and stuff. Get the EDF on the line." At that point, the EDF commander, name is classified for security reasons, is now on the phone. EDF Commander: "Mitchell. I should've known. What do you need this time?" "Someone's gone and blown up the Orionite Stock Exchange. We need to ready to mobilize soon for Eclius and invade its borders if this situation gets out of hand." "Understood sir, ill make sure the order gets accomplished. And be careful, you never know who's watching." As he hanged up, Mitchell stares out his window to see more protests, this time across the city. It seems they don't want this to end.

Downtown Stockholm

As the crowd has once again come here, the riot police has arrived, this time with backup units armed with ARs loaded with lethal rounds. Once again, the National Guard is on standby except with a more harsher response. Along with the usual helicopters, they will also bring in tanks and some APC units. The crowd seems to be calmer this time until some responses came and one civilian assaulted a riot officer, then shit hit the fan. It seemed the crowd had all of a sudden brought guns into the crowd and one idiot shot at one of the officers. It was only the shield it hit, but then it devolved into another riot. Officers were being cut down by pistols and some ARs but were better prepared and had a SWAT team on standby. When they arrived on the scene, they were met with an RPG out of nowhere. This has the National Guard scrambling to get their HH-60s and AH 72 Attack Helicopters and tanks and APCs moving out fast. As the riot is causing widespread problems in the Downtown area, the helos are the ones to arrive on the scene and now started to search for anyone that has a gun n their hand. Now 2 RPGs were fired at the HH-60s and they went down into some buildings and on the street. Now the orders were to stop this at all costs. Tanks and APCs showed up and started firing at the gun wielding maniacs as the helos took care of anyone on the rooftops that was firing those rockets. By the end of the situation, it seemed like a bit of a warzone here as bodies were struck around the place. Now once again the news had gotten a hold of this. I swear, by the time this is over, we will become a center for controversy by the end of it.

CNN Breaking Report: This just in! Another situation has now popped up. Another protest has now turned into a bloodbath and a warzone in the Downtown area. From eyewitness reports, it seems as though a lot more people had brought guns to the protest and the National Guard had brought in tanks and APCs to take care of the situation. This is slowly starting to be a civil war in the country. We don't know who orchestrated the mass protest and riot here in Stockholm. We asked President Mitchell on what his thoughts were on the situation. " Well it seems someone is trying to fuck us over and I don't think this is normal. There is no way a bunch of guns can be given to an entire group of people without us picking up on this. I think if this keeps going, we will invade Mainland Europe and destroy Eclius. There will be no more games. This is now war here on the homefront." Well there you have it folks. It seems as though now we have a war on our homeland. Please stay in your homes for now. CNN BREAKING NEWS: riot in Swedish Allied States escalates as rioters began to attack riot police and military forces with Molotov Cocktail. According to Swedish Intelligence, the shipment of Molotov Cocktail came from a company in Orionville. Government of Swedish Allied States declares it to be a retributive attack from Orion Islands, in response to the recent explosion of Orion Stock Exchange.

The Next day William Haghs meets with the Ministry of Defense and agree to raise to DEFCON 4 and agree to put Military Police on the borders. More actions may be taken if the COE Conflict gets any worse.

Thaleus Shield had taken power as Emperor only a few days earlier in the short but bloody coup. The current state of affairs in the Empire was still a mess. Emperor Shield was sifting through a large pile of papers in his private quarters at the Imperial Palace. Suddenly, someone knocked frantically on the door, and opened it without waiting for a response. It was Cabot Snow, head of the Imperial Advisory Committee. With a worried look on his face, he handed Emperor Shield a thick leaflet of papers. Emperor Shield took it hesitantly. "What's this?"
"Imperial Air Force intelligence report. Reconnaissance patrols show the nations to our Northwest seem to be mobilizing."
"Against us?" the Emperor quietly asked, looking through the report. Snow shook his head. "We don't think so. But they're definitely getting ready for something." Emperor Shield leaned back in his chair relieved. "What nations are these?" Snow hesitated. "Eclius, Nova Capile, and the Orion Islands." The Emperor froze, dread filling him. Any one of those nations could defeat New Equestria on their own, with very little effort. Shield knew he would have to play it safe. "Alright, send diplomats to all three. I want the Third Fleet mobilized and stationed in the waters off the Orion Islands. Get a message to their leader, let them know this is not an aggressive maneuver. Keep the Second Fleet on Standby. For now I will retain direct control over the Third Fleet, and I want any and all messages concerning this matter to come directly to my desk. But let this be clear, it does not concern us, and I don't want to get too involved. We won't take sides in this conflict. Yet." Snow gave a slight bow, and left the office. The Emperor went back to work, distracted once more with the matter of rebuilding the damaged Empire. The next day, a plane lands in all three nations with a New Equestrian representative, who is accompanied by four Imperial Guards. In the Orion Islands, a message is forwarded to the President stating the presence of New Equestria's Third Fleet is not a hostile act. Admiral Burke's Third Fleet arrives in Orionite waters late at night, and begins patrolling within sight of land.
