OOC: Right, I've made some slight improvements to our forums capabilities. I would like it if existing forum users take a look at these.

Also, I intend to create a thread for the purpose of creating a new charter in a few days time, with the aim of revitalising this group. Any exising members that are interested should remember that and put forward any suggestions they have either now or during the event. In that, I intend to open up votes for the Commissioner positions that both run the the commisions and have seats in our new executive Council of Commissioners. It would be nice if those interested could inform me in advance, either on this thread or by TG.

Posting so that I do not appear to be ignoring you. Unfortunately, I do not remember my list of reforms. You seem to have successfully revived the alliance though, and I would like to ask that I be recognized as an observer. (In RP terms, you could say that the Grokoan Senate is due to vote on the matter later this month) If all holds up, I will be re-submitting my application this week. (If you will accept me)

OOC: Very good. However, as you may have noticed in our revival thread, I am still in the process of creating a new treaty document. Even though we aren't yet back in to IC existence, I am still willing to accept you as an observer, which you can consider done right now, and I also look forward to your reapplication. Also, I intend to abandon this thread for a new SP thread, one we have been properly started up again. So, any further posts should be directed to our revival thread, which will act as a interim thread for our activities.
