"It's Followed us, off the Truck, NOW!" an extremist yelled, stopping the large MRAP Troop Transport as it's bumper, lightly colliding with the Metal Gerdur placed at the edge of the parking lot.
"GET OFF THE TRUCKS YOU MORONS, NOW!" he yelled, grabbing his FN FAL Battle Rifle, dust was kicked off as the passenger, dressed in the same mercenary garb followed him. The other mercs quickly filed off the truck, 6 in total, they hurried to the door of the building.
The leader quickly stopped, grabbing his belt, he quickly pulled the key ring up and started to unlock the various locks. 'Come On, Come On!' he thought, stressed, sweating, the cold beats down his forehead, as the 5 others followed behind.
The one in the back scanned the horizon with his AK 74, as he looked around, he heard it. The Monstrous, strangely metallic growl, that sounded like it was uttered from all around them.
"IT'S HERE, THE VAMPYRIS, GET THE FUCKING DOOR OPEN YOU MORON!" He yelled, as the leader finally opened the large, rusted door. They all filed in, half pushing, they would've trampeled one another to get inside. However, just as the last man ran into the doorway, a Metallic Hook attatched to a cable stabbed deep into his thigh. Ripping into the tendon, the audible crack and crunch of bone, the tearing of ligaments. The Cable was then pulled, and he grabbed onto the doorway's top, before being pulled off, nails attempting to dig into the metal.
"CLOSE THE FUCKING DOOR!" The Leader yelled as two of them shut the door, pulling down the large reinforcement bar, they then did several of the locks, before backing away. Then, they heard it.
The Screaming, their comrade screamed, so loud it sounded like he was going to yell his throat box apart. And then the tearing, they could hear every muscle fiber tear, every piece of hard bone crack and crumble, and then, the sickening sound, of what can only be compared to a skull being cracked open. By Hand. And then, it cut out. They stood there, the room smelling of Sweat, Fear, Cold, and Piss. They aimed around, shotguns, rifles, tracing every, single shadow around the room.
And that's when one of them felt blood fall onto his face, first, just a drop. Then another, Then Another, And Another, and he looked up. "Ankir, shine your light" he whispered, as his friend took out his zippo lighter and sparked it up.
And that's when the torn apart Rib Cage, Mangled face skin, and spinal cord of their friend fell through the grate onto the two of them.
Panic struck them, the leader crumbled as he sprinted for the back room, followed by two others. As the two mercs screamed, looking, one one of their shoulders, a cracked limb hanging from the muscle tissue of their friend hung. As one of them broke down, pissing himself, and crying, a miserable wreck of what they called 'The Terror of Tescko', onto the floor, sobbing into the remains of his friend.
"CHRIST, DON'T LEAVE ME!" he said, sprinting after the 3 as they rushed to the darkness of the building. And then, the metal door shut, and the thing dropped down onto him. As the large 'CLANK' of the MEtal door sounded out, the crying merc looked up, as a man, no, not even close, a monster, a demon, pounced on his friend. What looked like wings cloaked hin, as it's sharp claws sunk into his friend's back, and he could only look in horror as it dug, carved, and slashed into him.
And that's when, after it had cut well past his spin, and ribs, into the floor, it stood up, and turned around.
"NO GOD, PLEASE NO, NOOO!-" The three men could only hear his scream of terror, as they ran, their supposed valiant leader had dropped his rifle long ago, and had resorted to sprinting into the darkness of the building.
"RUN, FUCKING RUN, WE'VE GOT TO MAKE IT TO THE BACK GARAG-" The man at the back yelled, just before, in the flash of a shadow, he was pulled into one of the cracked holes into the concrete walls, screaming in terror. The last two men ran, like cowards, as they were treated to the sounds of him being pummeled to death, every crunch, every splat, every popping nerve and organ, as they continued to run.
And then, Fate Granted them some Mercy, as they reached the back door.
"THERE IT IS, OPEN IT!" the back man yelled, as the leader almost fell on the doorknob, he turned around and aimed his shotgun into the darkness.
"COME ON, COME ON!" he yelled, and searching, he realized. He dropped his keys.
"No, NO! I DROPPED THEM!" he turned to his soldier, "You Dropped them?!" He turned around in Anger towards his former leader. "YOU FUCKING IDIOT, YOU DOOMED US, WE'RE GOING TO DIE BECAUSE OF YO-".
And that's when he was cut off, when, from the weak floor boards below, two armored hands reached up, grabbing him, and pulling him through the floor, cracking and creating a huge hole in them.
The LEader fell back against the door, muttering in fear, after the audible sound of death was heard, it crawled up. Standing up so fluidly, like some horrific monster, it looked at him.
"n-n-no, please...." he said, as it then grabbed his right shoulder, holding him against the door".
"N-N-N-No" he said, which turned into a horrified "PLEASE DON'T, NOOO!" as the creature drew back it's hand, revealing a large blade mounted on the top, the blood of all his friends drenching it.
And then he was silenced, as with the sound of a large crash, the blade stabbed through his bridge, right into the Metal door, denting it severely.
