Yotta, I may not be military staff, but you need to fix your railgun application. The maximum effective range for even theoretical railguns is set at 370 kilometers, with an impact energy of 64 MJ. Currently IRL we don't have capacitors or materials to build such a weapon, and though we're waiving that in the Canon, 2000+ km range railguns are out of the question.
2016 railguns are 160km range weapons with a 10 kg, 460mm round fired at Mach 7. Use that as a template. Another reference would be the Eldenian railguns I am currently drafting, which are 300km range, 460mm weapons.
