Maybe, but I personally think they'd have some way to do it. I once had a Mirali char that did the above but after that she couldn't fly. Anyone who RP'd The Academy of Heroes and Villains with me remembers Makayla. She only did that once though.

But sure, if our armies will come to blows, I'm curious as to how the Mirali will react to seeing real Dragons.

That depends on how strong they are versus each other. Regular troop ranks might break though, as the dragons that are native to Thessia are seen as the guardians to Volingarde, the realm of The Creator and all honored dead.

The Asari might not care too much but dragons aren't to be trifled with regardless. That, and I'm not sure how effective biotics would be against them.

Considering biotics is a fancy word for psionic powers, and Dragons are pretty big, I'm guessing not very.

Vektra's currently out on a trip and doesn't have consistent internet access, it's probably best to wait until he's home again, considering he's such a mayor player in upcoming events.

The Reich would have provided you with everything you need and more. Financial assistance, Production, Resources, Equipment. If it is manpower you were concerned about, we could have made your most disloyal subjects into die hard fanatics for the Ecumene. You simply wouldn't have been annihilated.
