History (how did the group form, what happened to the area originally): Before the nukes fell, many people went to the Los Angeles Metro due to its blast doors preventing radiations from entering. However, the stations found themselves under attacks from ghouls, forcing them to defend each other. Then one day, six stations, formed into a unified confederation/federation, now led by a Military Junta, to combat the threats of the ghouls. Thus, White Russia was born. Inspired by Metro 2033 and Last Light, they began to make weapons from scraps while also searching for prewar weapons. With a small but effective military (because its soldiers, who are fewer in numbers, are well equipped and trained), a fascist and militaristic government and a more efficient military command, White Russia begins to take the fight to the enemy. And also performing expeditions to the surface.

I haven't been translating any of the messages in foreign speak in the IC as I believe that my nation wouldn't be able to understand most if not all of it. Being that my population is made of Mongols, Jews, Tagalog Speakers, Cubans, Native Alaskan, Native Inuits, Muslim Refugees and Various other native groups it would be diffucult to translate the basic speech so I mixed up some stuff and made it a language. Also the military side and population size will double, triple, or quadrople within three days after hostile action is taken or after a period of twelve days. As my nation is being reformed from a settlement progressing to a nation.

It was old and I wasn't home for a couple days so I wrote that we went under a radioactive fog so we never recieved it.

Oh I'll just pull some stuff about having French speaking Africans. My original nation The Great Nation of Dan perivously did a humanitarian action and refugee work with the french speaking country of Moracco.

By the way how big are you interms of naval power? Considering my nation is over a hundred miles north of your territory naval power is going to have to be the main form of transport with the use of heavy aircraft being the primary form of aircombat.

Ghouls are pretty zombie like and can spread their rads so it isn't very far fetched. I already incorperated an Mirlurks attack so if you want I could pull something similar.

History (how did the group form, what happened to the area originally):the crew of the uss enterprise was mostly spared the nuclear holocaust but after 1 year at sea without a resupply and most of the ships going AWOL the admiral at the time decided to that the ship should head to pearl harbor which was mostly save for the fact that it was a museum by the time of the war. they soon too back pearl harbor from the raiders that were occupying the base. over the years the crew joined with local tribes and began the colony of Pearl Harbor.

Many people, including all the Princes, were unwilling to leave their bunkers, they decided to not exit even after the bombings were over due to fear and the fact that all infrastructure collapsed, lack of economic security and general fear. However due to the lack of things to do the vault of a brave Colonel Heinrich was abandon and he and a band of soldiers and civilians left it to create a new Confederacy.

History (how did the group form, what happened to the area originally): It was Moscow, and so it became clear that the city would be a primary target of nukes, so many nuke shelters were built, including the shelter where the state is currently on. And soon enough, nukes started flying around, and surely, Moscow was nuked, multiple times. Nearly all shelters were destroyed, except ours. We then left the shelter when the fallout was now livable in.

Name of Settlement: The Impirrenship of California
Location: San Francisco Bay Area and expanding into the Central Valley.
Population: 44,000
Flag: Current California flag, slightly edited. For example there is a set of blue and gold stripes at the bottom, and the red star has a San Francisco Phoenix around it.
Leader: Impirren Riley Soto.
Military Size: A trained militia of 1100 infantry and some vehicles. Only used to keep the peace in to help encourage neighbors to join the Impirrenship "For the Good of the Gold State".
History: Luckily California was hit harder by kinetic (non radioactive) weapons than it was nuclear ones. The damage was immense, but at least it was safe to walk around after the fired died down. Riley immediately got to work making his country. As an egotistical and smart person, someone who, while not a "prepper", had done research in case of this very situation, who was going to stop him? His little faction grew incredibly fast as more and more people wished for the security of the group. The Impirrenship had begun. For a decade he worked on attracting other survivors and settling them in certain regions for the best and most efficient extraction of resources. A small industrial complex was built in workshops and old factories, and soon his group was the dominant force in the Bay Area. Over the next decade Riley began to partly expand through diplomacy and partly through force. Soon the entirety of the Bay Area was his, and he had ships of settlers travel up the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers to colonize. And this is where we are. The dominant nation in California, but still impeded by the lack of infrastructure.
Territory: San Francisco Bay Area plus some of the Central Valley.
Religion: None really, but a cult is forming around the Impirren due to his leadership.
Form of Government: Bureaucratic Despotism.
