Their plans complete, the Cesopiumian forces within the Dacruzian Government of Tusia(DGoT) revealed a message to the members of the Coalition, the current Cesopiumian Ambassador, whose chose not to disclose his name stated this:

Dear Coalition members, we do not wish for war, we will hand over the prisoners along with the airplanes in exchange for inferior technology of your choosing as long as it is not destructive to us, which we will then treat as a reason to declare war upon a enemy.

The prisoners within the airport were treated well as guests of Cesopium, being well fed and given whatever beverage they wished to drink, the soldiers within the airport amounted to a platoon of standard soldiers.

The Nedewsilans are prepared to talk tech, after all, YHHBF Science Labs have recently weaponized lasers. Creating the tactical moon based space-laser known as the Yule-aser. The Nedewsilans would like to know what kind of tech we are talking about, we see no reason to use spies to figure it out out selves.

Nedewsilans Take in More Refugees
The Nedewsilans have shipped over come armored convoy vehicles to transport refugees trying to escape to inferior Brazilistan. The refugees are rounded up on the convoy vehicles and escorted by Challenger 2's to Port Pablo (on the coast near El Pablo city). They are then loaded onto Aircraft Carriers and taken to Nedewsila where they under go a security and background check and then are sent to the high security four star refugee community.

"Sir, we just learned that Dacruz is in civil war." Said the ISAF secretary of intelligence to Dimitri Slovak, Leader of The ISAF. "So? How does this help us? It does nothing for Usea." He replied. "Well sir, it seems that even though Dacruz is small, it can produce enough food to stop the famine in the Proctor Providence in Amber. Plus, it's a fairly new country, and we could benefit from it's economy by making it pay tribute to us after we help revitalize the country. There's just one problem... There's other countries already there. Got an idea of how we could... Peacefully get rid of them?" Explained and asked the secretary. "Well, you have gotten my attention. Prepare a task force fleet immediately. As for the 'others,' We shall ask them peacefully to withdraw their forces. Should they refuse, they'll face the might of Usea. If this country can rid the famine of Amber, we shall break our isolationist ideals this time to benefit Usea. And if we're gonna get what we need, we're only going to ask once for it. Understood?" Explained Slovak. "Yessir, a TF fleet will be dispatched. Orders to ask the countries to withdraw once will be relayed to the admiral." Replied the secretary. "Alright. Dismissed."

As soon as the order was given, a fleet of one Usea class carrier, two salvacion class battleships, one battlecruiser, and four mobius class cruisers set sail for Dacruz. The fleet also had four quasar long range heavy bombers following it closely. The admiral expected their arrival to be at midnight Usea central standard time. "Sir, where are we headed again?" asked the first mate aboard the carrier. "Dacruz, small nation in a civil war. Said to be able to farm enough food to rid the famine in one of Amber's provinces." Replied the Admiral. "Well... are we going to do this peacefully or.." "We have orders to ask all other occupation forces to withdraw once. After that we strike without warning." "If the orders say so..." Replied the first mate, eagerly tapping his foot. "Something wrong?" Asked the admiral. "No sir..." He replied. "All right, just checking..." The admiral raised an eyebrow, and turned to look out the window on the control tower of the carrier. "What a fine fleet... Can't wait to use it.. That's IF I get to use it.."

General Benjamin Drescher of the Cesopiumian 8th Army sat in his HQ aboard a Kirov-class battlecruiser within his small fleet, 32 miles off the coastline of Dacruz, containing 3 Alligator-class landing ships and 5 Grisha-class frigates. Accompanied by the fleet was at least 30 large Cargo Ships capable of holding up to 1,000 men aboard each one in cramped conditions and 20 smaller barges which were standard in the large expeditionary armies of the Cesopiumian. Now the only element of the 8th left, the 23rd(XXII) Corps began to notice a anomaly on their radars, the presence of a large fleet heading straight for Dacruz. General Drescher asked

"What do you think it is?"

"We don't know, sir.." The radar operator said.


"Send a patrol craft to speak with whoever is in charge of this behemoth"

"Yes, sir"

The radio operator handed off the order to one Captain Leopold Stein, accompanying him were two privates and a corporal who loaded themselves in a small-but fast patrol craft with a signal light attached, detaching from the large battle cruiser the craft sped off into the ocean to encounter the ISAF fleet in a effort to use some diplomacy to help better the Cesopiumian cause.

The Cesopiumian Ambassador received the mail from Captain BB of Nedewsila going on to issue this public statement to all nations involved in Dacruz

"We will take 100 units of weapons and military vehicles outdated by at least 20 years, for the 6 planes we have, you will give us 100 weapons and vehicles for one modern high tech plane, us taking obsolete weaponry and vehicles, this is all we ask for. The planes will be returned along with their crews and other airport personnel if this agreement is taken in regard of all the Coalition nations, in total we ask for this:

-600 Weapons(Outdated by 20 years)
-600 Military Vehicles(AFV,Tanks or Personnel Carriers as well outdated by 20 years)

IN return we will give you this.

-5 Arrows
-1 Hercules
-All airport operators and personnel
-All pilots.

As the fleet neared Dacruz, a blip on the radar/sonar of the carrier came up. "Sir we have an unidentified ship closing in on the fleet." Said the intelligence officer. "Is it a single ship?" Asked the Admiral. "Yessir, small too." Replied the officer. "Must be a emissary... Send out a commanche and a combat chinook. Have them stop the ship." Said the admiral. "Yessir."

Soon enough, a combat chinook and a commanche stealth chopper was sent out to stop the ship. As they neared it, they realized it was a small boat. "All right, time to put the spotlight and the mic on these guys." Said the CC pilot. The pilot flipped a switch, and the spotlight on the bottom of the chinook flooded the windows and exposed areas of the boat. "This is the Task Force fleet Theta. Identify your purpose for nearing our fleet or be destroyed." Was said through the built in loudpseaker. The CC hovered in front of the boat while the commanche hovered in the back.

Cpt.Stein heard the words from the Chinook loud and clear and took to the spotting light, conveying a message through the morse code, that by blinking the lights at different speeds he stated "We wish to speak with your leader." to help convey the message the corporal waved some naval flags requesting the same.

The boat bobbed up and down, seasickness finally reaching one of the privates as he leaned over to vomit, the boat still in the water, attempting to communicate with the Chinook.

The pilot of the chinook could read morse code, and understood what the boat wanted. "Uh sir... They want to speak with you." Said the pilot into his microphone on his helmet.

The pilot's voice echoed on the command deck. "Alright. Get their leader onto that chinook and get him on here." Said the admiral.

Soon enough, the pilot responded on the loudspeaker. "We will take your captain or whoever is in charge back to the ship. The others will remain here. No harm will come to the captain." The chinook then turned around, opened the back hatch, and let down a rope that the captain could hook up to.

The occupying forces of Cesopium are hard at work managing the peace of the province, the "Reconstructors" were constructing new prisoner of war camps and refugee outposts for refugees to do paperwork to leave the country for Cesopium, the "Missionaries" hard at work constructing wooden temples to dedicate to the lord, Absawgah along with tolerating all religious faiths of the country whatever they may be.

The Green Union finds itself caught between two powerful enemies and now must choose who first to engage.

"Cesopium we will continue (begin) to negotiate with, though we have lowered the threat setting now that we know our soldiers are safe and sound. The armed counterteorrorist force surrounding the captured airfield will stay in place until our personnel are released, and we vow to withdraw the vast majority of our forces if the following demands are met:

-Return all our captured personnel to us unharmed
-Place all five of our UF-105 Arrows in a segregated area of the airfield where we can see you are not tampering with them.

If you do this we agree that we will negotiate under your terms and in fact there is much political support for you in the Union's parliament.

ISAF-USEA we find more concerning. While they claim in their official national description that they "will not mess with you unless you mess with me" we find their provocative acts . . . provocative. We encourage ISAF to negotiate as a war with the coalition is likely to destroy Dacruz utterly and then nobody will bask in the riches of the land. We assure you that the coalition will fight tooth and nail against an invasion from ISAF as we are doing against rebels. Rather then cause any of us such an unfortunate situation, we recommend ISAF join the coalition so that when Dacruz is peaceful again all of us can *ahem* nudge them in the right direction in terms of trading partners. In the meantime, we realize ISAF-USEA's immediate need for food to stem a famine in their nation and therefore we recommend them to our trading partner of dumb potatoe land who we know to be swimming in their beloved potatoes and who would love someone to trade their potato products with for an extremely discounted price, much cheaper than the food products Dacruz may or may not yield after a long and expensive war."

Of course, just to be on the safe side our UF-105 Arrows are on standby should any heavy bombers or other aircraft break from the ISAF fleet and head for Dacruz. They're mach 3.5 interceptors so we have every bit of confidence they can stop an airborne attack.

OOC: One thing guys, everyone seems to be getting set for a massive war. Remember that this is about Dacruzian rebels fighting the government. I don't want to see this go off the rails like the Warltish civil war, but if you guys want a thread that has escalated into WWIII feel free to check it out.

[Cesopium]

The Cesopiumian forces garrisoned at the makeshift airport construct a metal fenced closed off area to contain the large aircraft, building a hangar out of wood and sheet metal they bought from local merchants, proceeding to roll the Arrows and Hercules inside to keep them safe from the elements, placing a lock on the chain-link fence as they stepped out of the barrier to prevent tampering.

Cesopiumian forces diligently watched the forces across the border amass, growing more and more worried on what may happen as they move into the province of Tusia, setting up some earthwork fortifications to defend themselves from any incursions that could happen at any moment thanks to the high tension between the two sides.

OOC:I'd be fine with it becoming a massive war, in consideration its though of like Vietnam or establishment of colonies in Africa where nations fought bloodthirsty battles with one another to claim land for resources. OOC:Nobody should know that I have a food shortage in my province yet. As I have only stated it in a conversation between two officials. So please, stop acting like you guys know my reason for being here. Also I'm here to stir the pot AND destroy stuff.

The chinook lifted the captain up, closed the hatch and headed for the carrier. "Mothership this is goose we are ready to land." Said the pilot. "Roger that goose, lighting up the runway." Soon enough, the 4,000ft long supercarrier lit up in the sea, illuminating the landing area. Once the chinook landed, the captain was taken to the command deck, where he met the admiral. "Ah, well. Isn't it the infamous boat captain." He said as he saw the captain.

The Nedewsilans are celebrating their one millionth refugee taken into the secret high security four star refugee community in Nedewsila.

Also, Nedewsila moves its forces to rebel controlled Santa Vraz and begin evacuating civilians who might be caught in a crossfire between forces. The Nedewsilan armor covers the retreat but does not fire into the city because they do not want to be responsible for any collateral damage on infrastructure.

The Nedewsilan Marines enter the city and capture 80% of the rebel population, the rest escape to the remote hamlet north of Santa Vraz. They will be hunted down another time as well as the rest of the rebels in Northern Dacruz. The captured rebels are taken with the refugees to a one star holding camp where they remain prisoner in acceptable conditions until the rebellion is crushed.

With this major victory the Nedewsilans have secured a extensive level of political power in Northern Decruz. But, nothing is official. There are rumors of Nedewsila trying to convince the government to become a colony of Nedewsila though.

Finnaly the Nedewsilans are doubling thier land forces in Decruz bringing it to:

OOC: You know with all our forces the rebels are basically doomed. Let's just capture and arrest them all and then decide what to do with 'em. Add some more politics in this RP. Also with the threat Usea attempting take over I think that ending the rebel struggle swiftly is a good idea.

"I have a preposition from my general, Benjamin Drescher of the 8th Army and the present leader of the Cesopiumian forces in these waters and land. We wish to make you a deal, as soon as this airport debacle is resolved of course. A proposal of sorts, we noticed you have quite the large naval force heading for Dacruz, where as we are the only naval power at the moment in the entire conflict, you would be the second. We would like to aide you in a push into Dacruz and partition the land into two parts owned by our two nations, north or south, east or west you can choose whatever you call it, deal is simple,you take the place you keep it.

We also propose this deal in order for only two nations to keep naval power over the country, thus preventing any sorts of pointless mundane actions the "Coalition" might just make in order to stop the division of the country, we can change the terms if you like depending upon any internal issues you may be having.

Approaching the military forces of the watchful Coalition was a long convoy of 18 military trucks each carrying around 12 passengers for a total of 216. The man driving the truck said that they were refugees who wished to relocate out of disdain for the new government in place since the Cesopiumian occupation. He also said they would like to relocate to the capital of the nation, Dacruz.

OOC: I apologize for my premature complete analysis of ISAF's situation, though I would normally cite the simple reasoning that we looked into their nation briefly and found they were having a famine, but I will let this slide for now. In that case count this as a visit from a Loyalist diplomat to your aircraft carrier to speak with whoever is in charge. We negotiate and later the PM gives that statement based on what we learn.

A reminder to Cesopium that you are not the only naval power in Dacruz. Look back further in the thread and you will see that there are Russian, NOW, and GRA ships (the last may only have flying aircraft carriers, I forget).

IC: We are pleased with Cesopium that our wishes regarding our aircraft are being complied with, but we refuse to negotiate further for their release or remove our assault force surrounding the airport until all our personnel are released.

Once our personnel are released we are prepared to enter bartering for our aircraft with the following proposal:

-We will pay tribute of 20 BMP-1s (we physically do not have enough vehicles in our country to pay the 100) for each of our aircraft as well as 20 Loyalist FN-FALs for each aircraft. (Loyalist firearms have modified magazines and breaches that can fire multiple sizes of ammunition)
-Cesopium must become a full member of the Coalition

As much as it pains us to do so, we search the convoy thoroughly and hold all persons in humane conditions until our personnel are released from the airport. Also it is worth stating that the capital city was destroyed some time ago. Going there these refugees would find nothing much left of the infrastructure or populace.

OOC: Kala Lumpur does not need to be put on the map as it is not a place. However, Dacruz city needs to be where it is as lots of cities are relative to it. I suggest we create a strait that runs from the sea inland that Dacruz city is set up at the end of. That way things like the Timurid trench make sense.

OOC Final Request: It would be appreciated if new nations joining this forum could familiarize themselves with the entire storyline. I have in this post needed to address multiple misunderstandings of the plot and therefore any more major misunderstandings will not be tolerated.

The Nedewsilan N-SOT commences a great purge of northern Dacruz to remove and arrest all rebels and relocate them to the one star rebel camp. The Nedewsilan Government recommends that all coalition members do the same.

In regards to the Dacruzian Civil War,

On behalf of President VIcent Harling and The Osean Federation, the government would like to commit it's cause in helping the Coalition Forces in response of the attacks inflicted against the government there. Therefore, a Carrier Strike Group, and three MEU Forces will be sent to the country in maintaining order under the WA Act of International Law. The threatening, 100 Nedewsilan Super Destroyers, has also called in it's greatest Asian Ally: The Federal Republic of Atarashi and the CSAT force in to sustaining order within the region. The current situation has been threatening Osean interests for sometime.

While most of the information about the mission is left classified, the lives between the crew and the Captain was not.

The Kestrel's bridge, is the magnificent eyes for the ship to make an initial action, and maintain the crew's morale as it takes combat actions. The RLAF thanks the Osean Federation for its assistance and partnership, welcoming it with open arms into the coalition. However, as soon as Osean aircraft take off our confidence in their allegiance melts. There have been no contacts placed inside the Osean forces as of yet and so their military action is independent of coalition actions. 7 UF-105 Arrows have been scrambled and will intercept Osean aircraft, escorting them to where they wish to go and ensuring there is no violence against coalition members.

OOC: It is worth mentioning if it was not made clear before that Nedewsila is a member of the coalition and their navy is operating in conjunction with coalition efforts. ISAF-USEA and Cesopium are the two main powers who are actively opposing coalition efforts. (Cesopium openly and ISAF has secret plans to that we don't know of yet)

The Atarashian Government has declared intervention coordinating under international WA Authority. The Eleventh Fleet will arrive on San Salvacion port to create a base of operations for all Coalition Forces. As the Eleventh Fleet stays in idle but operational formation within Dacruzian territory, F-37 Thunder Fighters will be taking in airspace patrols and an E-767 AWACS to provide overwatch and coordination with the Coalition Forces. The Atarashian Eleventh Fleet announced it's arrival to the coalition forces, participating on behalf of CSAT and under WA International Intervention Authority.

The Commander of the forces, Vice Shizuka Morita makes her first combat deployment since the Liberty War in America. The 28 year old makes her decision at the brightest solution, and one of the youngest highest ranking officers within the Navy and Force. Two squadrons of F-37s coordinate with the Coalition Forces, and will support in airstrikes should needed. Two Destroyers has already been placed on patrols, operating under international law. And protecting the law of freedom of navigation and maritime rights imposed by the World Assembly years ago.

As for Osea, the Atarashi Command Group has requested their forces to port their forces in Cruzada. Where the region there is left unstable. Osean forces have a long time training when it comes to their warfare. Atarashi will maintain radio contact with all coalition forces, and advise the local government and major powers to coordinate with Atarashi Command Group Three.
