Advance stopped by 'mystery tanks'?

When the encirclement was almost complete, the armored spear head was halted because of enemy anti-tank fire. It was later discovered that the anti-tank fired was from enemy armour which was immune to the fired from Union tanks. Aircraft have begun many ground attack missions to bomb out the opposition. Progress is very slow however it should not stop the encirclement.

Union wishes to hold talks with Mediterranean Union

With the instigation of the Greeks and the threats of the Italians, the Lord Commander has been forced to negotiate. Although there has been no official answer to the Ultimatum, the Lord Commander is willing to negotiate a stop to this international tension.

Thereby, the Union has invited delegates from all nations of the Mediterranean Union for talks.

Proposes neutral site meeting
Constantinople- Should the Bearian Union be serious about talks towards the Mediterranean union then the Byzantines would be eager to talk in Neutral territory. No formal suggestions on what terms either the Byzantines nor the Mediterranean union would want to offer. The Byzantine empire asks the Kingdom of Durham to host the talks and asks that the Kingdom Durham have a place in the talks as a spokesmen for the NSA. The inclusion of a NSA representative will help ease overall tensions as the North Sea will most likely be the naval battle field for the war.

Lord Commander approves Suggestion

The Lord Commander has made a public statement on the suggestion of the host country of Durham;

"It is in my interests to ensure that there is peace and prosperity in Yurope and the world itself, I hope that the Mediterranean Union has the same interests as I do and hopefully the North Sea Alliance also. I originally thought that Copenhagen would be a great site for negotiations to take place however the Kingdom of Durham is an equally good location. The inclusion of the North Sea Alliance into these talks is also appreciated. Me and my administration have high hopes that these talks will succeed in stopping future tensions from arising.

Following this statement, the Navy has been given orders to drop Naval Order 342 (5km zone buffer between Byzantium ships and Union Blockade) and instead be more passive and use direct communication. Warning shots may be fired if Byzantine ships fail to respond.

Diplomatic Communication between Byzantium and the Bearian Union may be reestablished in the near future.

Amphibious Invasion of Tribe

The 1. Marine Div has successfully made an amphibious invasion on the Baltic coast of N.B.T.F. [Northern Bearian Tribal Federation]. With the support from the escort carrier Lyska, 2 battleships, 4 cruisers and several landing crafts and other small vessels, they managed to advance 5 kilometers inland and took the 3 towns of Luask, Irt and Pliast. There was some resistance however light Armour such as the TK-70 and the TK-12 helped drastically in pushing back the small amount of troops guarding the towns.

The 9th Infantry division is to be unloaded soon to reinforce the 1st Marine Division. Supply drops have been made to help support the infantry.

Carr Agrees to Host Bearian-Byzantine Talks

"The Prime Minister has agreed to host talks between the Bearian
Union and Byzantine Empire in the hopes of reaching a settlement to
restore Baltic trade through the North Sea."

The Prime Minister issued a statement through the Foreign Office today stating that Durham is willing and prepared to host talks between the Bearian Union and Byzantine Empire in the hopes that a diplomatic settlement will go some way towards restoring Baltic trade through the North Sea; thus restoring the key trade routes with the east. In the statement the Prime Minister made clear that though his government has a vested interest in seeing peace restored, they have no intention of being anything more than a prosperity minded neutral mediator between the two parties. Carr's government had previously backed the Byzantine embargo on the Bearian Union, out of solidarity with its trading partner in the east, and in the hopes of directing further trade to North Sea Alliance nations from Byzantium; however this new development shows a clear and bold new strategy - hoping to place the North Sea a major trading hub for the Mediterranean Union and Bearia alike.

The talks themselves will be held within Durham Cathedral, which aside from serving as the central place of worship in the Kingdom, is also the ceremonial centre of the government and monarchy. Ever sine 1762 when the titles of Lord-Bishop of Durham and King were combined the monarch has held court in the Cathedral, and since the Glorious Reformation of 1863 it has also been a central location for diplomatic talks and government functions for the democratically elected government. Though the structure has since been eclipsed as the centre of executive power by the Castle and Bishop's Palace in which the Offices of State are contained it remains a central and iconic symbol of Durham's history, and its power.

Following the surrender of Mercia to Pitmatic troops last week the government has today announced that beginning in the next financial year the new Southern Counties, as the newly acquired Mercian territories are being called (traditionally the English Midlands), are to see huge investment in infrastructure and in agriculture. The Mercian Commonwealth was woefully undeveloped by comparison with Durham, and as a result it was ultimately unable to stand up against a modern military with a powerful and highly developed economic machine behind it. However a weakness which was once a boon to the Kingdom is now becoming a considerable millstone around the neck of any economic development or recovery in the south; after a series of impassioned speeches by the Liberal Coalition of Border MPs, a powerful political group within the Liberal Party, the government has bowed to calls for a huge reconstruction effort.

Though most of the cities of Mercia were left only slightly damaged by the fighting, the cities of Hull and Manchester were both devastated as locations of some of the heaviest fighting and most continual bombardment by both sides; the result of this devastation being that many thousands of people are left homeless and in need of good housing before the onset of the next winter. In addition the key commercial and industrial assets of these cities were left in ruins, making unemployment a significant issue, especially now that many refugees who fled south away from the fighting are starting to return home. The Chancellor of the Exchequer Mr Clement Atlee pledged to dedicate a full 35% of next year's budget to the reconstruction of the south.

Massive Celebrations In Durham City

"Durham City erupted into celebration today as the troops of the 1st, 2nd,
3rd, 4th, and 5th Tank Divisions along with other units which had
supported them throughout the war, marched proudly through the city
before being formally demobilised in a ceremony on Palace Green."

More than 200,000 people turned out to welcome home the brave soldiers of Durham who fought against Mercia and the celebrate the official end of the war as Prime Minister Carr signed the Surrender Treaty that his Field Marshals had previously had signed by the Lord-Protector of Mercia in Nottingham. The celebrations centred around a military parade up to Palace Green by those units who had seen the most fierce fighting and subsequently had been awarded the highest honours. The brave young men marched in full dress uniform, resplendent in their black, red, and white and then presented themselves before the King and Prime Minister on Palace Green where the Sovereign issued the final dispatches of the war and personally awarded the Bede Cross, the highest military honour available, to the five young men who had won it through their actions in the field. After much pomp and ceremony the demobilisation was concluded with a twelve gun salute and a flyby from units of the RAF Fighter Command.

Immediately after the troops had cleared the Green in parade formation the Service of Remembrance began; as Elgar's Nimrod was played by the band of the 2nd Durham Light Infantry the names of every man who died in service to their Kingdom was read out by the King; more than 40,000 names in all. These names have been engraved upon the based of a statue which has been erected in front of Durham Cathedral, alongside the location of their death, their ranks however are not recorded for, in the King's own words; "Let the divide of rank in life and service, be no divide upon the honour of those who rose, fought, and fell for this most glorious nation. Let only their names live on to speak for their actions and their sacrifice." The families of fallen have been granted the option to have their fallen heroes interred in a new mausoleum to the Heroes of the Mercian War which is to be constructed in Durham City, instead of in their local cemeteries.

As the ceremony ended, the strains of Gustav Holst's Thaxted as performed by the Combined Services Veteran's Band could be heard; the band is an assembly of retired military veterans from all three branches of the armed forces and is mostly comprised of those from working class backgrounds who lacked a good pension up which to retire. All of the members present were dressed in the 18th century infantry uniform of Durham, known as the Black Coat.

1st Human division of the Northern Tribes surrenders

On the Petrograd Front, the armored and mechanized divisions completed their encirclement of the 3rd Tribal Army. Infantry have moved in to contain the pocket and prevent any and all breakouts. The Armored Divisions have been given Orders to advance past the pre-war border into the Northern Bearian Tribal Federation and start Spearheading into enemy territory whilst infantry followup.

The Northern Front has just started seeing action as the 1st Light Infantry division and the 5th Ski-troop division started their offensive to reach the white sea. 3 Infantry divisions and 1 motorized Division stand in reserve.

News from the Front informs us that the 'Mystery' tank that hampered the Union's advance a few weeks back has been Identified as the Puma Anti-Tank Gun from Byzantium. These claims have been collected from men on the front lines who have encountered and engaged the few such units the enemy has in their possession but also from the very few that were captured. The Union wouldn't be surprised if other Byzantine weapons are encountered.

Today, after a three month long relentless bombard and assault by rebel forces, in some areas of Feodosia outnumbering the brave Jews five to one, General Massaneh Khan has driven away the rebel forces. The siege of Feodosia started three months ago, just as defences were being built and supplies were being stored in Feodosia for the harsh winter ahead, with a massive surprise rebel bombardment with artillery. Various city blocks were demolished with the power of their artillery, but only a few Khazarian soldiers died, mostly due to the reinforcements and repairing of the buildings and area that was done mere weeks before the assault. For the several days that followed, rebel tanks attempted to surround the city several times but were fought off with minimal casualties. A sporadic pattern of artillery and land assaults followed, keeping the defenders restless whilst the rebels attacked various supply chains in the hopes of stealing supplies but with little success, causing the Crimean rebel troops to become famished and weak. The last assault took place at 5 a.m as rebel artillery once again fired on Khazarian troops with little success, and then a massive land and tank assault followed, with many of the rebel infantry shot with machine guns in close quarter fighting and tanks dispatched with the use of grenades shoved down their barrels as they were turning corners. After the rebel forces pulled back at 1 p.m, realising they didn't have enough men to continue the siege, a Khazarian tank and mechanised infantry assault caught the rebels by surprise as they recuperated just outside the city, who shattered and routed various enemy battalions, many of which have surrendered and others fled to the cities of Cherson and Stevastopol. The final count of the casualties of the enemy, including five thousand men that have surrendered is 13,720 men, 301 tanks and 21 planes. The Khazarian forces however have lost only 3,193 men, 51 tanks, and only one plane. The dead will be named shortly in the next few issues. This is a major victory for Khazaria, and it wouldn't be surprising to see the total surrender of the rebel 'state' of Jewish Crimea shortly. The finest men from the battle, including Hezekiah Bulanid-Radymi, a very very distant relation to the Khagan, sharing only maternal ancestry, Georgian nationals and Jewish converts Grigol Razmadze and Korneli Amiranashvili, Samandar locals Ilias Saltzmann, Danell Har-Zahav, Vosdanig Atchabahian, Farrukhzad Abrahaam and Atil dweller Massaneh Gushtasb, will all be presented the highest standard of medal, the David Star, from the Khagan Moses X ben Obadiah Bulanid himself.

In other news, the Khagan wishes to take part in the diplomatic talks between the Bearian State and the Byzantine Empire, as it is within the Byzantine sphere of influence and so needs to be represented as such. In the case of more hostilities however, the Khagan is likely to side with the Bearian State, despite the anti-semitism shown by the people there, due to it being a recognised conflict between two states of the same origin, like the current war with Jewish Crimea. Despite this, not much action will be taken against the Byzantine Empire, it being Khazaria's chief trading partner and ally, also easily able to blockade all Khazarian ships out of the Black Sea, severely impacting trade, though trade with the Zoroastrian Persia is starting to grow.

Urges that every Mediterranean Union member has a chance for representative
Constantinople- The Byzantine Empire will head to Durham if all members of the Mediterranean Union members are allowed to send a representative to the treaty signing. As the Bearian Union wishes better trade with the Mediterranean Union as a whole it would be only in it's best interests to have multiple ambassadors from each member state to discuses a trade treaty or forming a NAP with the nation. At the very least the Saratogian republic should be invited as they are also a member of the Central Yurope alliance.Another Member the Channel Commonwealth should have another seat being a member of both the Central Yurope and North Sea member. The move would make sure that no possible problems could arise should loose ends not be tied up.

Constantinople-The Byzantine Emperor and Empress have officially announced that they are expecting their first child and what would be the heir to the Empire. Earlier this year the Byzantine Emperor John IX Palaiologos married Anat ben Moses sister to the current Kahante head. If it's a male Heir then the child has a possibility to also claim the Kanahte through his mothers relations as the oldest living sister to the current Kahn. The child regardless will become the new Emperor in the future as first child of the Emperor and Empress.

The government today confirmed that, as part of its pledge to find a peaceful solution to the rising tensions between Byzantium and Bearia it will welcome the representatives of any nation invited by one of the principle attendees, Byzantium and Bearia, so long as all members of the North Sea Alliance be able to attend also. It is hoped that by opening the doors to all the nations of Yurope involved in this matter that a broader trading network can be created for the greater prosperity of all those involved.

Byzantine Ambassador heads to Durham
Constantinople-The Byzantine Empire's ambassador to the meeting in Durham has left Byzantine territory and is headed to Durham for the proposed meeting of peace in Durham.At the very least the meeting could be a building block for closer works between the North Sea alliance and the Mediterranean union should the Beariean Union no show. The purpose of the meeting is to try and build a lasting peace around Yurope and to help maximize trade among all nations in Yurope. By inviting nations from the Central Union and NSA this could lead to talks about creating a stable and friendly report between the two military alliances.The Byzantine representative is one of the first ambassadors expected to reach the Kingdom of Durham.

Prince John Courting Princess Mary of Scotland

"A Flag design for the future United Kingdom of Durham and Scotland."

The Bishop's Palace; home of the King and his offices, today announced the formal courtship between Prince John, the King's eldest son, and Princess Mary of Scotland, the only child of the ailing Scottish king, James VIII. The crowns of Durham and Scotland have ever been closely linked through ties of friendship, starting witht he marriage which ended the Scottish-Pitmatic War in 1668; however the present House of Lambton which reigns in Durham has never had direct marriage ties to an heir to the Scottish throne as will son be the case. Prince John is 19 and the courtship with Princess Mary, 21 is to begin as soon as her formal arrival in Durham is concluded next week. The Palace has yet to release details of how long the courtship will last, and has also yet to confirm when marriage will follow.

Unlike is Scotland where the Crown is responsible for royal matches in Durham any marriage of a direct heir to the throne must be approved by the government of the day; in a statement released shortly after the notice of courtship the Prime Minister confirmed that his government have approved the match and wish the Prince and Princess every happiness in their new relationship. Today, the Khazarian diplomat Çiçec Ashina has set out for the conference between the Byzantine and Bearian peoples in Durham. The reason for this is the fact that Khazaria is middle ground, figuratively and literally between the two countries, making it hard if a war were to happen to decide to side with. Khazaria is vulnerable in that sense, but with some hope, Çiçec Ashina can help solve tensions between the two nations.

Surrendered Crimeans outside Stevastopol

Today, the rebel government of the state of Jewish Crimea has surrendered, issuing all their men to surrender after the city of Stevastopol was taken with a tank assault, which fired upon and then sweeped through the city which in the rebel's hastiness to flee, was unprotected. Rebels tried burning down the city to implement scorched earth tactics, but fortunately there was no strong wind and the fire barely burnt beyond a few houses in the western neighborhoods.
The captured generals and members of the rebel government in the state of Crimea who are now awaiting trial for treason and defecting from the Khazarian State for personal gain are Majors Hayyim Abuladze and Kâmil Babaoglu, the main administration of the rebel state; First Sergeant Davi Ussishkin, for siding and revealing military secrets on the locations of bases in Crimea to the rebels during the Plague of 1929, Sergeant Majors Teimuraz Shevardnadze, and Kedem Saglik, who together with Abrahaam Bilgi-Saylan orchestrated the Siege of Feodosia. Abrahaam Bilgi-Saylan however has been forgiven as he was fired after the first assault failed and then sided with Khazaria and revealed the location of the enemy encampments and field head of command to Khazaria, allowing them to attack and wipe out a significant portion of recruiting armies. He has now settled down with his family in Itil. General Ramazi Mdivani and the so called 'elected President-for-life' Amos Eliyyahu have also surrendered and both of them will most likely recieve life sentences. As the Crimean War ends, an investigation is being run into how the rebel state governed and if they did win in the war against Khazaria, how would they govern the Crimea; a very startling thought.
Also, new evidence is being uncovered, found in seized documents in the Governor's residence in Stevastopol, of Armenian funding to the Jewish Crimean rebels. This will surely lower relations with Armenia to their lowest since the Khazarian invasion of Georgia. Hopefully such a war will not repeat itself.

In other news, brand new television sets are being distributed among families that had members fight in the war against Khazaria, as a reward for their hard service. Electricity delivery will be paid for by the government to ensure there are no problems. For families that had members die on the steppes of Crimea, funding compensation will be issued along with the television sets, to make sure widows and their families do not fall into poverty. The Khagan has also issued a campaign to try and motivate female workers into the workforce, so Khazaria could produce more and enjoy greater satisfaction among the female population, as in previous generations, females were only housewives or labourers. This policy is seeking to change that, being part of a new Civil Rights And Happiness program which will raise the standard of living greatly.

As Florence already has an ambassador in Durham, it will be that ambassador who will represent Florence in the peace talks. Speaking to a joint session of Congress, Doge Francesco Mozzi confirmed that the Christmas Day Ultimatum issued to the Bearian Union had been suspended indefinitely, until the Durham Peace Talks had been concluded.

Delegate Arrives

Today, the Bearian Delegate arrived in Durham to participate in the Bearian-Byzantine talks. The first thing the Bearian delegate said was that he didn't appreciate how the supposedly simple talks escalated into something very out of subject.

"These talks are to address the tension caused by the Bearian conflict with the Northern Bearian Tribal Federation. Not to make trade agreements and bring alliances 'closer together'. If these talks fail to fix the international disaster caused by Byzantine intervention, the Bearian Union will host its own damn talks."

The Delegate (whom is the Lord Commander's Second cousin) is named Lyz Stroski. Originally planned to arrive weeks earlier and be the first delegate to arrive, the most severe snow storm in recorded history has hit the Bearian Union; hindering any travel for weeks.

Constantinople- The recent expansion of the Byzantine Empire has been due to the recent deaths of ruling leaders and having no heirs to rule the countries. The Byzantine Empire had bought the territories in the past by giving the territorial rulers money for the rights to regain the territory should the family not have any future heirs. The peaceful expansion has grown the territory of the Empire without the need to use it's military and shows a direct and peaceful expansion of the Byzantine Empire. The expansion further strengthen the grip of the Empire of the eastern Mediterranean trade routes.

Durham- The Byzantine Ambassador has reached the meeting site of the Byzantine-bearian talks and the site of the global meeting of nations. The talks are expected to cover a variety of topics one being the lifting of the embargo on Byzantine goods.

Caspar walked into his study and quickly closed the door to find some semblance of peace and quiet. After a deep breath that seemed to last forever, the newly elected Chancellor of Hamburg-Lubeck turned around and forced a smile.

"Don't look so happy my dear friend," the Vice-Chancellor said before sipping his drink. "Here. I've poured you one as well."

The two men met in middle of the room, clinked their glasses and drank their schnaps. Caspar looked towards the balcony as the sounds of fireworks erupted from the harbor.

"This changes things, Hermann. I'm not exactly sure how they did it but it happened. In overwhelming numbers."

"What's done is done, Cas...my Chancellor. Things will change... for the better... for all of us."

Cheers erupted from outside the room as magnificent colors of white and blue came shimmering down from the skies. The two walked towards the bay window to admire the reflections upon the harbor's waters.

"We need to call Wolfgang and Alex, have them meet us at the Kontor at first light. We've got friends to make. And enemies to keep at bay."

Faint hints of the sun's ray peaked through the horizon as Wolfgang Schauble, the Minister of Defense, quickly hopped up the steps of the Kontor, with members of his attache in tow. The team walked into a quiet building with most of its offices barren and dark.

"It's good to see you old friend, or should I now say, Minister of Foreign Affairs."

Standing in the main foyer was a tall slender man in his mid 40s. Alex couldn't help but smile as he heard those words, stroking the coarse black beard on his face. "That does have a nice ring to it, yes? Congratulations is in order for us both, Defense Minister Dobrindt."

The two embrace as the security officer turned the on main walkway lights. Ending the celebratory nature of their conversation, the two walked past the guard and into the heart of the building.

“Our Chancellor has concerns about the large turnouts in the minor villages,” Alex said.

“We knew that would come into play, but I’m surprised at the high turnout in the southern region… Hanover, Celle, Ultzen… even Emden in the west.”

“Suprising? Astonished is more like it, Wolfgang. I don’t know exactly what you did to persuade them, but it will likely come out in the papers soon enough.”

The two turned a corner, stopped and stood at grand door. The Minister of Defense reluctantly smiled and said, “The papers will write what we let them write, Alex. I need to make sure the people are ready, willing and able to defend the Fatherland - and those polls confirm the people of the South are willing to do just that.”

As the door opened, Wolfgang pointed his finger and poked it into the chest of the Foreign Affairs Minister. “Just make sure they’re not doing it alone.”

NEWS FROM THE FRONT!

After days of intense fighting, the soldiers of the 3rd Mechanized Guards Div, 4th Infantry Div and 1st Armor Div captured the only major baltic port the Northern Tribes have. Recycling Program

With the War in full effect, the National Assembly has approved Bill-W54. The effects of this Bill will create a national Recycling system which will have citizens separate their metals, garbage and compostable materials into different bins for the Garbage collection Service.This will allow for metals to be reused instead of wasted, food scraps to be turned into fertile soil and also lower prices on a number of consumer goods. 5 main recycling centers will be built in the 5 biggest cities in the country and several smaller centers will be constructed in more rural areas.

Byzantines release 16 MM footage of Massacre
Constantinople- Byzantine observers with the Northern tribes have showed the alleged "massacre" by the Northern Tribes. The footage shows the Bearian union solders shooting the people who surrender to the Beariean union. The move and the evidence of such a low number of solders of the Northern tribes surrendering to the Beariean union shows that it is the Beariean union who is responsible for the massacres in the north. With military observers with most of the northern tribes military action and taping everything. With the increase of the blockade and the militaristic views of the Bearian Union it's not unlikely that they will try a total war aspect against the northern tribes. With the news harder to get then from what the Beariean Union decides to say happened and no video evidence to back there claims. The Beariean Union has even shown to not want to work with the international community by no wanting to deal with the greater world and open itself to outside trade. The Byzantines on the other hand are willing to work with the international community to discuses the matter diplomatically.At most the Byzantine Empire has sent a small token defense force to protect it's ships with the weapons the northern tribes bought before the war. The small amount of ships were left as a early warning against a potential invasion of Copenhagen by the Union forces who were running a gigantic war game before the invasion was planned. “Good morning, Ministers,” the Chancellor cautiously said from his desk. The fresh smell of pine danced through the air almost as if the door opened into the forest.

“We’ve already received congratulatory letters from Copenhagen, Berlin, Bonn… I want ambassadors briefed and their bags on a plane before the week is over.”

The decision to send ambassadors was an easy one. Wanting them briefed and packed in a week was a decision he made, and that made him feel proud. The happiness beamed from his face as the Chancellor was frozen in amazement from that decision.

Alex and Wolfgang looked at each other and nodded.

The Foreign Minister quickly replied, “Yes. I’ll see to it all our ambassadors are briefed in the proper protocol and message, Chancellor. Might I suggest, Mister Abelin for Copenhagen? He has friends in the Danish region already sympathetic to our cause. We look for an infrastructure connection to our roads and rail system up North... Arri Bahn of Hamburg should get the contract. ”

Caspar chewed on the suggestion. He looked up at Alex and then Wolfgang, who nodded in agreement.

“Abelin is a good choice, Alexander. Phone him today and tell Lynn to start the paperwork.”

“We also need to review our plans for the North Sea Alliance,” the Defense Minister blurted out.

The Chancellor nodded in approval as he shuffled through a stack of papers on his desk. “You’ll lead those talks with Hermann, right?”

Wolfgang through his hands up and feigned surrender.

“Of course! Chancellor, part of the Alliance agreement requires an inventory of Defensive measures. There are members of the Bundestag that will publicly voice their frustration or even embarrassment at the publication of our meager military strength. We need to deflect that frustration towards our predecessors' lack of military prowess.”

The Foreign Minister chimed in, “We must show support for not just infrastructural superiority but also military superiority.”

The Chancellor stood up from his desk, turned and looked out into the harbor. “I guess now we have not only the resources but also the votes.”

The Ministers smiled and agreed, “Yes... we have resources and the votes.”

“Alex, get Copenhagen on our side. They have the nazi bears and the socialist threat to deal with. We can leverage that to join the Alliance and advance the plan while keeping a closer eye on our ‘friends to the north. Wolfgang, get us a census and a list of what we need from whom.’

Bearian Union calls sham

Lycos- The Byzantines have proven nothing in their tape. The poor quality and the bad weather conditions make it very difficult to to pin point any Bearian Troops. On the other hand, in the said tapes, the soldiers committing the crime are wearing Northern Tribal Military Uniforms, using Byzantine weapons and waving the Northern Bearian Tribal Federation's flag.

All NT troops that surrender to the Union are treated with respect and dignity. They are fed and put in heated POW camps where they enjoy the freedom to exercise and socialize. There have been no POW shootings since the beginning of the conflict.

Meanwhile, the Union also asks that NEUTRAL Observers that don't SUPPORT a side in the conflict be placed instead of the Biased false information the Byzntines have been spitting out to discredit the Union.
