TO: President Boris Yeltsin, The Russian Federation
Premier Li Peng, The People's Republic of China
Emperor Titus Septimius Novellius, the Byzantine Empire
Encryption: MAX-6The Kingdom of Italy graciously accepts the proposition for a military alliance between our great nations. We hope this can allow us to prosper. Italy's economy is in a terrible state currently, and a trade partnership between our nations will boost all of our economies and allow our citizens to live in a state of luxury.
Our real worry, is the war with Yemen. Venezuela is a powerful nation, and they are getting involved. Thankfully the Byzantines are assisting us, and I can trust them to help us, but what I want to know is, can I trust you to help us? If we take Yemen and their territories, we would have a large supply of oil and natural resources by establishing puppet states. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
Regards, Duce Fabio Cassera, the Kingdom of Italy

Venezuelan calls for the war in the Middle East to cease or threatens involvement [b] Since the beginning of the war in the Middle East, Venezuela has been acting to protect both parties from fighting eachother. However, with the invasion Yemen now in full swing, and disregarding Russia's warning, Venezuela threatens the Brytanziums and Italians with immediate invasion if the war isn't stopped, and will not hesitate to invade Yemen if they do not give the UAE immediate independence - acting as a third party. The airfield 'Scorpion' in Lebanon has yet to be located by any other nations have than Lebanon and Venezuela, so no one could suspect an attack from it into Syria and southern Turkey. "It is here, the population has voted in favour of an attack on the aggressors in this war - however we will not declare outright and blindly into a fight we don't know. We will give one week's time for moves to be made for the Bryzantiums and Italians to leave Yemen, and Yemen to free the UAE and pay a sum of 630,000,000,000.00 VEF to Venezuela (Bolivars - worth about 100 billion dollars) for our military expenditures and us having the willingness to have people forgive them. We, the people of Venezuela - Little Venice - will not hesitate action according to the votes to get involved in the Middle Eastern war, and with no northern oppressors, we can fight with our full military potential. This day - also marks the anniversary of Gran Colombia, I'd like to add, and the beginning of our great nation's successes against the Spanish. However, it has also been brought to light of France invading Spain with the intention to massacre, and as a nation which formerly was a colony of Spain, we forgive the Spanish, and we will stand by them against French invasion. The French have maintained a foothold in the world for too long now - they are responsible for starving Indochinese, enslaved Africans, many of the world's problems are caused by them. They have one week also to withdraw from Spain and pay FULL compensation for their damages - and pay the Spanish GDP per capita for each Spanish life they take. The world is going insane, fellow Venezuelans. I know something is going on. I feel like the people in the east are all... conversing with each other, planning with each other. This war on Yemen seems to be a land grab, of all things, and that's just one indicator, though Yemen was a viable victim of such an attack, they did not deserve to have three nations declaring war upon them and mobilizing their entire armies to fight. Thus, we will try and form common union with our northern cousin [b]Mexico, and help them with crime and corruption problems - to introduce a true regime of peace, and love." - Martinez Fidel. |

The Congo is rich in resources, but still lacks in proficient oil supply. On the other hand, Venezuela is rich in oil yet lacks natural resources. I'm sure you already understand where I wish to go with this, but nonetheless.
I offer Venezuela a free trade agreement with the Congo. We trade money or resources for our needed oil supply. You trade money or oil for our resources.
To: Congo Government
Hello, government of the Congo. I only just received your letter about trade, and I'd be happy to initiate it, seeing as our metal reserves have been dwindling over the years due to our lovely policies on protecting the environment. We are in no need for your money - just resources. We will happily pay or supply you with oil though, seeing as you are an African state with very little oil and a large military, and a supposedly large metro area.

Neuchatel was a hotspot for socialist activity, but the Special Armed Forces had the area fully under control. Martial Law meant no one was allowed out after 9:30 PM except from the emergency services, the Italian Swiss Police and Royal Italian Military.
The town square was empty, there was maybe 800 people in the entire town central, thanks to the martial law. The military checkpoints in the city were set up strategically and to be well armed. There was 6 soldiers, two policemen, 2 Custom Military SUVs and in the Town Central, a Mobile Armed Command Centre (MACC). These checkpoints usually have prisoners held, waiting for transport, to be searched, or to be executed. Today, 19 prisoners were lined up, begging for their lives. Suspected of being members of the Swiss Liberation Army (SLA), they were going to be executed. Governor of Switzerland and General of the SAF, Marco Arduino was present for the executions.
"Four will arrive in an hour from Cernier sir."
"That's fine, execute these lot."
The policeman nodded, and motioned at the soldiers, who brought out Beretta 13IR handguns, shooting them in quick succession. One of them was kept alive, and tied up, handcuffed and thrown in the boot of one of the vehicles.
"Mr. Arduino, he'll be hung from the mount at the town hall tomorrow at 1 PM."
"Thank you Celia. Have a good night."

The Duce had handed control of Rome over to Assistant Commander Emilia Viazzera, the highest ranking female in the Italian Army. All Cassera had told her to do was manage the city, and make sure all threats are eliminated.

The Venezuelan Military is at the advantage of being mobilized at a much earlier date - several anti-submarine helicopters being sunk by the submarines themselves due to the submarines being armed with four AA-2B* water-resiliant armoured flak cannons, which promptly deal with many Bryzantium helicopters - though sustaining heavy damage to the hull forcing them to stay surfaced as a normal ship and retreat through Sinai - specifically the submarines at Cyprus had to enact this.
The Venezuelan airfield in Kuwait has several shipments of TDBPE2* 'Lopez' main battle tanks destined for it, same going for the base in the tip of Morocco. Essentially - all trade from outside the Mediterranean was cut off from the Bryzantines, for Yemen or Venezuela had control over the only ways out - the Red Sea and Gibraltar.
"Today marks the beginning of a perilous, unpredictable war against those imperialist Bryzantines. They are held responsible for injuring or killing many naval officers and sailors, and thousands of years of pure greed and imperialism. We will show them the young can be strong. We are going to secure the Red Sea and Gibraltar - which we already have - quickly end the Italian regime and then focus on the Bryzantines. We can hit their homeland - they cannot hit ours.
Talks are being enacted with the French considering the invasion of Spain in Lago de Ciudad Maracaibo, as the atrocities in Europe need to be governed by a government who has a strong will and is not a bunch of corrupt imbeciles. Yes - many of you know this is a single party state - but, look how far we have come? This system works!" - Martinez Fidel.

From the many airfields in Syria, the Kuwait airfield is mercilessly bombed by dozens of Byzantine bombers, with most planes containing Napalm bombs and White Phosphorus weapons. The Emperor announces that we shall not stop until the Venezuelan menace is dealt with. The Yemeni assault is found to be successful as the Airborne Legion lands in the UAE taking minimal casualties. With the submarines having to surface, they are attacked by the Byzantine Navy, fighter-bombers mercilessly strafing them while destroyers and other ships pound them from afar.

Proclamation of the Government of the Russian Federation To: Venezuela The blocking of the Gibraltar Strait, as well as the Red Sea are a detrimental act of war, not only against the Byzantines and Italy, but also against the entirety of Southern Europe which depends on these sea routes for effective trade. By cutting off and blockading these sea routes, Venezuela is committing an act of war against the Commonwealth of Independent Nations, as well as disregarding the Russian warning to not get involved in the affairs of Europe. Nation's like Ukraine, Russia, and Georgia heavily depend on the Mediterranean for shipping, and that entire sea is now nothing more than a pond full of dangerous warfare. Cease the blockading of Gibraltar and the Red Sea and cease naval combat in the Mediterranean IMMEDIATELY. This is a final warning, or the Russian Federation will be forced to intervene. [align=center] To: President Boris Yeltsin of the Russian Federation I believe we have not discussed matters in the best ways, mister Yeltsin. But, it seems no one is standing for Yemen. Venezuela is attempting to act as a third party, so the Middle East and Europe can be put back into order before this becomes too huge a problem. You see - mister Yeltsin, Yemen has no one backing them up, yet those who war them do. I say here, we are NOT siding with Yemen. We even threatened punishment AND a fee for our services if they did not make the UAE a free state. Mister Yeltsin - I simply believe that no proper action has been taken. The Venezuelan ships have been letting certain trade ships pass, and we will let all of them pass from here and now so no collateral damage is dealt to Ukraine or Romania - we don't want to bitter relations in Europe any further. But Yemen needs someone there for them. We're here to set things straight. Not to set up puppet states, not to project our influence, not to test our new toys. We're here for the greater good. Yeltsin - here, I believe is where our views differ. You see Italy and Bryzantium as people who are bringing a regime of peace and love - yet us down here do not think the same. To us, it seems that this is a bit... Off. There's no logical reason why Yemen would launch such puny 'insurgencies' in Italy and Bryzantium only to have them crushed in a day. Us Venezuelans know what a drug war is. Go read some 1930s news articles, we were near breaking point 50 years ago, we only ended that war against the Bolivarian Cartels in the 80s. An interior war cannot be beaten so easily. Especially if funded from outside. Yeltsin, all I wish for is that the nations of Italy, Bryzantium and Yemen stop - and follow these Venezuelan commands: -Cease all conflict, withdraw armies from opposing territory. -Yemen must allow the UAE to become free. -Yemen must pay 360 billion Bolivars ($30 billion USD) for our services. -Italy must give minority parties a say in politics. -The idea of an alliance between Bryzantium and Italy must be thwarted. -Italy must pay 360 billion Bolivars ($30 billion USD) for the deaths of the political minority and public executions. They need to wake up from their fantasy and stop murdering their own people! These are very simple, achievable demands we believe. Europe is in bad shape, and no one is doing anything about it. And we need to stop the awakening of an empire stretching across Arabia, don't we? Saudi Arabia would be the next target of the Bryzatiums, for sure. I hope for trade to re-resume between our nations, as the banning of it was a true overreaction by us to you legalizing Two-Man relationships, and although it hasn't each of us at all in terms of economy - it has hurt our once great relationship as ideological friends. -President Martinez Fidel |

Venezuelan citizens ask for the Congolese to resume trade. We want to have a relation in Africa, and Russia is very far away from you - your plan is totally preposterous and incapable of succeeding long-term. It is not our fault that Venezuela is at war - the Bryzantiums and Italians are on Yemen, we must stop them from gobbling Yemen up - but we must punish Yemen also. Can you see the difficulty we are in? Also how are you going to drive your nice government cars, or protect yourself from enemy armour when your guns aren't well-oiled and your tanks don't run?
