In some TVs internationally...

*News, more crap, blah blah...* "We are interrupting your TV currently intentionally. We are the group Anonymous. We are spreading the truth. Yemen is innocent in the claims of the bombings on Italy. Our networks currently have leaked information. This is about the falsification of the Italian claims. The truth is, the Italians have faked this bombing and have killed their own officials that were directly involved in the faked bombing, so they could blame Yemen, which is currently in a bad light due to the annexation of the UAE." The Anonymous official on the TV. This was said in multiple languages.

A Spanish bomber (actually ours) flew over some of our troops and injured some in an attack.
This is too much! Our solders have been givin the order to charge acrost the boarder aided by planes. Our main tactic is getting into their cities and destroying key locations (power stations, bridges, etc.), realesing gas attacks, and poisoning water supply.our goal is to kill so many civilians they are forced to be annexed.

First Major Commonwealth of Independent States Conference in Kiev

Leaders and delegates from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, and Georgia have convened in Kiev to have the first meeting of the CIS with all the current members present. Discussions have lasted days, and much has been accomplished. The delegates are still working out many details and many other treaties and provisions, however some agreements have been released to the public.

1). The Commonwealth of Independent States will be a close coalition of former Soviet states that support one another in all economic and military situations. It is the obligation of all members to support one another in the scenario that one is attacked. An attack on one state of the CIS is an attack in them all.

2). The CIS will practice regulated free trade among themselves, allowing for business and trade to flow more fluently. The government's of all members are obligated to respect one another's economic systems and practice trade that adheres to one another's laws, however still promoting economic prosperity and growth.

In addition to these two very important provisions, the General Secretary of the CIS has been elected. Anatoly Kastyantin, the Ukrainian delegate to the CIS, has been elected by the Commonwealth to be General Secretary and leader of the alliance. The Russian government has taken on responsibility of managing the Commonwealth's joint defense, and the Georgian government has been elected to handle trade and economic regulation.

The Kingdom of Italy graciously accepts the proposition for a military alliance between our great nations. We hope this can allow us to prosper. Italy's economy is in a terrible state currently, and a trade partnership between our nations will boost all of our economies and allow our citizens to live in a state of luxury.

Our real worry, is the war with Yemen. Venezuela is a powerful nation, and they are getting involved. Thankfully the Byzantines are assisting us, and I can trust them to help us, but what I want to know is, can I trust you to help us? If we take Yemen and their territories, we would have a large supply of oil and natural resources by establishing puppet states. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Venezuelan calls for the war in the Middle East to cease or threatens involvement [b]

Since the beginning of the war in the Middle East, Venezuela has been acting to protect both parties from fighting eachother. However, with the invasion Yemen now in full swing, and disregarding Russia's warning, Venezuela threatens the Brytanziums and Italians with immediate invasion if the war isn't stopped, and will not hesitate to invade Yemen if they do not give the UAE immediate independence - acting as a third party. The airfield 'Scorpion' in Lebanon has yet to be located by any other nations have than Lebanon and Venezuela, so no one could suspect an attack from it into Syria and southern Turkey.

"It is here, the population has voted in favour of an attack on the aggressors in this war - however we will not declare outright and blindly into a fight we don't know. We will give one week's time for moves to be made for the Bryzantiums and Italians to leave Yemen, and Yemen to free the UAE and pay a sum of 630,000,000,000.00 VEF to Venezuela (Bolivars - worth about 100 billion dollars) for our military expenditures and us having the willingness to have people forgive them. We, the people of Venezuela - Little Venice - will not hesitate action according to the votes to get involved in the Middle Eastern war, and with no northern oppressors, we can fight with our full military potential.

This day - also marks the anniversary of Gran Colombia, I'd like to add, and the beginning of our great nation's successes against the Spanish. However, it has also been brought to light of France invading Spain with the intention to massacre, and as a nation which formerly was a colony of Spain, we forgive the Spanish, and we will stand by them against French invasion. The French have maintained a foothold in the world for too long now - they are responsible for starving Indochinese, enslaved Africans, many of the world's problems are caused by them. They have one week also to withdraw from Spain and pay FULL compensation for their damages - and pay the Spanish GDP per capita for each Spanish life they take.

The world is going insane, fellow Venezuelans. I know something is going on. I feel like the people in the east are all... conversing with each other, planning with each other. This war on Yemen seems to be a land grab, of all things, and that's just one indicator, though Yemen was a viable victim of such an attack, they did not deserve to have three nations declaring war upon them and mobilizing their entire armies to fight. Thus, we will try and form common union with our northern cousin [b]Mexico
, and help them with crime and corruption problems - to introduce a true regime of peace, and love." - Martinez Fidel.

The Congo is rich in resources, but still lacks in proficient oil supply. On the other hand, Venezuela is rich in oil yet lacks natural resources. I'm sure you already understand where I wish to go with this, but nonetheless.
I offer Venezuela a free trade agreement with the Congo. We trade money or resources for our needed oil supply. You trade money or oil for our resources.

To: Congo Government

Hello, government of the Congo. I only just received your letter about trade, and I'd be happy to initiate it, seeing as our metal reserves have been dwindling over the years due to our lovely policies on protecting the environment. We are in no need for your money - just resources. We will happily pay or supply you with oil though, seeing as you are an African state with very little oil and a large military, and a supposedly large metro area.

Neuchatel, Switzerland, Italy

Neuchatel was a hotspot for socialist activity, but the Special Armed Forces had the area fully under control. Martial Law meant no one was allowed out after 9:30 PM except from the emergency services, the Italian Swiss Police and Royal Italian Military.

The town square was empty, there was maybe 800 people in the entire town central, thanks to the martial law. The military checkpoints in the city were set up strategically and to be well armed. There was 6 soldiers, two policemen, 2 Custom Military SUVs and in the Town Central, a Mobile Armed Command Centre (MACC). These checkpoints usually have prisoners held, waiting for transport, to be searched, or to be executed. Today, 19 prisoners were lined up, begging for their lives. Suspected of being members of the Swiss Liberation Army (SLA), they were going to be executed. Governor of Switzerland and General of the SAF, Marco Arduino was present for the executions.

"Four will arrive in an hour from Cernier sir."
"That's fine, execute these lot."

The policeman nodded, and motioned at the soldiers, who brought out Beretta 13IR handguns, shooting them in quick succession. One of them was kept alive, and tied up, handcuffed and thrown in the boot of one of the vehicles.

"Mr. Arduino, he'll be hung from the mount at the town hall tomorrow at 1 PM."
"Thank you Celia. Have a good night."

Rome, Italy

The Duce had handed control of Rome over to Assistant Commander Emilia Viazzera, the highest ranking female in the Italian Army. All Cassera had told her to do was manage the city, and make sure all threats are eliminated.

The people of Venezuela are in uproar about the public deaths and executions. They'd had enough of Italian oppression to the people who wanted change. Switzerland would be destined to be a free state if it weren't for the Italian martial law. But now, Venezuela was truly ticked off. The fleet around Cyprus has encircled Sicily, and recon helicopter runs confirm the locations of known Italian bases, specifically air bases and bases away from major cities.

Without a declaration of war, Venezuela fires it's first shots - artillery pounds Italian airfields in Sicily and Sardinia, making them useless whilst the navy around Gibraltar has set up base in the northern tip of Morocco and has Italy firmly held from attacking Venezuela via the Atlantic.

The war on Italy has begun.

The Venezuelan Motor Rifles - undoubtedly the most well-trained and vicious infantry force overall in the entire world due to it's involvement in stopping trade triangles between the now non-existent Bolivarian Cartels and knowledge of the most difficult theatres - their homeland - land in Corsica with a force 3,000 strong, a small fraction of the entire Venezuelan Military - but it was all that was available. Quickly they have secured a beach with few casualties and are trying to converse with the locals on directions to the local administration offices in Corsica, while a minority disguising as Italian citizens to blend in - trading Bolivars for fine suits, some of them.

Rumour has it that Venezuela has also fortified the Panama Canal, the entire Pacific Coast and Venezuelan Gulf in anticipation of a Russian or Chinese attack - though no one is truly sure of it. Venezuelan BsDMT-089 submarines lurk in the Mediterranean, especially around Cyprus and the Venezuelan patch of land in Kuwait (changed from Lebanon because I found out it was owned by Bryzantium) to discourage Bryzantium attacks - holding them in their corner of the sea.

"Citizens and commoners of Venezuela - I have made my promise. As I speak, three-thousand soldiers from the Motor Rifles have landed in Corsica and are beginning the hunt for the Italian leader. It will be an easy war - if it were not for the fact Italy has many regional allies such as Russia and Bryzantium, but due to public opinion, war it will be against those who execute their own people! War it will be against those who unethically enforce martial law! We will liberate Italy!!" - Martinez Fidel, beloved President of Venezuela.

HDA-W1Z helicopters are stationed in 'Scoripion' Airfield in Kuwait, in the case of the need for air support, which is very likely. No country knows of the airfield 'Scorpion', and likely never will.

With the attack on Italy by the Venezuelans, Neptune Submarines launch an attack on the enemy fleet from their positions in the Western Mediterranean and from Rhodes, the Imperial Airforce launches an attack on the Venezuelan fleet. The Emperor heads to Moscow to call the Byzantine Allies to arms, The HMS Julius Caesar launches anti submarines helicopters and starts performing anti submarine tactics after finding unknown submarines via the many IIA Sonar stations and listening posts around the Mediterranean Sea. The 4th Airborne Legion launches a bombing campaign and airborne landings in Yemen, while the Balkan troops launch an attack on Yemeni infrastructure. The Emperor has declared war on Venezuela and starts to persuade it's allies to join them. The Imperial Fleet heads to Sicily while trying to combat the Venezuelan subs. Due to the announced coordination by the Emperor, The 1st Balkan Armoured Legion sets off from their positions in "Albania", they are due to arrive by plane in a few days. In a sudden attack, 2 Balkan Legions launch a sudden attack on Montenegro and Kosovo and quickly eliminate their security forces and absorb it. Roman Military Police are established there to eliminate any unrest and the IIA censor all outgoing media, meaning little people hear about it, apart from those in the Eastern Roman Empire.

The city of Lago de Ciudad Maracaibo, is quite modern, and is literally 'little venice'. It is a fairly new city, about a hundred years old, and has many floating structures, skyscrapers which drill oil and has the bridge from Maracaibo, General Rafael Urdaneta Bridge, have an intersection down to it. It's a stunning city, and truly defines the word 'Venezuela'. The Represenatives of France are lead from Maracaibo international airport via government sedans which donned the national flag on their roof, across General Rafael Urdaneta Bridge to the intersection, taking a right into the city, before promptly being escorted onto the pavement to walk about 3 miles to reach the meeting place. It wasn't the capital, this city, but it was fairly secure due to it's position inside the Venezuelan Gulf.

The Represenatives of France are then lead to the local administration building, where the nationall party - the Venezuelan National People's Party is. They are then escorted to some seats which seem a bit smaller than the VNPP's in both altitude and the size of the chair legs.
"Are you the French representatives?" Asks a moustached, averagely built man wearing a suit and the national banner slung around his shoulder, around his back and across his torso to the shoulder again - like every other VNPP.

The Venezuelan Military is at the advantage of being mobilized at a much earlier date - several anti-submarine helicopters being sunk by the submarines themselves due to the submarines being armed with four AA-2B* water-resiliant armoured flak cannons, which promptly deal with many Bryzantium helicopters - though sustaining heavy damage to the hull forcing them to stay surfaced as a normal ship and retreat through Sinai - specifically the submarines at Cyprus had to enact this.

The Venezuelan airfield in Kuwait has several shipments of TDBPE2* 'Lopez' main battle tanks destined for it, same going for the base in the tip of Morocco. Essentially - all trade from outside the Mediterranean was cut off from the Bryzantines, for Yemen or Venezuela had control over the only ways out - the Red Sea and Gibraltar.

"Today marks the beginning of a perilous, unpredictable war against those imperialist Bryzantines. They are held responsible for injuring or killing many naval officers and sailors, and thousands of years of pure greed and imperialism. We will show them the young can be strong. We are going to secure the Red Sea and Gibraltar - which we already have - quickly end the Italian regime and then focus on the Bryzantines. We can hit their homeland - they cannot hit ours.

Talks are being enacted with the French considering the invasion of Spain in Lago de Ciudad Maracaibo, as the atrocities in Europe need to be governed by a government who has a strong will and is not a bunch of corrupt imbeciles. The Emperor announces that we shall not stop until the Venezuelan menace is dealt with. The Yemeni assault is found to be successful as the Airborne Legion lands in the UAE taking minimal casualties. With the submarines having to surface, they are attacked by the Byzantine Navy, fighter-bombers mercilessly strafing them while destroyers and other ships pound them from afar.

From the many airfields in Syria, the Kuwait airfield is mercilessly bombed by dozens of Byzantine bombers, with most planes containing Napalm bombs and White Phosphorus weapons.

Ignored. I specifically mentioned in many posts that the base is unknown. Also you taking MINIMAL casualties is a true godmod. Give us some respect, if you have such a huge military you WILL have people DYING HORRIBLY due to 'brother battalions' in place - and that means people dying to single explosions in infantry assaults, mass demoralization when ONE person dies, and overall a much harder to maintain military which will stay low in overall technology due to having to distribute to everyone who is a soldier! Venezuela on the other hand kicks ass with it's comparatively small military - but can even out a war of attrition quite easily with the abundance of oil and trade with the Congo. Also pay Yemen some respect too. They should have battle-hardened soldiers by now, and that means they WILL kill a few people at the very least!

Also you think I have no AA defences is totally preposterous, nor us being completely unprepared and not expecting assault when it's only a short hour's flight from Syria to Kuwait!

Meetings in Spain are not going as planned but still well. We stayed the only way to stop the invasion is to be annexed.

Our representatives have said that Spanish aggression (actually is on ourselfs) was going too far and our top advisors predicted a Spanish invasion soon so they could kick out our government and potentially create a puppet state. (These are all lies but that is unknown)

Proclamation of the Government of the Russian Federation

To: Venezuela

The blocking of the Gibraltar Strait, as well as the Red Sea are a detrimental act of war, not only against the Byzantines and Italy, but also against the entirety of Southern Europe which depends on these sea routes for effective trade. By cutting off and blockading these sea routes, Venezuela is committing an act of war against the Commonwealth of Independent Nations, as well as disregarding the Russian warning to not get involved in the affairs of Europe. Nation's like Ukraine, Russia, and Georgia heavily depend on the Mediterranean for shipping, and that entire sea is now nothing more than a pond full of dangerous warfare. Cease the blockading of Gibraltar and the Red Sea and cease naval combat in the Mediterranean IMMEDIATELY. This is a final warning, or the Russian Federation will be forced to intervene.

Regards,
-President Boris Yeltsin, Russian Federation

Moscow, meeting with the Emperor of the Byzantine Empire

President Yeltsin happily welcomes the Emperor to the Kremlin, where the two will share a long conference regarding how to handle the current situation with Venezuela. Yeltsin, speaking to the Byzantine Emperor, brings up the following conversation:

"I firmly agree, that Venezuela's intervention in European-Middle Eastern affairs is inappropriate and unacceptable. We've warned them, and as the statement I released earlier entails, I have more than enough reason to ask the Senate for a declaration of war, and see it pass. Now, our alliance, which includes China and Italy, has not been finalized, and is still in the works. However, that does not mean that the two of us, plus Italy, cannot go ahead and form our own alliance to take control of the situation and kick the Venezuelan's out of Europe. If you request Russian intervention now, right here, and the Venezuelans do not obey our demand, then I will submit a declaration of war to the Senate as soon as the opportunity arises."

The VNPP and crowd of viewers chatter among themselves. "Unacceptable." Says the local lead of the VNPP - Manuel Solano. "You cannot just invade Spain without any true proof. Oh, sure they bombed you. Is there proof? Not any true, hard evidence. For all we know you just got a plane, painted it in their colours and crashed it and blamed it on them." He continues. "Now - I speak for mister Fidel, and with this script I have here..." He quickly unfolds a crumbled up piece of paper. "You owe us, and Spain, about 700 billion Bolivars each for damages and fees for the atrocities committed in Spain and our efforts as a neutral party leaning on Spain's behalf. I don't know what currency you use, Francos? Franks? I don't know, 700 billion Bolivars is about 110 billion US Dollars." He puts the script away. "You will withdraw from Spain, make graves for the dead, apologize, and pay the fee, or Venezuela will be forced to intervene, it says..."

Congo to sanction/slow trade with warring nations.

Today, the Congo has declared an end to trade with warring nations. Already, trade has ceased with Venezuela, Yemen, Italy, and France. The first was going to be a big oil supplier, but Congo can still get a supply from elsewhere such as the Russians. The last two were big purchasers of Congolese natural resources, and Yemen was irrelevant, so this will not do too much damage or he congolese economy.

I believe we have not discussed matters in the best ways, mister Yeltsin. But, it seems no one is standing for Yemen. Venezuela is attempting to act as a third party, so the Middle East and Europe can be put back into order before this becomes too huge a problem. You see - mister Yeltsin, Yemen has no one backing them up, yet those who war them do. I say here, we are NOT siding with Yemen. We even threatened punishment AND a fee for our services if they did not make the UAE a free state.

Mister Yeltsin - I simply believe that no proper action has been taken. The Venezuelan ships have been letting certain trade ships pass, and we will let all of them pass from here and now so no collateral damage is dealt to Ukraine or Romania - we don't want to bitter relations in Europe any further. But Yemen needs someone there for them. We're here to set things straight. Not to set up puppet states, not to project our influence, not to test our new toys. We're here for the greater good. Yeltsin - here, I believe is where our views differ.

You see Italy and Bryzantium as people who are bringing a regime of peace and love - yet us down here do not think the same. To us, it seems that this is a bit... Off. There's no logical reason why Yemen would launch such puny 'insurgencies' in Italy and Bryzantium only to have them crushed in a day. Us Venezuelans know what a drug war is. Go read some 1930s news articles, we were near breaking point 50 years ago, we only ended that war against the Bolivarian Cartels in the 80s. An interior war cannot be beaten so easily. Especially if funded from outside.

Yeltsin, all I wish for is that the nations of Italy, Bryzantium and Yemen stop - and follow these Venezuelan commands:

-Cease all conflict, withdraw armies from opposing territory.
-Yemen must allow the UAE to become free.
-Yemen must pay 360 billion Bolivars ($30 billion USD) for our services.
-Italy must give minority parties a say in politics.
-The idea of an alliance between Bryzantium and Italy must be thwarted.
-Italy must pay 360 billion Bolivars ($30 billion USD) for the deaths of the political minority and public executions. They need to wake up from their fantasy and stop murdering their own people!

These are very simple, achievable demands we believe. Europe is in bad shape, and no one is doing anything about it. And we need to stop the awakening of an empire stretching across Arabia, don't we? Saudi Arabia would be the next target of the Bryzatiums, for sure. I hope for trade to re-resume between our nations, as the banning of it was a true overreaction by us to you legalizing Two-Man relationships, and although it hasn't each of us at all in terms of economy - it has hurt our once great relationship as ideological friends.

-President Martinez Fidel

Venezuelan citizens ask for the Congolese to resume trade. We want to have a relation in Africa, and Russia is very far away from you - your plan is totally preposterous and incapable of succeeding long-term. It is not our fault that Venezuela is at war - the Bryzantiums and Italians are on Yemen, we must stop them from gobbling Yemen up - but we must punish Yemen also. Can you see the difficulty we are in? Also how are you going to drive your nice government cars, or protect yourself from enemy armour when your guns aren't well-oiled and your tanks don't run?

Please - just please.

You did nothing when the Yemenis falsified claims about the UAE bombing them, solely to fire up their war machines and invade and annex the UAE. Now they're preparing to invade Somalia. When will it end?
Also, as I've said before, we have oil from Angola. We just thought trade its more nations could be prosperous. As well, we have trade with Nigeria, Algeria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other middle eastern nations. We will be fine, though thanks for the concern.
