The Tripartite Republics of Rome wrote:I just realized something that I should've remembered. In Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Khan explained to Chekov and Terrell how Ceti Alpha V went from a lush Earth-like world to a desert. Ceti Alpha VI had exploded, if I'm not mistaken. The resulting shockwave would've shifted the orbit of Ceti Alpha V and caused all kinds of havoc, of course I could be wrong as I don't watch as much Star Trek as others on here do. Perhaps, instead of a supernova, one of the planets in the system could play the same part as Ceti Alpha VI exploding and sending the rocky world out of its home star-system.
Would this be a more plausible situation to happen? If so, I can ret-con my first post and make the necessary changes.
Your right about that info about Ceti Alpha V. Ceti Alpha VI did the same thing as result of the Genesis device which just only accelerated the changes.
