Jamal yelled:
كنت مهبل سخيف. رحمه الله على روحك، وأنت الكحولية حشية. سوف المقاومة النوبية تدمير الغزاة. الحمد لله رب العالمين
"'Blessed was I on the day I was born, and blessed shall I be on the day I die and on the day I was raised to life again.' Such was Jesus, the son of Mary. That is the whole truth, about which they still dispute: it does not befit the majesty of God that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! For he is far above that: when He decrees something, He says only, 'Be!' and it is."

Yakolev merely observed the situation unfolding in front of him; "For once, I agree with Marcus. This is an international meeting, a peace conference. If you can't act appropriately enough to conduct the meeting in a civil manner, then you have no business attending a meeting in the first place. It would be a shame if these talks were to fail because a few people couldn't keep their anger in check." His voice was monotonous and indifferent; the guards stepped in front of him instinctively, although they could do little if the situation escalated. They only had stun guns (forget about them being unarmed, I lied, I gotta protect my delegate) to defend themselves. Yakolev had begun to contemplate leaving; he had better things to do than watch grown-up men childishly bicker and fight amongst themselves. Surely the Premier would understand his situation, and given the volatileness of the situation the delegate didn't know why he had not left yet.

Tony was watching the event unfold in front of him with horror. Not wanting to be blamed for having somebody killed on the deck of his ship he took out a phone and ordered some guards to come up with tranquilizer guns.

The guards arrived on the deck and Tony stood up and turned to Frederik

"Frederik!" Toy yelled with anger. "Your not taking Jamal with you! If you try to do it my guards will be forced to put you, Jamal and your guards all to sleep and then you will be escorted to your cruiser while Jamal will remain here until further notice! Now make the right choice!"

Fontaine greeted the other delegates, including Marcus. "I'm glad you could make here! We are going to have to discuss what we are going to do about the Chernarussians, they are growing more and more burdensome and antsy for another war. We are going to have to start shipping more weapons into your nation for a defense in case of an invasion."

"Tony, its great to see you too! And yeah that seems reasonable, in fact I'll send a hover bike to everyone here! Well, except our enemies of course..."

Fontaine observed the situation that was beginning and rolled his eyes. Here we go again. He thought. He started to laugh at the absurdity of the situation and took a seat next to the Yakreshna'h admiral. "It took longer for a fight to occur than usual." He said to the admiral.

Marcus spoke to Fontaine, "Well, I'd say this fight took off quicker than usual, in the last fight, at least we got to eat our dinners first before things escalated."

He chuckled a little, and then put on a more serious tone, "Jokes aside, fights will turn out fatal sooner or later, we should really stop escalating situations every time we meet up, it would seem that the leaders are more trigger-happy than their fellow soldiers if this keeps happening every time."

Tony watched as Frederik and the others left. He turned to Jamal on the floor. "Let me give you a hand." He helped Jamal to his chair and called a doctor to help patch him up.

"Well before this goes any father I need a drink. I will have be having some Rye and Whiskey, does anybody want anything to drink or eat?"

He motioned to the guards to watch out for any more sign of trouble.

Marcus sat at the chair, wondering when the peace conference will start, he has a slight urge on his face, due to the fact that high tension among the military for both Chernarus and ArmaSimplex will remain, if not escalate, should the Delian War go on.

"Da.. Now that most of the mess is over with.. I would like to extend my apologies to you for the rash movement on my part, Mr. Jamal. But I dare say that my actions were justified, since you had your gun pulled out. Either way, let's make that water under the bridge, and we start the peace conference now, da?" said Marcus, with a very monotonic but in a serious tone, not giving any signs or emotions, although giving out the aura of urge, and seriousness.

He turned to Tony and chuckled(while still maintaining the serious tone), "Ahem, no thank you, Mr. Tony, I do not think alcohol will do me good in the middle of the sea.. Haha!"

Jamal rubbed his head and thanked Tony.

"Ah, yes Marcus, because I had my pistol pulled out to defend my president, that makes me more of a threat than the man tackling the president with a knife, who also had his troops pull machine guns on us. My one pistol was clearly more of a threat than the machine guns." He laughed. "Marcus, you allowed your people to be subjugated by the imperialists, and have given up the fight. But I will never allow that to happen."

"I will not be participating until that alcoholic brute returns and apologizes. Without him here, there's no point in even starting the negotiations. That pathetic man will just start a war for whatever half-ass whim, won't he?"

"Mr. Jamal, Mr. Frederik pulled out his knife AFTER you pulled your gun on him, as did all the other men who had their rifles pointed at you and your leader. Nonetheless, all parties are at fault here, considering that there were more... Diplomatic ways to deal with that situation." replied Marcus, wanting to correct Jamal on the timeline of events that had just occurred seemingly so fast.

"Either way, the negotiations will go on without him, you must not let one man be the reason for a million to die. Or two, in this case, since you wouldn't start without him."

"Religion, such a fragile topic, I must think through my words carefully, and try not to anger people on the grounds of religion even if it is meant to be a compromise." thought Marcus, observing Jamal's movement, knowing that a small mistake can easily spark another Delian War or a World War, just due to this topic called religion.

Edward sat quietly, pondering his thoughts after watching what had unfolded before him. The helicopters flew closer to the carrier, ready to kill whoever threatened Edward. "This has been an unfortunate turn of events. But the show must go on."

A servant came out over with Tony's Rye and Whiskey and after he took a good sip he set it down on the table.

"Are any of your sure you don't want a drink or anything?"

"Any way we will start the conference then. I think the first thing we should do is establish demilitarized zones first and have a cease-fire come into effect. Then we end the blockades we have and support for insurgent groups then start slowly withdrawing foreign military personal."

"How does that sound for a start?"

Adoff, who'd been asleep through the usual diplomatic crisis, woke up with a start at the sound of the word "Alchohol".

"Hm? What? Oh, yes please, I'd like one."

He sighed.

"These hostage situations and standoffs are such a bore nowadays. They've become routine if anything. To think I actually believed this would be a meeting where we'd achieve something. I'll have a word with Frederik at our next drinking ga- Er, our next social gathering."

Without warning, outrageously loud rap music began playing from Adoff's phone as he received the text message. Unfortunately for him, his ringtone was Hesperians With Attitude's hit single "Fuck the Heretics", and Adoff fumbled with it as he tried to turn it to silent so he could read the text. His eyes widened, and he wrote a message back.

Code: Select all
Sidas:

If that's really you, it is good to know you are safe. I will be able to convey your requests via message, but for the purposes of this meeting it may be better to engage in a video call.

- Adoff

He closed his phone again.

"Ahem, sorry about that. Sometimes I forget to set my phone to vibrate. So, where were we? Are we actually going to start this meeting? My first request is that we don't bother with this stupid war Frederik seems hellbent on."

Admiral Nikias quickly walked up and pulled out his chair, quickly sitting down. "So sorry I am late. I had an emergency broadcast from His Majesty that held me up."

He had just caught the end of the Chernarussian delegate's speech. "I agree completely. It is easy for a nation like Exaequatio or Sjealand to say that the war has been a success: they do not have to deal with the refugees now flooding all nations on the Delian Sea, and they don't have a country engulfed by a civil war sitting several miles south of their borders, do they? They have destabilized the whole place, and have offered no viable solutions as to how to rebuild it. In fact, they haven't even finished with Hesperia before they went after Nubyrias. When will they come after Ophiusa as well? They should just patch up Hesperia and leave immediately."

"I would also bet to say that their invasion only helped to fuel radicalism and terrorism; after all, who wouldn't feel resentful to the invaders who destroyed their nation? Capturing Sidas won't bring down the terrorists - they'll simple coalesce around another leader. He will become a martyr. The civilians killed will be proof of the viciousness of the occupying powers and will help rally people to the terrorist cause. The brutality of the war will only feed their propaganda machine. The people have grown desperate, seeking a cause for their pointless suffering. They will turn to more...radical elements. Nothing is scarier than a cat that has been backed into a corner, and your continued occupation of Hesperia isn't helping matters. Both soldiers and civilians will continue to die in vain. The terrorist threat will not be put down - your poorly executed invasion will only have helped strengthen its position."

The lead Hesperian stood up: "Pardon me, but let me introduce myself. I am Mihaelo Valerius, representing the recently-created Interim Administration of Hesperia. President Thomas has stepped down as president, dissolving the Federation and establishing the Interim Administration. Alex Scaevola has been chosen as the head of the interim government until a new constitution is adopted and elections can be held."

"I for one believe that Exaequatio and Sjealand should stay in Hesperia for the foreseeable future. David Sidas and the HPRDF still threaten to topple the Interim Administration, and without a functioning military, how do you expect Scaevola to end the civil war?"

"And you, Nikias, cannot speak on instability, as long as Greater Ophiusa continues to support the ONLF secessionists!"

"I don't think the idea of putting Sidas on trial is really fair. If your going to put him on trial all of us, by which I mean the nations who invaded Hesperiae should be put on trial for crimes we also did.
