Regional OOC
This thread is for any role play information that is not for use in the regional announcements. Whereas that thread is for official announcements, this is for secret actions, justifications, and role play arguments that would otherwise take place on the RMB where they can be easily lost.

Also, previewing in-character posts for feedback is useful to eliminate future conflict over the post's contents. Please use this facility if you plan to declare your opponents losses or fabricate an event regarding someone else's nation.

The Soviet KGB has fabricated the terrorists during the school raid, by funding and indoctrinating local MNSMRian radicals through a network of spies acting as their 'cell' controllers, effectively tricking them. This is why I controlled them during the post.
