Thankfully, we have accepted two members into the Ventismarian Union in the last month." Dean pauses. "My election? The candidates are not revealed until next year, and the election itself is in two years. I feel it will be good."

"Well, if you ever need a new member for the VU, I am sure the Soviet will be happy to sign onto such an... agreement," Mortimer said, but he knew it was a joke. I mean, he did want in, but that was a one in a trillion chance. I think your election will go swell. How do you feel about the civil disturbances in Yaramaqui and Mawtini? And the USA Resolution.... 50 yes?"

[Rezua]

"Oh, please," Dean scoffed. "I didn't come here to debate about the war. I came here on vacation, as all of you did. Mortimer, do not make this a meeting." Turning to Empress Ymira, Dean asks, "Do you want my croutons? I do not like them."

Ymira took Mortimer's attempt to ignore her as a little personal victory. Ymira nodded to Dean "Yes I'd like them if that's alright. I like them very much, but only just in the past year. It's strange how much your taste can change isn't it." Hoelmon suddenly leaned over and whispered to Ymira in Revon. The Empress chuckled and said something back in Revon.

"Thank you for the support; I need it," he says, pausing. "The disturbance in Yaramaqui and Mawtini? I really have no feelings on it. I have strong opposition for Yarbaz, which I feel should become an independent and/or an autonomous state of Yaramaqui. Also, for Resolution 48--which is what I believe you meant--is something I favor. Although you properly won the war, you had little justification to attack such a..." Dean pauses. "Sorry Ymira," he pleads, "smaller nation next door. Furthermore, from what I can tell, the DMZ has done nothing but escalate tensions. The land should be returned on clause of a sort of secondary agreement, is what I believe."

Turning to Ymira, Dean pushes his plate of croutons to the Empress. "Here you go."

"I on the other hand, have class," Mortimer said, completing the sentence like a punch line. He laughed a bit himself. "And no, I do not want your Rezuan drinks, I will only have the strongest Zaneran beverage around!"

"This is a formal dinner, Mr. Mortimer. The reason why others are drunk are because they took the liberty of bringing their own alcohol to the dinner. You must ask one of them for any alcohol," said Supreme James Vitchell.

One of the Zanerians that were sent for to join the dinner party and fill up seats, a woman that was known for high etiquette, spoke out towards the world leaders," I say, if you must argue, do it elsewhere. In our country, at least, we recognize no reason to argue at a formal, etiquette-corrected event. If you must make witty comments, make witty, jocular comments. A male spoke out too, saying," We'll have to pull out the Disco Doctrine I think. At least it'll be fun, instead of this banter!"

Wart said," Heh!" and raised his spoon and gave it a small wave.

"Let's try to be nice to the guests," said Supreme James Vitchell, rolling his eyes.

[Rezua]

Turning back to Ymira, Dean smiled. "I hope you enjoy them. My daughter very much enjoys croutons, which makes me just-a-happy to be reminded about her," reaching into his bag, Dean pulled a bottle of fine, light-wine produced from Rezua. "I brought this just in case you wanted to share it with Princess Christina. This was, after all, a present you gave me some time ago. I very much so enjoyed the other bottle you gave me. I sipped on it whilst reading by the fire, about a week ago."

After this, Dean slipped his eyes at Mortimer and back to Ymira. Trying to imitate him, he stuck out his tongue in a childish remark, trying to make the ugliest face he could. He began to laugh at his own childish remark.

"I guess that is a head start on the tour," Mortimer said turning to look at the guard with a wider smile. His statement was full of sarcasm. "Not to worry, I can hold my liquor. But I am not a solitary drinker. Do you care for a glass?" he asked the guard sincerely. Turning back to the table, Mortimer saw Dean's faces. He almost died in laughter, but contained it with a chuckle. Hate was mixed with comedy. Too bad I don't have my tablet.

Ymira was definitely taken very aback by the friendliness. She did not show it though, she showed only her gratefulness "Thank you, you had no obligation to share a gift with me." Ymira gently tapped Christina's shoulder "Dean is sharing some wine with us." Christina nodded and said "Thank you very much."

"My pleasure," Dean responds, relaxing in his seat.

After taking a sip of his wine, Dean smiles. "No problem! We're all friends and fellow leaders here, right?" Cheering, Dean grins. "I propose as toast! Leaders forever!" He announces, putting his glass up.

"Just because you are not here to be my friend, doesn't mean you can't be my friend," Mortimer said back in a friendly tone. "But I understand your respect to your duty. But, quick question, can you tell me what you would do in Victorion?"

Mortimer raised his glass, not yet full of Vodka, with Dean. "Well, with the approval of the masses!" he joked, raising his glass. "Forever is hard to predict in democracy."

[Zanera]

"Just because you are not here to be my friend, doesn't mean you can't be my friend," Mortimer said back in a friendly tone. "But I understand your respect to your duty. But, quick question, can you tell me what you would do in Victorion?"

"If you were in Victorion, for a few days, and could do what you wanted around the place, what would you do? See, visit, talk to, taste, smell, the works."

"There is Onerius Square, where there is a statue of the founder of the Armed Technocratic State. I'd visit the Lee Internat Café. Talk to whoever would want to talk. Taste some food at my favorite morning breakfast spot, the Gorge Leaf Dining Hall. Smell the good smells. I usually go to drink at the Harvey Tarvey Tavern, but don't dance on Fridays. Tourists would probably want to visit the Funkytown Discotheque. Famous dancing place."

"Leaders of the People? Servants of the People? We are the People!" shouted Wart. The rest of the Zanerians broke out in one large "Ho!" as agreement.

"Thank you, I will take your advice on the matter," Mortimer replied back warmly and gratefully. He turned his attention back to the table. He smiled at the cry of ho, and joined them in slightly late. He smiled a bit too.

[Rezua]

Ymira raised her glass once more "For all the people of the world, that one day however distant, however far, there may be peace among all." She was very serious when she spoke this.

[Vekalse]

"DIDDO!" Dean shouts, before cheering as he took his drink back. Taking a sip, he laughed in joy.
