Meaning we need money for defenses just-in-case something is to happen. Only one problem with that, NO MONEY. We can't invest in a defense just yet. Fortanutley there is those movie makers that end up richer than we do. Im going to attempt an alliance with them and see if I can get money for reasearch and building of a military. We are also planing something big. A city in the sky help up by pillars. It would be a popular attraction for many people. In the mean time we are sending three carriers, three battleships, and three subs to eygpt to colonize. Maybe well find riches there. It will take ? hours at 30 knots

He built two trade ports and allowed all nations to use them. To: All Nations of the World

Within a few weeks, the trade ports were filled with ships from foreign nations trading with the Tolorian Kingdom. Many nations around the world came to these ports looking for trade. This trade greatly improved the economy. Now with his economy in place, the King could build his army however he wanted.

Your Majesty, I have landed on the coast of Africa, after a Ten hour voyage. We met several native peoples, and they were friendly, but I suggest we don't trust them. As they tend to get rather defensive when we ask if we can move deeper onto the continent. No gold was found, but the Natives gave us some, and they will be sent back to you, My Highness, as they could help us in our conquering.
Sincerely,
Juan Garrido

A detachment of 1,000 Jaguar troops, as well as 200 tanks were sent southwards, joined by a diplomatic party and a grouping of 1,500 settlers. The Aztec Empire wanted to begin expanding its borders, for it had remained idle for far too long. If they could create a string of settlements along the land bridge connecting the Americas, it might make negotiations with the mysterious white men easier for the Empire. As they marched, the military divisions broke off, as did the settlers, in groups of 100's. The soldiers were left behind to guard the freshly chartered settlements. While they had a head start as far as colonizing the bridge went, it would still take a long time for these 100 man villages to grow in to anything worthwhile. Meanwhile, the embassy continued towards Panama, in hopes of meeting these rumored strangers.

The Kingdom of Spain is interested in buying the region of Florida for 145 million Spanish Dollars. We hope this is reasonable, and if you aren't inclined to buy it, talks in Barcelona, and the amount of territory is of value to us.

One soldier walking noticed some natives, and motioned for the other soldiers to come forward. That one person walked, and asked in Spanish," Who are you?" and moved towards the strange people. He'd never seen people so dark, and never so calm, and was intrigued.

The diplomatic party came to a stop upon sight of the strange soldier. His uniform was unlike anything they had seen before, and he certainly had more advanced technology than the Nahuatl rifles. They looked at one another as he spoke in a strange tongue they did not understand, it was a soft language that was easy on their ears, but no matter how pleasant sounding it was, it did not give them any information on who the man was, or why he was there.
"Nōtōca Xichi a Mexica." declared the seeming leader of the group, as the man, Xichi, spoke, he waved his arms wildly and with exaggeration, as if simply talking was a kind of dance in itself. He wore a feathered headdress and a brightly colored green, yellow and red poncho that covered down to his abdomen. A white and green stripes loincloth surrounded his waist, and he wore no shoes. He would seem primitive were it not for the rifle in one of his companion's hands. He stood there for a moment, but upon realizing that the white man would not understand him, he reached into his leather satchel and pulled out a map.
The map was of central America, with lines showing the borders of the empire. Xichi pointed to the middle of his country, then to Panama, and finally, to the Spanish soldier. He shrugged, as if he were wondering who the man was, and why he had come.
