The unannounced arrival of multiple foreign diplomats and their entourages had not gone unnoticed by the Arkanan government. In fact, the news was not taken well at all, especially when it was revealed some were from the Carriebean. It was for that reason, that the meeting place and hotels in New York were current being cordoned off and searched by personnel from the Central Security Services of Central Security Agency. The meeting in North Arkana had not been arranged through the proper diplomatic channels, as such, they would have to take their meeting elsewhere.

the elevator halted abruptly.
" what the hell?"
the aide tried to press the button.
" dammit, we're stuck in here, call the Terrorists to come pick us up, and tell them to try not to kill anyone."
" I have no service."
" wait! aren't we across the street from where they are?"
" yeah... I'll get the phone."
he flashed his phone back an forth, sort of as a primitive message system.

the Team was waiting.
" they say, we are stuck in the elevator, under attack?"

the man's eyes were pressed up agiasnt the pair of binoculars he held.
" stuck in the elevator, need help."
" I have an idea. you two come with me! message them to break through the window."

the two men went downstairs to the street below as the message was flashed.

two men wearing white and red uniforms appeared below the carriebean officials, a blanket was unfurled and held by several men.
" Ok your majesty, jump!"
" alright!"
the men took deep breaths.
" y' know I don't think that this is a good id-"
" jump!"
the window shattered and out jumped the carriebean diplomats.

" ahhhhhhhh!"
"we got you! we got you!"

"I'm afraid it's time for you gentlemen to leave. We will ecort you back to the airport. Whatever meeting you had planned will have to take place somewhere else."

As this is happening, CSS personnel are searching the building for Saxon diplomats as well.

the carriebean officials were a bit upset, but Ford was pissed.

he angrily began to pull something out of his pocket.

he put his hand to his side.
" sorry, It's been a long ass flight, now if you don't mind I'll stay at one of your hotels."
he got in the the limo and waited.

" who the fuck is it now?" he angrily muttered as he answered it.
" ford, how goes the mission? d'ya have a peace yet?"
" the Saxon officials haven't shown yet."
" what? shit. ok so, uh, just stay at a hotel nearby."
" I can't! the assholes are kicking me out of the nation!"
" this isn't good. hold on ,I have an idea..."

David hung up on his phone and began to type a letter to the Arkanian leaders.

while I apologize for not giving you advanced notice, as I suspect COFA didn't pass the little message on. we we're going to visit for a peace treaty with the saxonian government, however, if you really do want us to leave, we understand completely, and will hold the meeting else where, such as on an island of mine, or the capital of carriebean, the unimaginably titled Carriebean City.

Some Arkanan agents met us in the conference hall instead of the Caribeans. They explained the Arkanan stance on this meeting.

"Although I do understand...It still gives me a massive head ache" Matsumoto scratches his head lightly irritated.

"Richard: I want this problem dealt with as soon as possible. I want to get this crisis out of the air (OOC: pun unintended) without overstaying our host's hospitality. Give me a solution"

Richard nods and gives it a good hard thought. Eventually he smiles and looks at the Arkanan agents.

"I have a win-win solution for this: Let us have a quick meeting in a place of your choosing. I'd suggest the airport so that we can leave shortly after the meeting. This should only take 15 minutes tops. After that we can leave your country if you wish to. If you can please relay that to your boss? That'd be great"

"Splendid" says Matsumoto "Hopefully this day will have a happy end after all"

There was a heavy feeling of imminent danger in the Board meeting. As the military leaders were seated it was only a few sharp seconds before Munsceof Offold, The King's Top Commander To Open Up Debates.

"The under-going Global Arms race is by no doubts causing concern to Estyae." He stated "We do not have the economy to support further investment into the Military. All of the nations in the world are beginning to flex their muscles, especially our neighbours. If we stay how we are the world is going to think of us as nothing but a pushover." There was a deadly silence in the room. There wasn't much the Board could think of to solve the issue. But after a considerable amount of silence, Jakurn Smosc, A low ranking official spoke up. "There is one thing we can do." He opened with. "While what you say about our economical situation is true, and while our military is significantly weaker then neighbouring nations, we can always align ourselves with one of the many forming alliances that are practically appearing globally. This would offer us some much needed protection and some diplomatic relations with a few new nations that could help us survive the Global Arms race." The Board all nodded. "Someone get this man a pint!" Munsceof cheered. The board chuckled in unison. " We will meet back here on the 5th Of February to discuss an alliance plan, Until then Board dismissed." And with that the board filed out of the rather small door.

I see your nation is developing well. Your economy might have had a punch but I am sure you will recover quickly.

The reason that I am contacting you is to bring you a proposal. Many of my nation's inhabitants are sympathetic towards Estyaen people and admire their pride for their nation just like the Saxonian people have pride in this nation.

I therefore offer you to become my protectorate. This would mean that you will be aided with guidance of private industry to help your economy get back on its feet. This also means military aid when the need arises.

This does however come at a cost: All military resources are to be at the disposal of Saxonian high-command. This is to strengthen our resolve and for organisational benefit. All cooperative military communication are to be going through my Chief-Adviser for Armed Affairs, Friedrich von Schweinbach.

Soldiers quickly started to get into military transport trucks. As Jeff saw his soldiers boarding he thought to himself. What if this doesn't work? The thought was quickly overcome by the excitement. The long drive to Helmstedt started, a plain military truck was in view to confuse the officers, then vans filled with soldiers would open fire. All civilians of Saxony desent would be held in Red Party.

2 Hours later

The trucks and vans show up and pull up to the border check point, suddenly a soldier gets out and open fires, after that multiple other soldiers run out and also take positions.

He walked down his stairs and past his neighbors doors, whom he never socialized with, and walked down the front steps and took one last look at his home. One last time. He got into his Ford-like truck and headed to a bar called "The Nationalist" a local Pacifian nationalist hub of business associates from The Union. He stepped into the bar and was nodded by the Bartender as he entered. The Pacifian-Football channel was on. It was the Super-Bowl, he sat down at the bar. Watching the high, drunk and dazed crowd party as the teams clashed. He couldn't hear anything over the crowd. He ordered a Guinness. The Pacifian bartender poured the drink in a blueish clearish cup. He pulled a business card-like piece of paper and put it under his blueish clearish cup. The bartender stuck the card in the full Guinness filled cup. and ripped it up under the bar and threw it in the recycle bin and the trash can. Half and half. He pulled out a red colored pen and wrote down something on a scrap of paper.The bartender with no emotion in his face slipped a paper under the Guinness and pushed the drink back to Westfield. It said, "Behind the bar. Tomorrow. 3:34 PM approximately. Blowtorch, Twenty pounds of Semtex, Dead mans switch. Cut me off from the government. My connection is done."

The Arkanan Diplomatic Corp has arranged for the Carriebean-Saxon negotiations to occur in a conference room within the New York Airport Terminal. Security is to be provided by personnel from the CSS.

In the mean time, regular monthly scheduled tests and exercises of the Arkanan Air/Missile Defense System are set to occur within the next week. The integrated system includes stations in the British Isles and Korea, and combines exercises by the AADF as well.
