The Room Filled with the Party banners and the Center of the Hall is draped with a Large Menavolosian Flag. The Propagandists place a large banner with the Text "GLORIA MENAVOLOSIA!" The President is seated next to the Party President, Maxiluch Taverska. "Welcome patriots, The People are behind us, with us. stood with us. Welcome to the 15th Congress of the MNPP!" stated Maxiluch Taverska. The Nation's Anthem was played after the Greeting. After the Anthem was over, The President of Menavolosia walked towards the podium and started to say her Speech.

"Good Morning, Dear Friends, Dear Patriots. It has been one year since the party ruled over the nation. It has been very fruitful. Our Economy is booming, Our Rights outrageous. Menavolosia greatly improved. Our Diplomatic state is very stable. We haved ceased hostilities over the GDR. We have Greatly Increased our Relations with our neighbors. I assure you it will continue." stated the President's Diplomatic Part of the Speech.

President Eber Raus looked over the messages sent to him by allies in the QA. Proposals to invade Montabaur. Germany, before the war, had little to no relations with Montabaur. Except minor trading. Raus looked over a map of Montabaur. It was relatively small compared to members of the Quad alliance, roughly the same size of New Slovenia. A nation the Reich took down itself only ten years before. Raus contacted military leader, Hans Lance for some kind of report on the GDR military. The response was mixed. Repors where German soldiers in the west where strong and ready for conflict while troops in the east where rebuilding themselves.

It is the belief of my military commanders that the German Democratic Reich is currently in now way ready to invade Montabaur. The Reich does agree to sanctioning and blockading Montabaur until their weak economically and we are strong military wise. The idea of getting many other nations in the area to sanction them will work too.

President Conrath was drinking some whisky and talking with party leaders in the restaurant of the five-star Riverview Hotel in Obsteig. One of his assistants came over to the table, doing what he could to gain the President's attention "My...my President, excuse me sir...sir I there is something import..." "My god! What is it that you want, Richard?" sternly replied the President, "Can't you see that I'm socialising? You've disrupted me now, what is it that should draw me away from my friends?" Richard straightened up, and handed the President a letter from Menavolosia. There was silence around the table as the President read the letter. "What the hell is this?" he exclaimed in puzzled tone, "Someone isn't up on the news! The GDR is a lost cause! What does Menavolosia even want to do with this? There hasn't been any commentary on the war from them, ha!" He scrunched up the letter. "Send a reply detailing that, first of all, the war in the German Democratic Reich is more or less over, perhaps if they came to us earlier, I'd be able to accept." Richard left the room, and the President continued to talk.

(OOC: Sorry for not posting for long, I didn't feel very well the last couple of days. Anyway, I sincerely hope Permarus will create the thread as soon as possible ).

Hasan walked to the Consultative Assembly building in stress. Another session of the Assembly, he said to himself, this time about continuing the war against Montabaur. A storm of journalists heading towards him popped Hasan out of his thought. Hasan tried to run, but it's too late.

"What do you think of Menavolosia's declaration of war?" asked one overly eager journalists. Other journalists began to scrambled their mics and shouting their questions.

Hasan answered "No comment." to all of the journalists question, as his bodyguard tried to break the crowd. After several uncomfortable minutes, Hasan finally entered the Consultative Assembly building.

The Assembly discussion session would last for an exhausting twelve hours, with the only prayer breaks in between the sessions. Fortunately for Hasan, he have managed to defend his position in front of the Assembly members and secure the support of the Assembly in his decision. However, one point remains unresolved.

In the event of the defeat of Montabaur, what will the coalition do to Montabaur?. Partitioned it, and therefore wiping Montabaur from the map?. A "US Occupation of Japan" style pacification of the nation? A "Soviet Occupation of Eastern Europe" style, turning Monatabaur into a puppet state?.

These are questions which are needed to be answered, fast. Alas, a scenario once suffered by the inhabitants of Libya, and Iraq during the pre-Cooperative era could happen to Montabaur. Hasan set aside his thought for a moment and contacted the Cooperative's European Army commander, General Ziad Salim Fatmir.

The President of the Congress with the Support of the President of the Council and the Menavolosian National People's Party walked up towards the Podium Facing 500 Representatives and 1000 Reporters.

"Yesterday, The Congress and the Council of the Nation attended to one activity. The Final Reading of the Declaration of War with the Nation of Montabaur. We Shall be joining the Coalition against the Montabaurian Nation. The People's Armed Forces stand ready to face war. Children, Children of Menavolosia be aware of her incoming victory! Glory to Menavolosia!" That was the Breif Speech of the President of the Congress Issuing State Proclaimation No. 4562: The Menavolosian Declaration of War.

Hours later, The Menavolosian Ministry of Defence issued Defensive Order: 557. Ensuring the Mobilization of Menavolosia's Armed Forces. Thousands Flocked the Individual Citie's Recruitment Office. While the 750,000 Strong XI Army Corps in Helsinki is Ready to be sent to Montabaur in Preparation of "Operation Destruction" or The Invasion of the Montabaurian Homeland.

The IMO was in a state of disarray. Officers ran between offices to garner information about Menavolosia joining the war against Montabaur so they could prepare a brief for the President. Generals were busy calling local commanders to activate more reserves, when an announcement came to General Eschmann's office from the President, simply reading "Conscription is a go." Another flurry of phone calls erupted, and soon men over 16 and under 50 were being brought to military bases across the country. Conscripts wouldn't belong in the regular army, but be placed into the newly formed Montabaurian Peoples' Defence Force, and be equipped with basic armour and AK variants. Total numbers defending Montabaur, comprised of activated reservists, active troops, and conscripts, now stood at 1.2 million.

Prisoners and troops continued to prepare coastal defences, and had made progress with haste. Concrete tank traps lined beaches, but in weaker areas, there was a higher concentration of troops. In the south, walls and fortifications were nearly complete, and troops were now being deployed along the coast. 72,000 troops formed the coastal defence, reinforced by 200 Leopard 2s, artillery guns, LAV's and 60 F-16s.

Prisoners who were tired, were insubordinate, or did the wrong thing, were typically shot on the beach. Elsewhere, curfews had been ordered, and air defence stations were being prepared across the country. President Conrath knew the strength of the forces rallied against him, but was determined that Montabaur would fight to the last.

Bomber commander Major General Vladimir Ilushin scanned the map of Mauntibar, giving a point at an military installation.
"General, I suggest if I send my TU-160's to bomb enemy targets before the invasion, the Mauntibarians would be significantly weaker both mentally and physically in terms of morale and weapory. TU-160's are armed with stand off missiles, which take out tanks from a distance. This will involve AWACS of course
"Thank you general, that would be a significant help when it comes to the invasion. The coalition have decided to make the invasion take place in a few days to a week." Replied the GDR commander. Permarussian bombers for the time being would bomb Mauntibarians military installations, away from civilian targets. They would fly at 65,000 feet at Mach 2.3.

Now. I also feel your god modding a bit Mena. You never recieved our permission to deploy, you never fought in the GDR. I suggest making your posts at least a paragraph long during combat. Please.


On that note, I discourage any RP going on in this thread and all RP to go into Permarus's soon to be thread. What happened in this thread wont be forgotten however! Good job to all roleplayers!))
