Who would they choose? A country who liberated them or a country that killed more of their country than the invaders did.

OOC:They would choose me m8,jk,but I may consider asking them if they want to join me instead.

It was a order issued to the Red Army by Stalin. Basically, Order 227 said that if you were a soldier who retreated without a senior officers permission, you were to be "...executed on the spot...", and any officer who gave the order would automatically be subject to military trial to see if retreating was justified.

Also remember how no solider is allowed to desert. Ya there are serious penalties for that, mainly death. You can have the partisans, remember frequent hugs. I expect them back soon for thanksgiving

Technically, these guys aren't your soldiers because they went with his guys, so if you have them executed for desertion, you will have you're island destroyed again.

Don't worry about that, they will take part in no more than supply convoy operations inside our land. But we will offer them our marine corp's training programs.

Those who officially joined the recruitment before the treaty is signed will be officially my men,but those brought to our land after that will be just soldiers borrowed from Banbardians.

Edit:The way to distinguish them is the location of their family members, those official foreign legionaries have their family immigrated to Tangaliro, while those who are still Banbardian soldiers's stay in Banbardi.
